You guys and your staff are amazing. I literally just saw two of your employees helping a lost dog return to his master as he crossed the road. It was so touching and made me feel proud to have a company like you guys in our town.

Marv’s Towing is the most reliable tow company. They saved us when we needed it most. Joel our tow truck driver was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and a life saver. Will in dispatch was friendly and helpful. We use Marv’s for heavy duty towing at my work. Brent has always been a reliable heavy duty tow truck driver. The team at Marv’s is great. If you need a prompt and reliable tow company do not use anyone else. We needed a tow for the Denver metro and Marv’s was there so fast to help us. Marv's Quality Towing is far from quality. I don't think I've ever disliked a business as much as this one. I unfrotuantely had to interact with them when the police towed my car. It was the most ridiculous situation ever because there was a huge wind storm in Boulder with 90+ MPH winds that had blown down the temporary "No Parking" signs. Pairing this with the fact that I parked at night, of course I didn't see the signs... Naturally, when the road work crew comes to do work I get towed, understandable. I have someone drive me to Marv's to try and get my car back and they've charged me the tow fee and the daily rate from holding it which all makes sense.
However, since I was towed by the police I needed to go to the police station to get the papers to have it released. This is something they failed to mention on the phone when I called and gave them my license plate number. They also forgot to give me my ID back before I went to the station (I just used my digital ID).
I went back to Marv's and tried to get my car back and after everything I went through it almost felt like they had been intentionally trying to stall me so they could charge for a second day of being in their lot. Lucky for me, someone drove me but in another instance how do you expect someone to go to and from the police station when you have their car?? It all seemed super shady and predatory I'm not sure why the Boulder police goes to this company. The cherry on top was the part where the front desk person was literally a 12 year old girl at the front desk vaping right in front of my face. Think she would've been better off in her middle school class learning not to forget so much.
When my car broke down I called this company as they were the only company I have unfortunately had the privledge of knowing in the area. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I explained exactly where I was and was told a truck would be there in about 45 minutes. After waiting well over an hour, no one showed up. I called back multiple times and each time I got a different excuse. First they “couldn’t find” my location, then they said a driver was on the way, but no one ever arrived. I just ended up calling another tow company.
So odd to see a business try to snatch every penny from me when I shouldn't have ever been towed but then when I need to be towed they're not there to take my money??
We recently had our car winched and towed down a mountain, and I can’t say enough good things about the service we received. Josiah, our technician, was phenomenal. From the moment he arrived, he brought such a bubbly, outgoing personality that instantly put us at ease in what could have been a very stressful situation. Not only was he extremely professional and skilled, but he also went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and fully informed throughout the entire process. It was clear that he genuinely cared about taking care of us, not just about getting the job done. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such warmth and customer care. Josiah turned a tough day into a surprisingly uplifting experience, and for that, we’re truly grateful. We would recommend him and this company without hesitation.
My car broke down and Vince came to tow it to a mechanic. He arrived and loaded it onto the truck very quickly. The whole experience of breaking down was pretty stressful for me, but I road with him in the truck back to the mechanics in Denver and he was super friendly and massively boosted my mood which I was very grateful for. He also did some impressive maneuvering in a very busy lot at the mechanics. Thank you!
They get two stars because my driver was nice. I had a seizure coming down the mountains and ran into a guard rail. Marvs was called to pick up my car it was just on the side of the road against A rail. I had just paid 1500$ for the clutch replacement and now I have to buy all new driver and passenger side panels the front bumber and the windshield probably going to be approximately 2500$ and when I went to pick up my car the same day out of the hospital I only had 1000$ left in all my accounts. They charged me 1346$ to get it out of the lot. Which is absolutely ridiculous they did not put that much time into recovering my car maybe 1 hour and they say the hourly recovery rate is 200$. So I dont see how or why I needed 1300$ to get my damaged car out of the lot when im now looking at another 2500$ in repairs and im also still paying the last repair. They should not be able to legally charge more that A couple hundred dollars for A simple tow to there lot. Also my car was not even there A full day. The reason they get away with this is they have the police contract and are allowed to charge whatever they want. im sure they are much nicer when You want your car towed from one place to another but if your car gets put in there lot its done for unless you got serious money and if you dont recover it they will be able to take ownership and do what they want with it. My car has been my only home for the last 6 months and the only reason im not homeless Is because I have it. Now im drowning i have no money for gas to get to work no money to repair it. It is very risky to drive now without spending atleast 2000$ for the windshield and front end bumper and side panels. I have no money left and have no way to repair it so im just going to have to drive A damaged car that I will likely get pulled over in because of the front end damage that I cant afford to repair within the next month If it wasn't so incredibly expensive to get my car back I might have been able to atleast get lights put back on it but being homeless I need food and gas to get to work more than I need the lights regardless of the repercussions that might come with it. Overall being homeless and now having to pay 2500$ to get my car in proper condition after haveing to pay 1300$ just so I would have somewhere to sleep when I go to work. This is absolutely devastating and I have no idea how im going to recover from this.
Absolutely amazing staff, they really helped me jump through the many hoops that is proving ownership and were very patient with me. The driver who walked me out gave me some good advice as to where I could get a copy of my registration with out going to the dmv (thank god)

This place is awful!!! Less than 0 stars. They gouge you for every penny but when they mess up and don’t turn the vehicle off so the battery drains. But will they jump it or help you with it?? NO….they get pissy with you and tell you if you don’t have it gone by close they’re locking it up again. We were told by 2 different people that as long as you pick it up before noon you don’t pay for another day. We were here at 2:30 and paid for the full day yet they say that if we aren’t gone by 6:00 pm they will lock it up again. Legally we have until 11:59 am tomorrow.They suck all they want is to screw people over.
Savannah was an absolute gem to work with. She gave us her eta beforehand, was quick to arrive, and was very careful when loading the vehicle. Highly recommend
Service was good over all. Little confusion with dispatch but that was resolved quickly and professionally. Marco was great, friendly and personable. The thing I liked about this company is that it was quick. Having a car towed is a always a stressful experience but a company that move's quick takes the sting out a little bit. It was from the highway to my house in a bit over an hour.

Absolutely evil people. If you get unlucky enough to get hit and have your car totaled the police will bring it here. And then this place will charge you exorbitant rates for your car that is totaled. They want your title so they can sell the parts and scrap and then bill you on top of it. The tow driver himself was a jerk, telling me as soon as he hooked up my car, while im still bleeding and in shock that im sitting at 249.00 an hour right now and he wanted money while the paramedics were still here and my nose is dripping blood. Then I go down to get my expensive glasses from my car and they want the title and registration and im like yeah, you want to sell this car for scrap and bill me too and ive got no car, and injured. These people are legally robbing everyone and are totally heartless. Imagine having an accident snd losing your only transportation and its an old car so the market value isn't worth enough to replace it but you dont have full coverage and just 200 dollars until payday so you are on the edge of homelessness and they want to bill you and then wrecker companies want to pay you 200.00 for the car but the tow bill is more so u cant afford it so after 15 days they will strip the new tires you just bought. Take your nice stereo. Take all the parts, then crush it for scrap. They robbed you, stole your car and made money and are so rude and this should be illegal because its thoroughly evil. I bought that car 20 years ago. Someone made an illegal turn and totaled it and hurt me and this tow place literally wanted money at the accident site and saw me bleeding. Pure evil.
Boulder county was grading the dirt road from Gold Hill back down to Boulder. We unfortunately nailed a big rock and had a tire blow out on the front driver side. We called Marv's towing. They were extremely efficient with their time and more than professional and friendly. Strongly recommend.
Marvs saved us again. Our truck broke down filled with just purchased spring time plants/landscaping. They were quick to arrive and get us to the auto shop so we could unload and save the plants. Savannah was great to work with as well and the dispatch team.
My car broke down on Midway and I called Marv’s Broomfield and the staff was extremely professional and courteous. The driver they sent was amazing and took great care of my car when he hooked it up and towed it. Thank you Marvs for such great service
I highly recommend to call Marv’s! We had Vincent come meet us within 20 minutes of calling after our truck broke down. Such a cool dude and super friendly, and very knowledgeable about cars and towing big trucks. We would have been stuck for hours w/o marvs!
Vincent responded to an emergency tow situation and was absolutely incredible. There was some abnormal and difficult circumstances' (including some basic "karens") that made Vincent's job more difficult. He handled everything very professionally and efficiently. He remained calm and focused despite a busy parking lot with some very tight spots and obstacles in his way. He made a very difficult situation much easier for me to handle as well. I am grateful to have had his help today and highly recommend Vincent to handle the most difficult and complicated situations and people.
Derek did a great job helping move my 1962 Triumph Spitfire - the brakes aren't working so it needed to be towed. He was very careful getting it onto the flatbed truck. Many thanks!!
Great roadside assistance service. I got a flat tire at midnight and got stuck on my way home. They arrived quickly as soon as they got the phone call. The guy changed the tire quickly so I was able to get home. Thank you!
I needed to have my truck towed to the dealership for repairs. I used my roadside assistance benefit with my insurance, and they subcontracted Marv's Quality Towing. An operator named Maxx came to get my truck. He was professional, polite, and very friendly. We had a good conversation while he worked. He treated my truck with care, and also let me know when he had delivered my truck to the dealership a short time later. Who else does that? It was a pleasure to meet Maxx with Marv's quality towing today. He absolutely went the extra mile for me.
Writing this under a pen-name, but I just had my car towed with Marv's towing. They were quick and helpful over the phone--I wasn't sure on my timing, but they worked with me and met me at the time and place no problem. I was a little worried about how it would go, but Vincent was a pro and made it look easy, and he was able to get the car on the tow truck no problem. Super nice guy too. Just as easily as he picked up, he put it right where I needed it in a spot a couple miles up the canyon. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend. Something I was stressing about ended up being very quick and easy.

My wife and I had the worst luck on our anniversary. We were really looking forward to a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater, but a blown tire in a pothole almost ruined our night. Luckily, Marv's Towing came to the rescue! They've been my go-to for tough situations since my reckless high school days – you know, pulling Jeeps out of ditches and stuff like that. This time, it was my beloved Audi TT RS they had to carefully load. Amish, the driver, was super friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Boy did Jeff take great care of us today! Flat tire on a 4x4 road outside of Nederland. He drove as far as he could and hoofed it in the last mile carrying tools and jack. Helped us change the tire, which we needed more support than what was provided by our SUV. Then we were on our merry way.
When the tow truck driver is too lazy to clean the rocks off of his truck so they wind up all over the highway.
My windshield was already cracked but extra cracks did not help.

Dillon came out to my son’s home to unlock my car a 2021 Chev Equinox. My son lives up above Olde Stage Road and I only waited 23 minutes they were right on time! Dillon may be young but he was awesome AND knows what he is doing!
Eric was an awesome guy! I have a super low sedan and he was very helpful with getting it on and off the trailer. Drove my car from Boulder to Loveland and Eric kept up with us and got there in a timely manner too! Not my first time using Marv's but they are great people and my go-to tow company in the Boulder area. 11/10
