Called in for an engine on my Acura tl and they didn't have one in stock but Tony looked up on the system and found me one in town would definitely do business with them
Incredible establishment Tony is a super nice guy, he worked with me over multiple phone calls before I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy a whole new engine for my 2012 Mazda speed3. He was helpful and supplied me with all the info I needed. when they loaded the engine into my truck they did so with care as I had asked since the truck is brand new, and exchanging my core went very smoothly! Will be using them again in the future! very good pricing and nice guys.
I called this morning looking for a part didn't have it but they had a locator and were able to tell me where in town I could find it definitely a first choice for a phone call 100% worth it thanks guy !!

I drive an older Infiniti-a VERY difficult car to find many parts for-and these guys had what I needed at a very reasonable rate. Friendly too, I definitely will be returning.
I called to ask if they had any parts for my truck, they answered me very badly and put me on hold and did not answer, if they do not want to work in those places they should change the person to work
I needed the steering knuckle for my old suburban. There is absolutely NOTHING online concerning that part. Nothing in the junk yards either. One call to Fair and Tony dropped what he was doing to verify the part was on the shelf and the right one before I drove across town. In and out in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe it was that easy.
First off, This is how a wrecking yard should operate. I will be honest, I hate calling wrecking yards, they always answer the phone grumpy, and they always want twice what their parts are worth. Not this place. I talked with Tony about a couple axle shafts. He was willing to sell them and ship them to me at a very reasonable price. We had a couple little snags along the way, but Tony took care of me on everything. Give these guys a call if you need something for your project!
These guys care. I was looking for both front and rear differentials for my truck. Tony got a line on what I needed and hooked me up. Price was very fair and the parts were in great shape. FAIR is now my goto.
Fair auto parts & Truck are very much the place to get parts at a good price and will do there best have them there if they need to order from other salvage yard.
Sorry for the others experience. My experience was good, I got a transfer case for my brother who lives in Arizona i had to pay extra for what they called a core charge cause I didn't have the bad part. No biggie, what I really appreciated was they helped me get the part to my brother. Had to pay for it of course. Simplified getting it to my brother. And my brother is happy as hell, and so am I these guys are awesome.
I bought a motor from Fair Auto. A certified tech installed it in a shop and it ran very poorly so the problem was diagnosed and the motor was bad. I called to get it warantied with in days of purchasing it. Told I was to return it for testing so i did and i purchased another motor from them. Second one was good. Took them 4 months to test and tell me it was good when it left and the shop caused the problem. So I'm out $2000.00 and don't even get the engine back. They were relativly nice the whole time but I felt from the begining that they did not take it surious and that i would be the one at the short end of the stick. My advise do not purchase mechanical parts from here. Thanks for time, and good luck.
