I spoke to someone for quite awhile about the condition of my vehicle and the state of the title itself. A price was agreed upon and then upon arrival, I was low balled and told that the person I spoke too was in a scheduling office in Arizona. I was then accused of misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. Be aware of these guys, they feed on people who are desperate, high ball the quote and then show up offering a ridiculously less amount in hopes of getting the vehicle just because they are in front of the customer.
Needed our car gone from our yard and they came and picked it up. They were awesome to deal with and came quick and on time! Thanks again for picking up my car so I don’t have issues with the city.

Trying to sell a junk car had it set up for 4 to 430 dude shows up at three doesn’t work for me. It says we can do it tomorrow or Monday. Neither of those work for me not reliable at all would never sell a car to these people. All they do is mess you around and not even set things up right it’s not that hard to schedule things and it’s not that hard to call someone and say you’re running early don’t schedule me for an hour before when I set it up Very dissatisfied if I could give them zero stars, I would

When you think about junking your car, nice doesn't usually come to mind but that's what happened with my experience with Dependable. Starting with Melissa on the phone and then David Garcis coming to pick it up. They gave me the best price and even though someone matched it I went back to Dependable. A driver came and towed my vehicle straight from the repair shop. It's about a 45 minute drive each way, and I didn't have to deduct the tow job from the money I was offered for my car. It was a reasonable price. Honestly if I were able to trade it in, I probably wouldn't have gotten anymore than I was given. The driver was on time, and I did not have to wait at all.
