I personally if I were you would never, EVER do business with these people.These people were rude.They were late.I never all they wanted to do was take my vehicle, when I sold it to them they wanted the lowest dollar price, the guy was rude as hell and I even tipped him and still, I went to go get my last $50 they kept for me because they needed to get a copy of the title and then I tried to wait for it and never got the $50 back. Had to go through some hoops called the lady. She was really, really rude to me. And so I am an extow truck driver, and that's not how we professionally.Talk to people or do business
Consumer beware... Advanced Auto Recycling is highly unethical. They make appointments to pick up your car and don't show up. When the pick up is rescheduled and they do actually show up, they do not honor the price they initially offered. It is a total bait and switch.
Sold my car driver drove off with my plates had to chase him down. Got my plates and there was people driving what use to be my car. These people are resellers dude who picked up my car then out to be the boss could have paid me more and lowballed me
Advanced Auto Recycling was very fair to me when picking up my junk car, no haggling and the tow truck driver was very nice. Not sure where all the negative experiences are coming from, so long as you are honest about the condition of your vehicle they are awesome to work with!
Shout out to Ed! He was driving by in his tow truck as my truck engine ignited in flames. No hesitation, he helped me put it out with his extinguisher. But sadly the damage had already been done… I’m glad I asked who he worked for because I ended up scrapping my truck with AdvancedAR. Super easy, quick, convenient and reasonable offer.
I called and informed all info about a fire damaged Abandoned junk vehicle my friend had left me to deal with. I gave all details, no title, no paperwork, no wheels or tires, engine/trans/catalytic converter/drivetrain all still intact and good, etc. Etc. They offered $200 which I accepted I was told between 3pm and 4pm which I agreed. The driver was 1.5hrs late arriving at 530. Then examines car calls someone and spoke spanish, got off phone and told me no paperwork they can only give me $100. I explained I already told them no pap we work and all details and they still offered $200. He said with paperwork it'd be $200, so I asked to speak to someone which he said ok but then avoided letting me or would ignore when I asked again. I tried calling the number I spoke to previously who offered the original price probably 50x with no answer. And the driver gmhad me sign a bil Of sale and strapped up my vehicle without letting me talk to anyone after I kept asking. I couldn't just say no as It was in a apartment complex and needed to be gone that day which I explained earlier to them.
After two days of trying I finally get ahold of the office people I tried calling and talked to about offer. They told me to hang on they would find the driver who did my car and would call me back. That was a week ago, and still crickets...so seems most of the negative reviews are true. I doubt it but I would hope they still finally call back and make things right.

Just sold my old car to them this morning and it was nothing but pure sailing! I live in the Springs and they came down and picked it up! Very nice and professional people/company! I would highly recommend!
Awesome place and service. Always have good inventory and turnover is fairly frequent. I would say prices are a bit high but it’s super convenient because it’s in the city.
These people offered me $535 for my vehicle, then lowered it to $370 when they got there. They go back on their word and can't be trusted. The other reviews about them say they same things--tried to low ball them. Don't do business with them--you'll regret it.
Let them know what we had to sale. Then they show after hours. Tell you can't pay the price said. Low balling the sale. Lied about what they would not pay
Agreed to buy a junk car through wheelzy, I disclosed to them that the car is just a shell with no engine and major accident damage. They agreed on the phone and said they'll come pick it up. When the driver showed up he said nevermind the car is in bad condition. I told him I disclosed this on the phone and you still agreed to take the car. Being frustrated I told him he can just have the car for free, I need it gone. He agreed and told me he'll take it. He stayed in my street for a few minutes and came back out of his truck and told me they gave him another car to tow and that he'll be back. It was clearly a lie to get out of taking the car, he never came back. Don't waste your time with this business.
Schedule for a pick up today. Despite having been aware of the scheduled pick up - got a call during the scheduled pick up window to state they couldn’t do pick up for another 5 days. Waste of time. Choose another auto recycler.
The automobile was picked up the very next day, and the customer service agent was really kind and professional. They were able to get me the deal I desired. I highly recommend this business.
