Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this experience. They had CARFAX on hand when I got there, and when I climbed underneath the vehicle it was the cleanest undercarriage on a Toyota I've ever seen. And somehow, the engine bay was even cleaner when I popped the hood open.
I live up in the mountains, and when I got home the cold weather showed that the starter was going out. They hadn't noticed this problem in Denver due to it being so much warmer, but when I reached out about it, they told me to bring the truck back down. They fixed it immediately and without charge, even though I didn't have a warranty. That is the definition of standing by your product.

I went in to purchase a Subaru. The guy told me the car I was looking at had been sitting there for “a while”. When I asked if he was willing to negotiate he said “prices are firm”.
Just goes to show you their mentality they would rather sit there with cars in their lot for long periods of time rather than negotiate and get the cars off their lot. Poor salesmanship.
6 Months in - Still a great experience.
I bought an 08 element from Ceaser at the Auto Outlet and have had nothing but good experiences. I wnated a few things changed before delivery, and they obliged.
Also had to have a few things updated afer the sale, and they were happy to honor their product and do the right thing.
Used cars can be a gamble but im pretty happy with these guys and would buy here again.

I’ve had my 99 Nissan for 8-9 years and was scared of the vehicle purchase process but Cesar Reyes made it such an easy and comfortable experience! I have been a customer of this dealership for quiet a while now, and I must say every time I have purchased a vehicle from them, they have always been really professional, and treated us with respect. All of the vehicles we have bought me and my family have been reliable, highly recommended.
This is LONG over due.. I've purched my SUV around 3 years ago from this dealership. Everything seemed great and smooth at first purchasing the car. Not even 1 month of having it I had issues. Driving home one night the car started shaking and the check engine light was blinking. Called and spoke to the manager at the time and they barely wanted to help and fix it. Supposedly they fixed the issue but who knows. Not even 1 year later. Had to spend 5k on fixing another issue. And honestly ever since, its been in and out of the mechanic shop for numerouse costly repairs. I don't know if this was a scam since the very beginning. I feel like this vehicle has been the worst mistake of my life. Me and my husband have struggled financially and mentally to keep this vehicle running. As im writing this review right now it's in the mechanic shop getting "fixed" for yet another problem.. In total I've spent about 10k in repairs and feel stuck with this SUV. I should of said something sooner but I honestly didn't think I would be in this situation this many times.
Chris and Ali were very helpful in the car buying process and made the whole experience enjoyable. We bought our Mazda CX5 here and got a great price on it. I’ve already recommended several people to look for vehicles here.

I bought a 2021 Subaru with 22,750 miles on it from them with a salvage title. They convinced me of their repairs, they said they replaced the transmission. They even talked me out of getting the extended car warranty because, "It would be a waste of my money."

Just over six months of owning the car and not even 3000 miles into driving it, the transmission explodes at 25,500 miles.
I was interested in a car. I was working with Cesar, and told him I wanted it and that I needed to go and get my trade in and cash. He said okay. I went to get cash and car but didn't think I would get back before they closed, so I called him to say I have cash, before I could say anymore he interrupted to say some one else came to look at the car and wanted it and left a deposit. Nobody said anything to me about needing a deposit or I would have. So if you want your car sold underneath you then go here.
This dealership was professional and courteous. They helped me finance my first car as a first time buyer. Thank you for making it happen for me! Yall are so amazing and i strongly suggest to buy a car here, theyre so amazing!!!
I have a beautiful van yes. I am happy it's beautiful but only have the van for two weeks, it's not wanting to start anymore. So now I'm doing payments for a vehicle that I have no clue what's going on with it. I'm a single mother and literally got sold a lemon. Caesar definitely knows how to be a sales men. But I'm highly pissed off. Be careful with the cars you choose from here..
This year has been a difficult year. Changes to the economy have led to changes in jobs and downsizing and difficult choices. Fortunately, Caesar and the group here at Denver Auto to great care of us.
I think the point that I want to stress in this review is how thoroughly the vehicles have been gone over. My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle and around the 7 to $8,000 range and we scored a home run. Thank you guys. Saw the great reviews of this place, so thought I would give it a shot.
Needed a commuter to get to work and back for the next three years, so went to look at a Toyota corolla. Ali set me up with a test drive no problem. When I was happy with the car, he really took the time to talk me through all the intricacies of going to get emissions tested, registered at the DMV etc. (I just came from Australia, and this was the first time buying a care in the US).
I also had some cash-flow issues, moving money from my Australian to US accounts. Ali & Caeser still worked out a way we could still close the deal.
Great price, great car, and fantastic service. Will be back for car no. 2!

So I've posted before and took that down. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Ali. The first 2 purchases we worked directly with the owner. He's very friendly and got us in the Nissan Rogue I really wanted. Amazing hail sale deal and an Expedition for my husband. We had several issues with the Expedition the first 2 weeks and they made it right and got us back on the road again. It was a daunting process because it was 2 vehicles but everyone there was nothing but patient and helpful. Fast forward to 2022 and a 2013 Toyota Highlander caught my eye. I wanted something bigger for myself. Absolutely loved the car. I applied online, was a smooth process. (Would Recommend) We got there and finished the paperwork. Within an hour and a half I drove my Highlander off the lot.I took it in for an inspection and oil change about 4 weeks later. I was informed about a transmission leak. Due to my own thinking that I was out of luck on that, I didn't inform the Auto Outlet. A few months ago I wrote a review on the issue and the owner reached out to see what could be done. I honestly wasn't expecting anything to come of the original review I wrote. Ali made it right and fixed the transmission leak that I was quoted $2,500 for. I'm forever grateful because he took the time to not only speak to me but he made it right. I would highly recommend this place and always always always if there's an issue, communicate that. Thank you Ali and to your mechanics I appreciate everything.
Denver Auto Outlet is an amazing shop with awesome people. The guys there were extremely helpful, honest, and patient. They had very clear standards that they stick to and are up front about, which I appreciate. Cesar helped me while I was there; he was great at communicating, sharing his honest opinion, and was very patient throughout the entire process! I highly recommend. I unfortunately did not end up buying a vehicle due to insurance issues but am looking forward to going back and purchasing a vehicle when that time comes.
This place isn’t as bad when it comes to the people. I had a good buying experience but can’t say I had a good car that came with it. I normally don’t leave reviews but I am little upset and it took some time for me to make this review. Drove a car off the lot and less than 500 miles of driving the check engine light was on. They decided they would fix it for me and I was appreciative. Unfortunately I got the car back only to find that the intake was never even connected to the throttle body and vacuum hoses not connected. Not a big deal and I didn’t bother telling them since it was easy and it kinda felt like a bother the first time they had it. After those issues I come to find out the thermostat was broken after they had Fixed it, so I replaced a second time in a month and car was good. Now I’m sitting at 2,000 miles since I bought it and over 3k of work has gone into replacing several stuff like radiator, thermostat, power steering. Not sure if I just got the bad one out of the bunch, but just a fair warning for anyone looking to buy a reliable car and not have extra money laying around to replace expensive stuff on it. I would say bring a very good mechanic since the one they have can’t remember to reconnect important vitals to a car. I wouldn’t recommend this place to people who want to buy a 20k+ car and still have to put a lot of money into it.
Came in with my significant other to help her purchase a car today. Ali and Tim were seriously the best car sales reps I have ever witnessed. Not pushy, upfront about cost, and concerns with the vehicle. Instantly gave us the Carfax, went and put gas in for a longer test drive, and secured a really nice loan agreement for us. Not your average “used car salesman.” These guys are terrific! We bought a 2018 VW with low mileage at fair market price ( no price gouging even in these crazy times!) and they were receptive to all our questions. Didn’t feel any pressure or runaround. They even took videos and sent to us prior to our coming by. You get the sense that they take pride in the quality of vehicles they offer on their lot. Would absolutely buy from them again!

This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from Denver Auto Outlet! Our 1st purchase was a Toyota Corolla and the 2nd a Honda CRV. We went in with our daughter looking for the perfect SUV, we had been talking with Ali and Tim for a while when they invited us over to have a look. They both were patient with us and let us look around. We found the car, and she loved it! Ali went to work to get us approved, this was no small task as our daughter didn’t have any credit at all. By far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ali and Tim were both awesome. Phone calls were answered right away and when they say they are going to call you right back they mean right back.
I never felt pressured to buy anything, they were very upfront with pricing and car details. No horrible surprises when we got there. The office was clean and both Tim and Ali were on it. In the time we were there I saw them both handle at least 2 other customers a piece all while remembering who was where and why they were there.
I would definitely recommend buying a car here, especially if you want a good used car without paying a ton of money for it.
