Kenny with the kitchen staff is amazing! So attentive. Ryan at the bar was great, too! Superb staff, venue. It’s a lil pricey for admittance and you pay some fees for locker, etc., but if you have kids, and it’s during winter….take my money. It is the perfect solution to get kids out of the house and burn off some energy. They have a DJ, bouncy houses in like a 50k sqft building, and an adult lounge that drowns out the chaos of the main floor where it’s like being a dose of ecstasy—if that’s your thing, no judgment. The adult lounge is chill, lowkey Miami vibe. Highly, highly recommend Bounce Empire. They need more of these places in the world.
My name is Taylor and me and my friends (Jaecy and Addie) came here for a birthday party! the bouncy houses were absolutely fantastic, and the food was AMAZING (almost better then the bounces houses). The service and staff were SO helpful and kind! Would %100 percent recommend for any fun family or friend outing!
It was so fun and clean. My boys are 7 and 4 and everything was safe and they enjoyed everything. I am “older” and loved it all the same. Only thing I would change for me is it being closer to home
Katelin, Gentry, and Ariann were all excellent host for our daughters birthday party.
We reached out to inquire about a birthday party reservation and were connected with Gentry as our contact. Gentry was extremely communicative, helpful, and friendly. We were informed that the night we were looking at included a K-pop Demon hunters theme, which was a perfect fit for our plans.
We booked the party, when we arrived we got taken to our party room, and Katelin did an excellent job checking in on us and our needs. The party room was great and included many items that help (we forgot birthday candles, but no sweat, they have some in the room just in case, which was so helpful)
We were able to preorder food for the room, the chicken nuggets, fries, and veggie tray were all fresh and brought when requested.
I can’t say enough good things about the process, and the result. We would definitely recommend Bounce Empire for family friendly fun, and for birthday parties.

Had a great time with the kiddos at Bounce Empire. We booked a party se wo got the VIP treatment. They were very attentive and helpful meanwhile the kids were having a blast. There were so many different activities and attractions that they enjoyed. We also got to partake in the food selection. Those buffalo wings are undeniable. We will definitely be having more family gatherings here in the future
Such a nice and clean place. The kids love it. And as myself, I was able to head upstairs and get some work done. Meanwhile, Ariann is such a sweet gal. Very welcoming and friendly…. Would recommend this place very much with family and kids.
We had a birthday party here for my wife and it was amazing. From the cleanliness of the room and the entire facility, to the kitchen staff, to everyone who helped me plan the event, it was truly an amazing experience. 10/10 recommend

I was so pleased visiting Bounce Empire for my son’s birthday outing. This place is really well put together with so many fun options for the kids. The bouncy house collection was way beyond what I imagined!!
I also loved being able to go to the upstairs lounge area to decompress where I enjoyed the massage chairs, watching the kids from the observation window, and sitting in comfy seats reading. The bartender was great, and made an amazing mocktail that I really enjoyed. This is an awesome business and I highly recommend it!
We were so impressed with the staff! Gentry and Ariana went above and beyond to make our small get together feel extra special. When we arrived they were so warm and welcoming. They took the time to greet us and personally show us to the beautiful, reserved patio seating. We did not have a large, expensive party and they treated us as if we were truly special guests regardless.
The kids (ranging from ages 7-10)rated the experience a 10 out of 10, they loved all the activities and were thrilled to take a break and enjoy ice cream cups from the restaurant area. We felt like we got good value for our money, and we will definitely return based on our positive experience. The excellent customer service we received was far above industry standard, and made our experience exceptional :)

I took my son here for a birthday party, and I knew nothing about it going in. We had so much fun and I was really impressed. The place is huge with all kinds of bouncy castles and slides for all ages. The upstairs bar for adults only with complementary massage chairs is amazing. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to other indoor trampoline and amusement parks for kids, and this place is definitely a step above. We will definitely be back!
I went with a group. Gentry was amazing to work with. She took care of getting us to a room, making sure the kids knew where the restroom was, and the rules. The rest of the staff were wonderful.
The Rubbish bar is amazing and the bartenders are super friendly. The food slaps and the drinks are bomb. It’s awesome how you are able to watch the kids and relax at the same time. There are fire pits, massage chairs and just a place to get away if you want. Their drinks are strong in a good way and super tasty. We got the unstable Paloma and a couple of pickle shots. Definitely stop in. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place for the kids to burn off energy before the long drive back home. So many bounce obstacles. Personally enjoyed the quiet bar area that allowed me watch from above. And if you enjoy a drink, it appears to offer everything you could desire. My Diet Coke was delicious. Service was so thoughtful!
By far the best bounce house experience we've ever had! The kids had an absolute blast, and the setup made it easy for adults to relax while still keeping an eye on them. What really made the day stand out was the bartender—phenomenal doesn't even begin to describe him. If I could give 10 stars, I would. He truly went above and beyond and made the whole experience extra special. Highly recommend!
We had a great time at Bounce Empire. The front staff was friendly and welcoming, it was nice to run into someone from our home state of Wisconsin. Our kids spent a good 2.5hrs jumping. Big shout out to the bartender at the bar, he was awesome. Super chill, easy to talk to and made the whole bar experience a lot of fun. Definitely made hanging out there way better.
Bounce Empire is an incredible experience for the entire family. Everything about our visit was exceptional from the very start when we were greeted by the friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful customer service upon checkin. I recommend going online and completing your waivers ahead of time so that you can go straight to the desk in order to pay and begin playing.
This is definitely a wonderful place for families and children of all ages. They have friendly staff walking around throughout the facility making sure everyone is safe and helping those of us who get lost in the incredibly spacious building. The entire Bounce Empire organization is exceptional at making sure the facility is constantly being cleaned and the staff is ready to help you with whatever you need.
The downstairs eatery has several menu items from you to select from. I highly recommend their chicken nuggets and fries on the kids menu as they are made fresh on site and costs only $9!!! We grabbed two of these and was enough to feed a family of four with a few leftovers. I also highly recommend their cheesecake dessert mmmmm it’s the perfect mid playtime snack to make your belly and mouth happy while you’re running around chasing after the family. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back and telling all our friends and family about it. Oh yeah bonus, they have a military discount!! You know momma loves fun on a budget!!
So much fun! I was a little surprised to pay $14 to not participate in anything, but they do have a really nice balcony, massage chairs, bar, and large format TV room with recliners. I wish the bar wasn't so cold from the AC, so if you get chilly like me, bring a sweater!
The food is good and sourced locally and there are non-fried options.
This is one of a kind fun for the whole family! There's so many different bounce house slides and obstacles for kids and adults. We were smiling and exhausted in the best way when we left. There's tons of seating for spectators and the place is clean. All of the staff were friendly and caring. We highly recommend this unique bounce house experience!

Bounce Empire completely blew us away! We weren’t sure what to expect when we first arrived, but from the moment we walked in, it was clear this place is on a whole different level. It’s not just a bounce house it’s a full on entertainment experience for all ages.
The entire space is massive, super clean, and so well thought out. There are endless inflatable attractions, obstacle courses, and interactive games that kept our whole group entertained for hours. It’s rare to find a place that’s this much fun for both kids and adults, but Bounce Empire nailed it.
The staff was friendly, professional, and really on top of everything. You can tell safety is a priority here, which we appreciated as parents. At the same time, they kept the energy up and made the experience feel exciting from start to finish.
We also loved the food and drink options definitely not what you’d expect from a place like this. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into creating a space that’s as enjoyable for adults as it is for kids.
Whether you’re planning a party, a family day out, or just want something fun and different to do, Bounce Empire is 100% worth the visit. We had such a great time and will absolutely be back!
We had so much fun!! David was the best! He showed us around, helping us in and out of the bouncers, took our photos and videos for us. He was wonderful. It wouldn’t have been the same experience without him!
Had a graduation party here and this was the best experience ever. My family came for New Year’s Eve and still had the best time today for my party. The staff was so wonderful, kind, and helpful. The dj was great and the drinks were amazing. I even left one of my items and the team was quick to find and store unit somewhere safe for me to pick it up later. Thank you so much Bounce Empire team, my entire party had a great time! We will be back!
Holy smokes this place is great!! There are so many options on places to bounce - games, competition, sports ball, slides. Something for every age to include a Frozen castle, Stat Wats ship, a bar, massage chairs, outdoor fire out. I will stay here all day. We had our son’s birthday party at Bounce Empire this year. This party was so much fun! The kids loved bouncing. There are so many different unique and cool bounce houses and there was something for everyone of any age.
The entire party planning process was completely stress free thanks to Ariann! Everyone helping us was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed for our party from candles to silverware and plates to a lighter and cake knife.
The food was amazing, especially the pizza and cupcakes!
I think all of our guests had so much fun (kids and adults). We will be back next year!
The staff in general was so friendly and welcoming. The bounce houses aren’t just for the kiddos. So much family fun to be had. And when you need a break from the excitement you can escape to the quieter bar upstairs and watch your kiddos bounce to their hearts content down below while you stop in a for a bevvie and take a turn in the comfy massage chairs. . And don’t get me started on Ryan, the bartender. He was exceptionally friendly and kind, and made us feel welcomed, and understood we were treasuring our moment away. We went right back down and felt refreshed to continue bouncing the night away to the fresh tunes spun by the live DJ! Such a great experience! We’ll be back again for sure! Thanks Bounce Empire!
Wow! What a great place for kids, teens and adults! There is so much to do for everyone. I personally enjoyed the massage chairs in the bar area with the most delicious cocktail. I’m a bit of a clean freak and I was impressed with how clean the whole place was. There are hand sanitizer stations spread through out. We had dinner there and I was impressed with the food options, especially since I have to eat gluten-free. The food was definitely upscale and was impressed with its quality. We will be back for more fun!
