When all the others were closed or not available for 3-6 hours, he came right away! He got my car hooked up and took me and it to get a new tire. Super happy.
We scheduled a pick up for 02/04. No show. Said he thought it was the 5th when the text history clearly showed the 4th. Calls me back after being over an hour late to tell me that he can't do the job. Would not recommend if you intend on relying on someone.
Started off great, he did get my vehicle home. After getting into the car there is a huge hole in my cup holder(assuming he tried to use it for an access panel to the gear shifter, due to the fact he said he couldn't get the car started to get it into neutral, the keys were in the car itself and he had the door lock code). He didn't say absolutely anything about it when dropping off the vehicle.Make sure you check your car very Very carefully when getting your car dropped off to you from this company! The little cover is broke, the biggest problem is dishonesty of a towing company that I'm pretty sure there supposed to let you know of any damages done to your vehicle!
This place is amazing!! The people are wonderful and I’m grateful to have found this place! I was in such a bind with leaving my car on the side of the road for 5 days trying to get a tow from multiple different companies. When I finally found this company, they worked with me, providing me with multiple options on getting my car picked up. However, when they finally went out there, my car was gone. They went above and beyond to help me locate my car and then towed it from the new location. AMAZING service! If I were having more kids, I would name them all after them! I highly recommend this place!
This morning I hit a deer and die to the damage of my car it was labeled not safe to drive so the insurance adjuster called me and asked if she could take over all the calling and planning so I didn't have to worry about anything. Manny from one guy towing called and said he was headed to get my car. When he hit here he asked how I was and shook my hand. He was very polite, quick and very thorough. Sorry Manny but I really hope this is the last time I will need your help but if it isn't I will definitely give you a call. Thank you for being so kind.
Absolutely best experience ive ever had with a tow company. Responded right away and came straight out to the middle of nowhere for me. Worked with me to save some money too. Awesome, awesome experience!
I can't recommend this tow service enough. The price was very reasonable, even though I was in a vulnerable position and could have easily been taken advantage of. Manny was extreamly friendly, knowledgable, and had the equipment to recover my vehicle without risk of further damage. What really impressed me was that he answered the phone on a holiday weekend - when most places wouldn't even pick up. At some point, everyone needs a tow, and when you do, call this guy.
He was very prompt. Very polite, courteous. Any question we had he would answer. He took my vehicle to my house which was 7 miles south, which I was glad he did til I get into my mechanic. So if you ever need a tow be sure call.
With a nearly dead phone, I was ready to use my last call as a call to the Sherriff's office for rescue. No tire company I called would assist me. I googled towing and Manny picked up the phone on first ring. He said what I needed to hear; "I won't let you set out in the desert. I'll get you.", and he did. He came immediately (an hour of driving into the grasslands). He had a great rapport with my family. He instinctively took charge to change my tire, when all he needed to do was pull the lug nuts. I'm not sure how I got myself so stuck with almost no phone service but the assurance I got dealing with Manny was priceless. Great guy!
They were very prompt for the situation & the gentleman who arrived to tow my car was very polite, respectful & showed genuine concern for my condition of safety during the wait time. Greatly appreciated the overall professionalism.
Had a nail in my tire on a Sunday morning and needed my truck. Manny showed up, was friendly as he fixed it and sent me on my way 20 minutes later. Much appreciated!!!
Our RV got stuck on the street turning a corner. They showed up FAST and lifted up our RV enough to set us free! They saved our home on wheels and we will FOREVER be in their debt! Thank you again for your kindness and compassion.
I was broke down out in the middle of nowhere, more than 90 minutes from any town, with 5 children at 2:00 am. All other towing companies, which claimed to be 24 hours, didn’t answer the phone. Manuel came right out and stayed with me until my husband arrived. He not only towed my vehicle, he fixed it by the next afternoon and had us back on the road again (even though car repair is not his business and he didn’t have to)! I’m so very thankful he was the one who answered our call!
Manuel came out and assisted us when our insurance left us stranded for 12 hours. He was able to help us get back on the road in no time. Incredible service. Highly recommend.
Manuel is awesome I happen to pass by this town on a Sunday and I noticed my tired had a ball on the side and there was no place open to help me change my tire. And I found Manuel on google, a life saver he changed my tired right away and he was very friendly I highly recommend his service. And I’m very thankful I found him to help me basically in the middle of nowhere.
Helped with a flat on my work truck, the technician was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. He got the tire swapped quickly and gave me advice about my truck’s spare. Cannot recommend them enough!

Manny helped me on a Sunday when many other towing and auto service centers were closed. I had orientation for a job at Ogden, Utah scheduled that Monday. I was very nervous about whether I would arrive on schedule. Manny immediately diagnosed the problem ( a bad alternator ), had me ensure the part store was open and had the part, towed me all the way to Denver ( almost 70 miles away), and changed the part at the part store parking lot so I could get to my new job on time, and gave me a very modest price. Additionally, Manny is a great person to chat with and we shared many stories together and I felt at ease despite the issue and delay. While having a vehicle break down is never enjoyable, Manny saved the day and made a bad day much better.
Showed up on time, very professional and delivered vehicle to destination with no issues. When I say on time I mean last minute, as there where complications with the insurance company that postponed us. I reached out to one man shop and he took care of me and he talked to the roadside and took care of it. Awesome service highly recommended for any tow needs in the bent county area.
We were stranded in the ditch during this last snowstorm in Colorado. These guys were there quickly and had us out within minutes of arriving.

Caught a blowout along the interstate and unfortunately to my surprise no donut or spare. Called my roadside assistance through my insurance company and had to wait 6 hours for them to send someone that would accept passengers. This man drove an hour and sixteen minutes to get my boyfriend and I off of the interstate. He went way out of his way and I’m so grateful he did. Not only that but he was so kind as to offer us water for the drive to the tire shop and to my surprise I found the inside of the truck to be very spacious. I made it home safely in the grand scheme of things l’m forever grateful! Y’all consider him if you ever find that your in need of a tow you won’t regret it.
Manuel was a godsend. Broken down, we needed a tow. Good Sam roadside contacted him. He responded immediately, communicated in advance his arrival time, and has a quality Jerr-dan carrier truck. Turns out he's also a knowledgeable and experienced mechanic, and was able to diagnose and guide our repair process, then return our car to us. Excellent communication all around. He's a family man, trustworthy and gracious. He made our stressful experience a blessing, really.
