This is by far the best car spot I have ever been to to get my car fixed. It really helped out a lot doing everything they can in their powers to fix it as soon as possible other places I’ve been to have my car for weeks. Andrew is definitely the person to go to. I can’t thank him enough.🙏🏽

Watch out for made-up issues in diagnostic report. I brought my car in for a check engine light and as I expected, there was a part that was failing and needed replacement. They also let me know there were oil leaks in two other places, and if I didn’t pay over $1700 to replace those parts, there would be severe engine damage. I ended up taking my car to the dealership and they did the work needed under warranty. At the end they told me they found no other issues with my car and, shockingly, no oil leaks!! I specifically asked about the two oil leaks Brakes Plus found and they told me that was absolutely not true. Incredibly disappointed Brakes Plus would do this as I have had positive experiences at other Brakes Plus locations. I would definitely get a second opinion on any work they recommend or avoid this shady business altogether.

Awesome experience and Adam the manager was very understanding and cost conscious when I needed work on my car. The rest of the staff and techs were super friendly. I will definitely be coming back to get the rest of what needs fixing on my car.

I dropped my car for an oil change. Great service, and customer service. Andrew and the team were very helpful and kind. I didn’t receive any pushiness for other services and I really appreciated that. Thanks guys! See you next time!

Went to this location after going to the brakes plus off Evans and Colorado and had a completely different experience. Adam and his crew know what they are doing and know how to take care of their customers. I will be returning to this location for any other maintenance needed.

Literally the best car maintenance experience I’ve ever had. Adam was stellar and the team was so fast and nice. 10/10 recommend if you need to get your brakes serviced. Oh also, got new brake pads, rotors resurfaced, brake system flushed, parking brake tightened all for like $300 less than my dealer was going to charge me for just brake pads and resurfacing. Also check the website for coupons, I ended up saving an additional $80.

Back after 30,00 miles to check brakes. They were honest and shared with me that the brakes are fine. They gave them a cleaning and good to go. Thanks for your honesty. See you soon for the other cars.

I cannot say enough good things about this Brakes Plus location. I have had several issues with another one closer to me, so I drive quite a bit farther to come here. They always take great care of me and are my go to for everything regarding preventative maintenance AND repair when needed.

Our car started making a funny noise on christmas eve, called the team here and they got us in straight away! Andrew and Darren were fantastic, knew we were stressed and made us feel at ease. I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my car!

I have been going to this location for almost 3 years now. Adam and team are wonderful to work with, they are clear, they work hard to get my car done when they promise, everything they do, they always ask permission. I have even been walked back to the shop to see some items to show the condition, they are amazing. As a Woman, I feel completely comfortable taking my car and knowing they aren't scamming me. When they aren't able to handle a repair I need, they refer me to someone reputable as them. I cannot say enough good things about them. Had an issue with a brake actuator on my car. They wanted to charge $1700 for something that a YouTube video accomplished in 30-seconds. Just had to hold down a button to reset the mechanism. Edit- they also didn't regrease the caliper after looking at it, so now the brake squeaks.

I received excellent service at this location. I was serviced quickly and accommodated timely. Not to mention, I had been told by a prior mechanic I needed new brakes. But Brakes Plus ( Darren and Adam) were fair and honest with estimate and needs.

Had my truck in this shop for some maintenance. Drew was awesome and kept me informed of what I needed to keep my truck in top shape. Price was totally fair and repairs were completed in the estimated time. Will definitely use this shop again.

I just had an excellent experience at this location. I snapped a bolt changing my tire. They got me scheduled for the soonest appointment and I was in and out in no time. Adam was super friendly and overall the service was great. Professional service I would definitely recommend.

One of the most honest people/ repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. Dropped my car to have a log nut repaired. Was expecting a huge bill as my previous one with Honda dealer was approximately $1000. I cannot thank the team at the Leetsdale location of Brakes Plus enough. My car has been serviced by several other Brakes Plus locations in the area and kept having the same issues that needed to be repaired (under warranty) several times. I am very grateful I found this location, I experienced excellent customer service, they kept me up to speed on the timeline of the job, and the work was done at a fair price. Big shout out to Adam Parsons and his team at this site. Adam went out of his way to help get me back on the road in less than 1 day during a stressful time. Morgan was the technician that repaired my Jeep and was so helpful and informative. He took the time to come out of the shop and go over in great detail everything that he found and did to resolve the issue. I can tell he has a ton of experience and was very honest in his diagnosis. I also wanted to say thank you to Raidon and Andrew for their help and excellent customer service. You both were so kind and helpful! This will be my new go to shop for my Jeep.

Will never take my car anywhere else to be serviced! Have had such a wonderful experience with this Brakes Plus location the past few years. Extremely high integrity (on multiple occasions they have more honestly told me when I don’t need to move forward with costly repairs recommended by the dealership) and always kindly & patiently help me understand their recommendations (especially Adam & Yolanda). Because of this, they’ve really earned my trust and have helped me feel more confident/capable in taking care of my car. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I had a great experience with Koltan. I called ahead to see if they could beat the price of the dealerships quote on some repairs I needed and he was really transparent and set realistic expectations. They ended up beating the price by about 25% and he included an additional coupon that he didn’t have to tell me about. The staff were really helpful and friendly and they finished well before the time they quoted me. I would definitely recommend and trust them with my car anytime.
