Pleasant staff and helpful yard workers. The Colorado location a huge place with materials inside and out. They'll help you with fork lifts to load out. Check ther website for national locations and the rotating stock of varied items. Material orders can be trucked between locations for pick up.

I'm very happy with your service. I see a lot of things that other people I know could definitely use. I'm going to make sure to let them them know about your site. I have found other things for myself in spring.

It seemed to be a good deal but the gloves are expired... They have a HORRIBLE chemical smell that I have never smelled on nitrile gloves before. They run small also. They are 5 years old. They start to degrade after the expiration date and will be easier to tear. They are already EXTREMELY thin to begin with. There is no mention in the description that they are expired. I reached out to customer service and was very surprised with the response. Basically blame me for their deception. I don't know if it was a mistake that they did not mention that they were expired or by design. This along with the "too bad so sad" customer service strategy will have me thinking twice before I order from here again. It's a Gamble, and if you receive trash, you are stuck with it. The way that the company promotes themselves, I can't believe that they do business in this way.

great energy and attentiveness here
I love the mission of finding ways to elevate materials that may have already led one lifeJan 06, 2026 -
The workers on the forklifts are reckless and super unsafe driving those forklifts. Also when I got there it seemed like there was no one working out in the yard when I needed assistance. But they definitely gave me more then I paid for originally and asked me to just pay him half for the extra he loaded on my trailer which was nice of him but I was confused cause I was gonna go inside and pay but he told me no need to since I can give him cash for it right there. I guess there system is ran different. Aight place all around but from what I noticed it was self service your self instead of someone helping me load the items I bought.. until I was halfway done loading a worker came to help me. but cant complain I got buy 1 get 2 half off price. :) thank you Saul (I think that was the guys name that helped me)

I came across this repurposematerials site via a web search for a panel stand. Everything I had initially found was more than I wanted to spend. This site was mentioned in an article I was reading so I checked it out and what a great idea it is! I found exactly what I was looking for at a bargain! Shipping was free and extremely fast. I perused the site and noticed some other items that I could possibly use in some of my other projects. Definitely take some time to look through the site as you might unexpectedly come across something that may work for you with a little ingenuity.

Good stuff. Bought insulation. Not perfect but kept it out of the land fill, good price, and works great!

Purchased good quality artificial turf at a really reasonable price and I feel great knowing that I'm keeping that tied out of the dump. I love the reuse and repurpose mentality and that this place exists!!

Bought a 12x40 billboard tarp to cover the north side of my greenhouse, for heat retention with winter growing. Arrived quickly, great price, and I'm helping the planet. Would love it if you had some 55gal water barrels locally near 81004!
Will be back to buy more stuff for sure. I see potential for lots of projects.Oct 09, 2025 -

I bought a 11x22 tarp for my lean to behind my shed. It's much larger than I need, but I trimmed it easily. I have enough left over to replace it 2 more times. The cost was half as much as I've spent on high end tarps the last only a few years. I think this tarp will last just as long, maybe longer and have enough to redo the lean to another 2 times! I'm an avid upcycle kind of guy and this tarp is perfect. The ordering, confirmation and shipping processes are all top notch. I highly recommend this company and it's products.

Working with Repurposed Materials is always a pleasure, but especially when working with Jeff in their logistics department. The company and Jeff make the process smooth, easy, affordable and convenient every time!

Picked up some turf today. Excellent prices and the staff were extremely helpful. Scott helped me load and pick matching product, he was awesome!

I drove my truck and trailer 1.5 hours (3 hours round trip!) to get loaded up with several pallets of stuff, only to be told they stop loading an hour before they close because they have kids they need to pick up! The woman told me there's a sign on the door stating the load window. I said you know where that info ISN'T? ...On the website.
I asked if they could make an exception since I drove so far. The manager just stood there ignoring me...so I left and will never go back despite spending thousands there over the years at their old location.
Response: I was in the office at 1624, six or 8 pallets only take about 5 minutes to load if you actually know how to run a forklift...I used to empty whole semi-trailers out in 15 minutes...
Perhaps if you put the load window on your website instead of the office door, you wouldn't have these issues.Aug 21, 2025 -
Bought a car seat - picture showed arm rests - not there and bottom was bent, maybe in shipping. I straightened frame and will be using it without arm rests as a shop seat. I will do more due diligence before I order from this site again.

Found this grate material while searching for options to cover the concrete gutters in front of my shop. The material was strong enough for walking, but maybe not driving over. So, I cut the ends and welding them down to box-in the slats. I also took the cut off material and made support straps that I welded under the vertical slats. A little elbow grease and spray paint gave me what I wanted for about a quarter of the price it would have been to order/ship pre-made grates. Very satisfied and will definitely check with RepurposedMaterials for any future projects.

We were excited to find shipping cases that we had been looking for to contain fragile equipment that we ship between offices. The containers that repurposedMATERIALS sold were top quality and a great discount from comparable options. We really appreciate their mission and are eager to support them; with such a great offering, the purchases were a no-brainer! Keep them in mind when you need a product/material; there are great options at fantastic prices. I'll look to buy from them again in the future.

I have bought 7 items for a total of over $7,000 that I am using in the construction of my low ecological footprint home. I have been satisfied with all of the purposes. The home is a prototype for affordable homes to help with the lack of lower income homes.l

I bought the hospital curtains and they are the perfect length around my covered patio. They block the wind and sun, but still allow for air movement/venting for the gas "firepit". No worries about the fire getting too close to the fabric either. Was excited to get them up this year, but next year I'll make them true Roman shades. Even made matching pillow covers for the chairs!

These are the best deal on lights anywhere. Super well made, I deleted the photo cell option, it is easy, and run them on timer. Had to paint them to match building.

Bought two sets of tent ridge pole and combined to make a 25 foot flagpole with rope pulley and light mounted at the top. Really sturdy and should last for a very long time. As always shipping was excellent and fast!

I was so excited to see parachutes available via your newsletter and was happy to finally be able to purchase something from your amazing company! Years ago a friend had gifted me a parachute which I folded in half and hung in the trees. It was and is my favorite thing. After some serious storms and rope failures my parachute was beaten up pretty good. I am so happy to have a new parachute flying again! In the day she whips around like a dancing butterfly, at sunset her panels light up with the changing colors of the sky and at night she glows like a beautiful jellyfish.

Bought metal grating panels to use as decking on a porch extension. Ordering and delivery were excellent and I'm loving how the project turned out.

Great experience. I have purchased a number of items from these guys and all have been as advertised, including the bowling alley floor I used as a bartop

Although I haven’t purchased a lot I really like the idea or repurposing and I do get FANTASIC ideas. My intent beyond the couple of small purchases is to repurpose rubber conveyer belts for snow tracks on 6x6 amphibious ATV’s. Stay tuned….

Last year I bought 1 1/2 inch fire hose from repurposed materials with the idea of making a basket for all our dogs’ toys. I finally got around to making it. Required welding a 1/8 steel rod into a basket so that the spacing could fit the fire hose, but it didn’t turn out so bad. Weaving fire hose was NOT easy! hats off to fire fighters for moving charged lines around. Very happy to have come across repurposed materials!

Truck flooring makes stunning kitchen and bath vanity counter tops!
We purchased two boxed crates of the truck wood flooring tongue & groove "butcher block"; sight unseen. At the time the product was located at Kankakee, IL location, I reside in Colorado and needed the product at our lake house in N. Wi. So they found us a trucker to pick up and deliver to my carpenter's shop in Wi. This all sounds like a risky purchase but I have bought and used so many items from repurposed M that I was not hesitant and I am grateful now for the beautiful end result at an incredible savings. Do the math and compare to counter top options of $50-$80 / sq foot. Even after shipping costs and carpenter work and installation, ours came to about $23 per sq foot.
We are still taking summers to work on the lake house, but the truck wood floor reuse for counter tops are just so incredible I had to share. Our carpenter ran them thru a planer, (see pics at end that show raw wood before staining) made front rounded edges and glued and screwed them on for a big chunky 3 1/2 inch thick counter top look. Most walls and all the floors are wood at our 1921 lake house so we stained the counter top dark walnut for contrast and then oil rubbed them. The wood itself is dense and solid like stone. We’ve identified our wood to be a nice butcher block mix of teak, cypress and eucalyptus wood, all very water resistant but take stain very well. We used standard Varathane brand stain, nothing organic as we sealed it with oil. Water puddles on it like a rain on a new car. Our carpenter says they’ll easily last about 200 years. Everyone that visits has to run their hand down the gorgeous wood tops with admiration. We have them at the coffee station & wet bar off the kitchen and on a bathroom vanity as well. Just beautiful. We got our truck floor wood tongue & groove load from you in 2018, it looks about the same as what you’re offering now. This summer we’ll be using it for shelves over the washer & dryer, storage shelves in two bathrooms and a surround deck for a jacuzzi tub. I’ll send pics next fall when it’s all done and cleaned up.
Our past purchases, all great stuff, we manage to integrate into home improvement projects like how we screwed in 4 pick up truck loads of used 4 x 8 isoboard insulation boards -12 inches high on top of roof board then under metal roof and 12" high metal facia at Colorado residence, used 2 of 4 pallets of new thin bricks used with German schmear process on exterior 3' base of Wi lake house(really cool), large used Colby & Colby arched windows installed at Wi lake house in 20 x 40 master bed suite and makes it feel like I'm sleeping in a tree house. We have 2 boxes of new 18'' stainless tubes for a future deck railing project. Also 16 gauge roof panels - enough to side a 5 car garage, another future project, sports gym bleachers future back yard seating/ barrier, soccer field faux turf installed in Colorado home 4 years ago, still looks great and lastly 12 massive spools of 6' wide synthetic furniture underlining fabric that seems to outlast any landscape fabric in keeping weeds down - have it everywhere in Colorado and Wisconsin, including neighbors' yards.
My biggest tip for you recycle and reuse heroes is to buy what you want when you see it at repurposedMATERIALS because if you don't, someone else will and it will be gone when you decide to buy. The savings we have experienced in buying used or recycling product allows us to do so much more. Then just knowing that we're keeping it out of land fills really feels good too.
Sorry this is so long I just can't say enough about buying building and project materials at repurposed M. The folks there are all wonderful to work with and so helpful loading and making purchases and pick ups as easy as possible.
I hope you are able to enlarge the photos.Dec 16, 2019 -
Considerably smaller showroom than you might expect, but they've got a lot of stuff outside. Most is moderately priced, with some really good deals like door mats. Worth a stop if you're in the area.
