  Went to autozone first to get a battery and it was the wrong one (even though they looked it up off my vin?) called this place next and they had exactly what I needed and double checked it was right before check out. Staff was very helpful and helped me install the proper new battery, and the price was cheaper. Great experience and knowledgeable staff! Super quick too. Wish I’d gone here first.

  Danno (spelling?) helped me find reasonably priced replacement windshield wipers AND put them on the car for me! Honestly I thought this kind of helpful service was a thing of the past. I had just visited a competitor auto parts store, wasn't noticed by any staff and walked out disappointed so O'Reilly's has my business now.

  Horrible customer service front desk only had one person there this morning on Saturday couldn't even tell me the answers to my questions was very disrespectful I plan on taking further action so he no longer works there it is ridiculous that people have jobs but don't have no customer service and they leave people like that up to no good and just be aware of a guy with long black hair very disrespectful he'll talk to you and won't even let you talk he'll talk over you very disrespectful God bless whoever hired this man...... Ask to speak to a manager four times he said he was only one there refused to even help my needs as a customer service representative how pathetic.... I've been coming here for my business work for over 10 years and I will no longer do business with this O'Reilly's I promise that....

  Amazing! I absolutely had to have my car battery replaced at 8 o’clock at night when it was 15° out. They didn’t bat an eye I at this inconvenience and gave me the utmost in customer service. I can’t say enough good things.

  I purchase my preventative maintenance items ie. parts, chemicals, etc. and recycle my used oil here. They are always friendly and helpful. Excellent store.

  Gino, you’re our hero!!! After fearfully sitting in the left lane of 287 with an alternator on the fritz about to leave us for dead, we coasted into your parking lot and you helped us out by having what we needed with a smile. You went above and beyond when the janky little battery box couldn’t jump us, but even on your dinner break you helped us get back in the road with a jump. Thank you so much!

  Customer service was terrible, wouldn't even replace a battery that went out before the warranty expired. Carson has an attitude and was no help in the least. Autozone is right across the street, do yourself a favor and save yourself from the headache that is this O'reilly's. Last time I will ever be back or give a recommendation for parts.

  I came to get some electric connectors, when I checked out, I realized that one of those connectors wasn't the right one as it was hanging from the wrong display, I told a guy by the name CARLSON, that I didn't need that one but that I was taking the other 4, this insolent guy asked me to go place it back on the shelf saying that I was rude by not doing it, I asked to speak to the manager and claimed he was the manager. I can't imagine people returning items having to go re-stock them, this guy has no manners and particularly no common sense, will contact the Corporate Office and start buying from Autozone which is just across the street, beware! I feel for other employees of this store who had been great over the years, BTW, the guy said he didn't care if I send a complain/ review so here goes.

  The two Geno's (or Gino's,) at this location were awesome and took GREAT care of me. There was a system glitch that caused some issues when I was trying to make pretty big return, luckily these guys were reasonable and diligent to getting me a refund and taking good care of me since gas is a million dollars. Literally. Thanks for the help guys!

  Ordered online for pickup 2/19/23. One part was not available at Lafayette store, but was to be delivered from another local store and ready for pickup at 2PM. Called at 1:30PM to make sure they got the order and it was going to be ready. Employee said it would be ready. Same employee called me at 2PM and said that he didn't have a the part listed above and that it would have to be delivered from another local store, and that I can pick it up at 5:30PM. Employee clearly didn't look at the order until it was due to be picked up and was completely unapologetic.

  I would like to say I'm leaving this high review not just for the general public but for the management who leads this franchise I went into the Lafayette Colorado store on Sunday the 21st of January It was snowing out and I was in desperate need to get new windshield wipers for my 2019 Kia A young man by the name of Steven came over and not only helped me but was genuinely sincere to make sure I got the best product they had on the shelf Not only did he help me pick out the best windshield wipers I could get for my car he made sure the remaining customers in the store were being helped by other associates so he could come out in the snow and help me assemble the wipers on my car Honestly I've spent 40 plus years and retail management and I would just like to make sure this young man gets the credit deserved for a job well done and outstanding customer service

  There are two women employees here that are plain rude and I would say they must hate that they work here, cause they ignored me when I walked in the door. They were talking to one another about personal stuff as I was trying have them help me look up a part for my car. God forbid they were asked to help a customer !! Other than that the store is clean and other employees are always nice and respectful !

  STEVEN IS AMAZING!! Sigle female & my car would not start. Steven gave me a jump & told me to take it on the highway to have the alternator charge the battery back up & it worked! Thank you Steven for your assistance! Nice to know chivalry still exist!

  I called first and Natasha answered. This young lady was everything. Helpful, knowledgeable, polite beyond reason. I admit I was having a horrible day. I admit I was rude. It did not bother her. By the time I reached the store she still had an amazing energy. She turned a bad day into a good day. She is great.

  I was in yesterday picking up parts and a group of costumers walk in and Elijah a worker there sees them come in and doesn’t help them they mistook me as worker there he left everything for Connor M. to do. I feel really bad for the people who he screws over. He has been very rude and ignorant every time I’ve gone in there.

  This is by far the best O'Reilly I have ever been. Customer service is phenomenal so very helpful for letting me use c-clamp to do my brakes in the parking lot and also very helpful with questions I had. I would refer this O'Reilly's to anybody the guys in there are awesome I am just passing through Colorado

  Helped me find what I needed. knowledgeable. Would give 5 stars if all the cashiers wore masks. Luckily, Lafayette has lots of auto parts stores. i'll try auto zone next time, see if they care enough about customers to mask up.

  Logan was great. He went above and beyond and came outside and helped me install my headlight and for another customer that was in there. Often times I go to these places for auto parts and most employees that work there do not know or have much education at all on auto parts however Logan was extremely knowledgeable as well. If you need help with something just ask this kid

  Came in on a snow day desperate for wipers and quick. They told me what size I needed and helped me pick a brand. They installed and I was out 10 min later. Perfect experience and I highly recommend.

  There's been typically one person in this store at the hours I show up, which means waiting over 10 minutes when there are other customers trying to check out. Employees are working hard but surprised that they run a skeleton crew. I've tried to recycle used motor oil there 4 times, twice they said they were full and couldn't accept any more leaving me to find somewhere else to take it. The selection is better than Autozone but worse than Advance Auto Parts for shopping different brand names. The printed ad sales are a good deal. The rewards discounts from O'Reilly Auto Parts have dwindled a lot and it doesn't say on the receipt how much to spend before my next $5 off reward.

  Quickest fix of a taillight bulb, thanks to the loaner tool program. Manager did an amazing job of directing me to the product suggesting bulb lubricant and even checked on my progress in the parking lot. Two thumbs way up!

  Helpful staff, they took time to respond to my silly questions and choose the right part for my sister's car as a gift recently. They didn't make me feel cruddy or belittled, like some car places can make customers, especially women, feel. However, a couple years ago an employee helped my replace my rear wiper because it was stuck and I couldn't get the old one off. It was rusty and kind of stuck. They broke a piece off muscling it around too much :( I haven't been able to replace it since. I mean, they were nice tried to help. But dude, if you don't know what you're doing or it's too stuck, just stop! Forcing it until it breaks won't help.

  This store needs a couple of people who REALLY know their way around vehicles and car parts. If you have anything difficult that you need to get right the first time, this is probably not the place to go. Employees are generally friendly and helpful, but seem to lack knowledge and experience. And they don't seem to have much real support when they get out of their depth. It's not horseshoes, and usually a guess will not get the job done correctly.
