We celebrated my 30th birthday at Bounce Empire for their House and Bounce with 4 DJs that played, and it honestly exceeded every expectation. The team went above and beyond to make us feel special — from helping coordinate details to checking in throughout the night so we could just relax and have fun. This is such a unique spot and really ignites the inner child in you. The bar area is beautiful and so cool, they even have the best message chairs I've ever experienced. My friends kept saying how cool the place was and I'm really grateful that I got to have such a great birthday celebration there. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat for any celebration or just a trip during the day with the kids!
I took my little girl here for her 5th birthday party on Sunday the 8th along with family and friends. We went for the K-pop Demon Hunter concert. We had an incredible experience with Bounce Empire! They partnered with us to plan and host a fundraiser for our church to help send students to summer camp, and the entire process was outstanding.
We had the pleasure of working with Gentry, who was absolutely amazing. She helped us dream big about what the fundraiser could be and guided us through every detail, making the planning process easy and stress-free. Her communication was clear, timely, and incredibly helpful.
What truly stood out was her dedication. She even came on her personal time to speak with our congregation, answer questions, and bring the Bounce Empire party bus so everyone could better visualize the event. That level of commitment meant the world to us.
Despite a snowstorm on the day of the fundraiser that impacted attendance, Gentry remained positive, encouraging, and proactive in helping us make the event a success. She was a rock star from start to finish.
Because of this experience, we will absolutely continue working with Bounce Empire for future fundraisers. Highly recommend!
Really had a great time with my little one at the k pop demon hunters event. They made it so realistic for the kids and so memorable. My little girl didnt want to leave. The only thing I would say is the location of the food kind of sucks because its just a big traffic jam while you are trying to get food and theres no actual line but it wasnt anything to leave less than a 5 start review for!

We had such a fantastic Sunday here! The facility is huge and so much fun for the kids, but what really stood out to me was the staff. They aren't just standing around—they are genuinely attentive and caring. My son had a minor injury while playing, and several staff members rushed over immediately to help him. I was so impressed by how fast and kind they were. It made me feel completely safe letting my kids run around and play. It’s rare to find a place this big that still feels this secure and well-managed. We will definitely be back!
If you are a parent looking for sanity while your kids have fun losing their minds, this is the place. Always evolving, always adding super smart new offerings for kids AND parents. Nate, who tirelessly roams the facility, is constant evidence that they don’t take safety and professionalism lightly, and Ryan, up in the bar, is a welcome departure from that 1,000th episode of SpongeBob you would otherwise be watching. And they’ve both been there forever. Basically watched my girls grow up. Where do you see this kind of dedication in a world of constant employee turnover? By your third time there they treat you like you’ve been coming for years. Next time you want to get your kids off screens, this is a great way to do it. It’s not super cheap, but it’s not cost prohibitive either. And the experience is well worth it. Just ask your kids if they want to come back on your way out. That’s the true measure of the place, not reviews like this one.
Love this place!!!!! Wow!!!! It’s super clean with a ton of options for the kids. They switch out some of the attractions so that it’s not always the same. Everyone was super helpful and seems to enjoy their job. Gentry was so amazing!!!!! Super accommodating and helpful and complimentary. I love adult lounge - big TVS , relaxing music, drinks and massage chairs. We brought 6 kiddos and they loved it. Also the food was good. Will definitely be back
We had an amazing experience at Bounce Empire! From start to finish, the customer service was phenomenal. The staff paid attention to every detail and made sure our family and friends felt personally taken care of. We rented a party room, and it was perfect—clean, organized, and set up exactly the way we needed.
The play area itself was awesome. The kids had a blast, and honestly, the adults had just as much fun! It’s rare to find a place where everyone—no matter the age—can enjoy themselves at the same level. Bounce Empire has absolutely nailed the concept.

We had my son’s birthday party at Bounce Empire and the whole process was quick and seamless! I loved being able to text with the host to arrange things and just show up and have everything ready! All guests were escorted to the room upon arrival and they were there for our every need. The kids had an amazing time and got a bonus mini-concert since it was the K-pop Demon Hunter themed night as well. Highly recommend!
OH. MY. GOODNESS. This experience was truly above and beyond anything we could have imagined. The service here is unlike anywhere else I’ve been—and I’ve been to some pretty fancy places. Honestly, those places could learn a thing or two from the incredible staff at Bounce Empire.
We celebrated my son’s 4th birthday here today, and it was absolutely magical. He got to go up on stage and DJ with Bumblebee, we took photos afterward, and every single guest had an amazing time. We received so many compliments from our guests about how incredible the experience was.
The owner, James, even came over personally to congratulate us, which meant so much. And Gentry—you are an absolute GEM! Thank you for facilitating everything and making the entire day feel effortless. Every request we made was handled immediately and with such care.
This day will be a phenomenal, lifelong memory for our family. We truly cannot recommend this experience enough. Thank you all so much!

We brought our family to Bounce Empire for New Year’s Eve and had the best time. Not only was it a blast for our whole family, but it was also clean and our drinks were great. Thank you to our bartender Ryan!
This bounce place is my favorite! Their bounce slides are so massive and unique. The food is pretty good with a nice large menu. I appreciate the lockers are included- makes for a safe and simple experience. Bathrooms are clean with fancy features. Now- let's talk about this full bar upstairs with views of the entire complex! Their bar is adults only, quiet, and beautifully decorated. Us moms will get the kids bouncing and having fun- then head up to grab a drink and enjoy some peaceful zen in the massage chairs. Our trips here usually max out at about 5 hours- which is way longer than I can stand at other kid bounce/trampoline parks. It's just more enjoyable for parents and kids never run out of things to do. Well worth the money!

This place is soooo fun for adults and kids. We liked it so much we just had our twins 6th birthday there. Gentry was sooo awesome and helpful! We had our own private Monster Truck inflatable house right by the party table so kiddos never had to sit still if they didn’t want to. The space was incredible, food and drinks top notch, and staff sooo lovely! Recommend it for anyone!!!
We had a birthday party for my 11 year old son and it was fabulous! Gentry went above and beyond even before we booked a party. She offered us a tour of the facility and we were hooked! The constant communication before and during the party from the incredible Queen of events, Gentry, was refreshing and the care with which we were treated was unparalleled. All staff members we had contact with were wonderful and really seem to love their jobs. The party was nothing but awesome and the entire staff was extremely accommodating. From the front desk employees to the very talented bartender Ryan, the day was beyond what we had hoped for. The obstacles, bounce houses, slides and mini-games are unique and fun for all ages! Our guests ranged from ages 3 to 73 and all had an equally amazing time. Oh, and did I mention, they have massage chairs? We will definitely be back!
Sooooo long story to explain about a football banquet that was planned and started as a fail but I will make it a long story short.
Initially, I was going to leave a ZERO star review if that was an option due to the party planning committee over here and a young skinny woman at the check in due to her inappropriate attitude and demeanor for a party that was spending well over 500 buck But… now, after a very well thoughtful employee ( GENTRY) whom did everything she could to make it right so it was a positive experience and a good night for our football boys .
She helped set up and make sure food was served in a timely fashion. She was communicative and respectful the entire time even after I had got pretty rude with my reactions due to frustration. She saved the day and I’m here to say she made it right and a good memory for the CEO of TJFL

double check in person of your party package and details prior to party .
Make sure if you asked for decor and food that it’s accounted for
Make sure to show up more than 30 min to set up as I was told 15 min before and they took that time to CHECK IN !
Also, make sure the room you are BOOKED if what you get, because they moved our room SAME DAY.
Bounce Empire blew me away from the moment we walked in. The energy, the music, the food, the entire atmosphere, it was all on another level. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was our host Gentry.
Gentry was beyond incredible. She was kind, patient, and so attentive to every detail. She made us feel welcomed the entire time and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does because her energy set the tone for the whole experience. I honestly could not have asked for a better host.
The staff overall was wonderful, super friendly and always smiling. The music kept the vibe going all day, and the food was surprisingly delicious for a place focused on fun. Everything felt clean, well organized, and thoughtfully run.
If you are in Colorado and want a place that delivers fun, great service, and unforgettable memories, Bounce Empire is it. We will definitely be coming back and asking for Gentry every time.
Bounce Empire was by far the best bounce experience we’ve had to date. My family had a great time with the various options the place has to offer, from bounce houses to football throwing baseball bounce houses and many more. Service was excellent Gee is a really great and on top of it we really appreciate her professionalism and kindness (go chiefs). Kenny and his kitchen crew were great as well the food was amazing thank you Kenny. Having an area for the adults to relax and watch some football was pretty cool too. This is a great place for sure.
Awesome bouncy experience. Went during an adult hours with a dj setup. Had a blast. Wide variety of slides and bouncy activities with different things to do and locker system built into the entry is great!
This place is hands down one of the best creations ever! It truly brings out your inner child with so many fun and unique activities to enjoy. From jumping around, to tackling the big red bouncy balls like you're on the show Wipeout, to the race courses and even axe throwing, there's something for everyone. My personal favorite had to be the sumo wrestling--it was such a blast!
The upstairs bar was absolutely stunning, offering a great view of the bounce area below. The bartenders were the sweetest, super friendly, and really added to the overall experience. The only downside was that we received some free drink cards from the manager for our birthday, which was a really nice gesture. However, we were under the impression that the cards were good for any drink, but it turned out they were only valid for beers, which was quite disappointing.
Additionally, I wasn't a big fan of the pink drink option they had. It tasted cheap and reminded me too much of Pink Whitney, which wasn't what I was hoping for. Other than that, this place is an absolute hit, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a fun time. The variety of activities really sets it apart, and I can't wait to go back!
Went to Bounce Empire for the Demon Hunter event and honestly had such a great time with my little ones. The place was super clean, the vibes were fun, and the staff was really patient with all the kids running around.
I want to give a special shoutout to Steven — he was so friendly and helpful the whole time. He made sure everything felt safe and smooth for the families there, and you could tell he really cared about everyone having a good experience.

It was so fun and clean. My boys are 7 and 4 and everything was safe and they enjoyed everything. I am “older” and loved it all the same. Only thing I would change for me is it being closer to home
Had a great time with the kiddos at Bounce Empire. We booked a party se wo got the VIP treatment. They were very attentive and helpful meanwhile the kids were having a blast. There were so many different activities and attractions that they enjoyed. We also got to partake in the food selection. Those buffalo wings are undeniable. We will definitely be having more family gatherings here in the future

So much fun! I was a little surprised to pay $14 to not participate in anything, but they do have a really nice balcony, massage chairs, bar, and large format TV room with recliners. I wish the bar wasn't so cold from the AC, so if you get chilly like me, bring a sweater!
The food is good and sourced locally and there are non-fried options.
Wow! What a great place for kids, teens and adults! There is so much to do for everyone. I personally enjoyed the massage chairs in the bar area with the most delicious cocktail. I’m a bit of a clean freak and I was impressed with how clean the whole place was. There are hand sanitizer stations spread through out. We had dinner there and I was impressed with the food options, especially since I have to eat gluten-free. The food was definitely upscale and was impressed with its quality. We will be back for more fun!
