Every time I call in, they are incredibly helpful. I sell pre owned rollbacks, and often need straps for these trucks. They are never rude, and do not get nasty if I don't 100% know what I'm talking about, unlike a lot of vendors I work with regularly.
If they don't have what I'm after in stock, they call when the parts are in.
