I worked with Sierra from CashforCars and walked away with a great experience. I called multiple places and they were one of two places offering the highest price for my vehicle, but the other place never followed up. Sierra was consistent, friendly and so were all of the rest of the people involved in the process down to the tow driver being prompt and courteous.

Very unprofessional. If they offer you a price(which is likely terrible) they do not keep the offer on the table for 24 hours as they claim. My offer was removed within 2 hours, which I’m glad happened as I got a much better offer. I wouldn’t contact these people unless you have trash in your driveway

This was a great way to sell my truck. Everyone I talked to was professional and friendly. They gave me a quote and two days later my vehicle was picked up and I received a check for the amount quoted. I never knew this option was available to sell my vehicle. Great service! The tow truck driver was amazing too. Thoughtful and kind. Thank you C4C!!!!

The first guy I talk to was horrible. But the customer service line was great and tow truck guy was great. The guy at the actual office was rude . And ridiculous.

Terrible experience and terribly inexperienced. I got transferred 4 times to people who couldn’t help me. They hung up on me multiple times and misled me about how I would be receiving money. Just an awful experience

Unprofessional with time frame for pick up. Rakeem was professional with buying the truck, but not being given a time frame as to WHEN it would be picked up, left me waiting ALL MORNING WITHOUT ANSWERING WHEN IT WOULD BE DONE! WON'T BE USING THIS COMPANY EVERY AGAIN

My truck was totaled by an uninsured DUI driver, and as a result my truck was collecting storage fees in a tow yard. Cash for cars made me a fair offer for what was left if my truck and picked it up the next day. The process was straight forward and relatively simple. I received a check when they picked up my truck. Long-story-short, I was skeptical but this business is legit

My initial call and the initial guaranteed offer given to me was a quick and simple experience that “cash for cars” stuck to even though I delayed for awhile. After their tow was arranged the driver was efficient, timely, and friendly. I will definitely use again if necessary!

Absolutely horrible customer service. For one, the company did not check the title paperwork before leaving with my vehicle (it was my first time selling, so i didnt know i had to sign the title). Then they ask me to come in and sign the title. I said okay. I got off work early to drive 45 minutes through heavy traffic to sign the title. I walked in to the Littleton, CO lot office TWO MINUTES after close and the staff there just smiled and refused to let me come in to sign one piece of paper. Something that wouldve taken them 5 SECONDS OF THEIR TIME!!!! That is absolutely PATHETIC customer service. I even called on my way to the lot to warn them that im trying to hurry but traffic was heavy, so i might be a minute or two late. The lady on the phone said she would notify the lot. Will never use this company again.

I search 6 websites and got quotes. This one was the highest for selling a 20 year our truck in good condition, good engine, but in need of other mechanical issues more expensive than I wanted to put into it. After I got the quote the initial call was a bit “clunky”.. not great to understand, talked a bit fast and had to hand off and then repeat all of my information once and then again when the dispatch “check in” call happened. But the local tow yard driver was very professional, on time, quick and accurate with the paperwork and check. If the title transfer and state registration refund goes smoothly (and the check does not bounce), then the completion of the transaction was very good.

No game was played. I accept the offer (on a Friday ). The next Tuesday the car was picked up while the driver handed me a check of full offering amount. The whole process was smooth and pleasant.
