Based on their excellent reviews, I took our Bentley there with speedometer problem. Ryan, the service advisor, took the Bentley in right away and the mechanic started working on reprogramming. A couple of hours later the car was ready. However, the reprograming did not resolve the problem. Later that week, I took our other vehicle for an oil change. After picking up the car I noticed that the hood wasn't locked and unusual rattles that were not there before. Refardless, the staff was very friendly and attentive. I recommend Saul's Autotek.

Saul's is friendly and willing. We paid their $50 diagnostic fee to determine why our rear camera did not work. Only to have them tell us that we needed a $298.00 dollar battery and a $ 100.00 installation fee to complete the diagnostic. We declined to pay for a new $298.00 battery + $100.00 installation but were charged the $50 and send on our way with no real resolution or satisfaction. Friendly does not always mean fairness. Buyer beware.

Was very impressed with the inspection report provided. It included photos/videos of the parts that were recommended to be repaired. A detailed inspection report like Saul’s is not typically seen from a local mechanic shop in my experience. Service was excellent, I was a walk-in customer and they finished all the repairs by the end of day. Overall was impressed by this shop, definitely recommend.

This was my first time going to Saul’s Autotek. They were the only auto mechanic shop near me that was open in my area late on a Saturday. I was surprised to hear that they are even open on Sundays. I had an amazing experience working with Ryan. He was very personable and friendly. I love that they offer a free Uber service to their customers if you have to drop your vehicle off. They were very communicative with photos and explanations of the work that was recommended. My only complaint would be the prices were a little high, but you get what you pay for and their professionalism and quality of work and awesome staff made my auto repair experience seamless. Thank you Ryan!

I recently brought in my wife's 2014 BMW X3 to Saul’s Autotek. I was seeking expert level diagnosis and repair work for a loud vibration issue on the car. WHAT A MISTAKE! THE DIAGNOSTICS: A representative from the shop called me the same day I dropped off the car. He was certain that the issue was a result of a drive shaft that needed replacement. The amount was approximately $1,600 for parts and labor. I approved the cost of the repair over the phone based upon your expert diagnosis and the representative clearly stating that it would fix the issue. On the same call, the representative said it would be fixed in 24 hours. I did not receive any calls as promised. When I called the shop, they said they replaced the drive shaft, but the vibration was not fixed. They proceeded to tell me that maybe it was the bearings, maybe the tires are off balance, maybe it was the CV axles, and offered a whole bunch of unnecessary services with no commitment to resolving the issue the car was brought in for. A couple of more days passed and there was no indication that the shop was going to be able to fix the vibration. There was a total lack of communication; I was told that the team was looking at it currently but when I drove by twice, the car was sitting in the parking lot without a technician looking at it. I went to pick up the car with the intention of taking it to another service center or trying to fix it myself. They would not release the car without me paying for a part that did not need to be replaced! A representative moved my wife’s car into their facility, not with intentions of fixing it, but to prevent me from taking my wife's car back. I was forced pay for the bill to get my wife’s car back even though I had not signed any documents or agreed to any terms allowing this shop to legally hold my wife's car and prevent me from accessing it. THE FIX: This shop replaced the front drive shaft (transfer case to front differential) when the issue was the main drive shaft (transfer case to rear differential). Once I got my wife’s car back, I was able to view/diagnose where the vibration was coming from within 10 minutes by using a $20 borescope (camera on a semi rigid cord). The main drive shaft (transfer case to rear differential) was off center due to a missing bolt ($4) and a worn "guibo" (rubber spacer $20). I replaced the guibo and installed the bolt, and the car now works with no vibrations. How did the shop miss this? A kind formal letter and email was sent requesting a refund. No response was received. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Here are the reasons: *Improper diagnosis *Replacement of part that did not need replacing and charging me for it *Lack of communication / transparency *Lack of urgency *Lack of professionalism *A disregard of the Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act C.R.S. 42-9-101 I found out this shop has many complaints ranging from Yelp to the Better Business Bureau. The owner “Saul” responds to some of them. He might respond to this one with an excuse, but it is just that, an excuse. I have the drive shaft the shop wrongly replaced in my possession, and it is in perfect working order. I have recorded evidence of the actual problem and the fix. This shop should have been able to easily diagnose and fix. Update as 10/8/2025: Saul's Autotek responded below with some fake positioning statement for you all to see. I contacted them and got "Saul is out of the office" response from them. Of course, no call back or resolution.

I took my Acura in over the fourth of July for a battery issue. and was told we would have it back within one day. Three days later the owner called, apologized that it had taken so long and had us come in to explain that Alternator and battery needed to be replaced. After a short discussion where I simply said why was I told 3 separate times it would be ready by the end of day and wasn't he offered us a 100$ discount on a 1600$ charge if we left a positive review. I have not left any review to this point. This past week I had to take my car into a different mechanic to find out that alternator was not installed properly and was now going to cost another 1500$ to fix. Not only was the car not delivered on time, the over priced repair was not done properly. Do not take your car here.

I found Saul's in a roundabout way, i do uber and picked up several customers from them and i of course asked each passenger if they were happy with their dealings and all were very happy so when i had a rear bearings issue i asked them to fix it. They did a great job! The growling noise was gone and i felt as I felt when i purchased my Dodge 1500 new! So quiet! Dealing with their guys at the front desk was enjoyable they were honest with me and explained how they came to the conclusion it was my bearings making the noise. I dont give a lot of reviews but if you are looking for mechanics you can trust and feel proud of the work they have dont to fix your vehicle i say give them a try! You wont be dissapointed.

Recently I took my 2016 Subaru Forester to Saul’s with some electronic problems. There were four specific issues. 1. Key fob stopped working 2. Door lights stopped working when opening the door. 3. Infotainment system screen was completely black even during reversing the car camera display was not showing in the screen. 4. Top display with clock was resetting to car’s manufacture date. I had issues with 1 and 3 few weeks back and from Subaru dealership they changed one or two fuses and things started working. When I again started noticing this issue I took the car to Saul’s and specifically asked them to check the fuses. I kept my car for the diagnosis and they mentioned the body control module(BCM) which is a computer needs to be replaced ($3200). I agreed and we got the parts after a week or so and they replaced and reprogrammed the new BCM. I was told the car is ready to go and everything is working except for the key because the key is physically/mechanically damaged. I was surprised to hear that as the key was perfectly working before the issue started. They I did provide them my other original key I had from the date I bought the car. They check that too and then said the receiver of the keys are damaged and the receiver needs to be replaced ($1200). But I decided to wait as this key fob was not a pressing issue for me. When the car was delivered to me at their pRking lot after changing BCM, I started my car at their parking lot and all the original issues were still there. Nothing was changed from the time I dropped off my car and was taking it. I double checked, triple checked and when I was convinced that nothing has been changed even after spending $3200, I went inside and called their front desk technician. I decided not to take the car and kept it unless the issues are fixed. 3 days later I received a call and they said my car is fixed and there was an issue with FUSEs. So they either replaced or did something with the fuse which actually resolved the issue. The car is running perfectly fine after that. So what we found out is they lack experience in diagnosing electrical issues and because of that there is a high chance taht the customer willl be misguided and will spend thousands of $ eventually just like me. I still doubt that there was issue with BCM as even after changing BCM car was exactly like it was before. The issue was resolved after changing rearranging fuses, which I insisted you check from the beginning. One of the positives is their customer communication. If you are coming to Sauls’s for any electrical issues please make sure to ask them to start from the basic. What I felt they blindly rely on code scanner instead of checking manually the basic things in my case the Fuses even after I told them to. Overall I am NOT happy with the service I received against the money I spent. I hope they will find this feedback useful for their learning and no other customer will go through this extra spending.

We brought our 2016 VW Passat in for diagnostics because it was having stalling issues. The shop’s written findings stated very clearly: “advise replacement of fuel supply line and fuel pump gasket to correct fuel leak and stalling issue.” But the estimate we were given was labeled “Remove and Replace Fuel Pump” for $2,296.54. That included over $1,000 for a brand-new fuel pump module that was never identified in the findings as faulty. Labor was listed at $958, which equals nearly 9 hours of work — even though standard book time for a full fuel pump replacement is about 2–3 hours, and just replacing a line and gasket would take even less. When I questioned this, the explanation was: “we usually replace the pump too with this type of repair.” But that was never explained upfront. If they “usually” recommend extra work, it should be presented as an option, not disguised as the only estimate. Customers deserve the right to make an informed decision, not be pressured into a $2,300 repair that wasn’t clearly justified. On top of that, communication was poor. We paid extra for continued testing, but never got a phone call when it was done. Instead, we received an email with a confusing repair report. We assumed the car was still being worked on, only to show up and find it parked out front. There was no walk-through of the results, no explanation, and no discussion of options. What we discovered later is that this repair can be done for significantly less — and it didn’t even require the fuel pump replacement they tried to bundle in. If the quote had been transparent and in line with the actual diagnosis and fair labor time, we probably would have gone ahead and had it fixed right there. Instead, the lack of honesty cost them our business. Future customers: double-check everything. Make sure the estimate matches the findings. Ask for options. Don’t assume what’s written is the only way the repair can be done. This experience felt misleading and left us very disappointed.

Money hungry lying and manipulating awful company that takes advantage of people! I was already over charged for a thermostat (and also a coolant censor that didn’t think I needed) at $1800! I dropped my car off on Saturday morning September 20 2025 and was told it was highly likely I’d have my car back buy end of day! to make a long story short I didn’t get my car back until Tuesday afternoon! While my car was in the shop Ryan at the front desk called and told me a fuse blew and the car won’t start and out of his mouth “my car started when I dropped it off” so they had to order it and they’d “slap it in” for me and get me on my way! I finally get my car back but was CHARGED AN EXTRA $400 FOR THE FUSE BLOWING, A PROBLEM THEY CAUSED!!! And wouldn’t released my car until it was payed! I never agreed verbally or through the changes I DIDNT SEE when they updated my inspection report! Two days later Ryan calls me and says “What would you have liked us to do, Roll the car out and say come pick it up?” The moral values of this company are well below par and if you are reading this I ask that you please don’t go here! If God had to use me to SAVE you from troubles than job well done! The address to this location is 11836 E Peakview Ave Centennial, CO 80111 United States

Ryan Wade was especially helpful in that we had a vehicle towed in not knowing what was wrong with it and after it was analyzed, it was determined that the best course of action would’ve been replaced the transmission but the cost of doing so is more than the vehicle was worth so we decided to donate the vehicle to the Veteran’s. I asked if we could leave it there and have them pick it up at that point and you agreed. I so appreciate your helping us get through this traumatic experience. My thanks for all your help and we certainly appreciate it. Rex Williams

Money hungry.. lying.. unreliable auto shop. Brought in my truck to get a quick and easy oil change for the convenience. I called before hand and spoke with Vanessa who said it was a first come first serve basis and that the line was not long when I called.. I brought it in right after the phone call and was told 3 people were in front of me and that it would take “a little longer” than 30-45 minutes. After about an hour — they brought me out to my truck to tell me that it needs over $3k of repairs.. I’ve had my truck looked at by two different mechanics in the last 2 months who never mentioned anything of the repairs that they are claiming it needs. I told them to only do the oil change and to patch a tire that had a nail in it.. I asked for the quote for the oil change + tire patch and the front desk guy told me it was going to be $194 (which I thought was already high) & that it will be more time for them to actually do the oil change now. He then asked if I would like a ride home? My response was: “Will it be over 2 hours? If so, then yes.” And he replied “Oh absolutely it will not be more than 2 hours.” For reference: I first walked into the shop at 12:00pm. And they brought me back for the diagnosis around 1:15-1:30pm & said it would not be any longer than 2 additional hours… It was now about 5:00pm and I was still waiting.. when I asked what the hold up was, he proceeded to tell me that one of HIS employees broke the oil filter cover when trying to put it back on & that they needed to order a new part for it. He also mentioned that THEY would cover this charge since it was their mistake… they were unable to finish a simple oil change and told me that they are rushing to resolve the issue and that it would be done by 7 or 8am the next day.. they did not finish it until 12pm the NEXT day. When checking out — they did NOT cover the cost for the broken oil filter cover & tried to blame my previous mechanic saying that “they screwed it on too tight”… if this was the case then why was I being told that it broke when Saul’s Autotek was PUTTING IT BACK ON. I asked to speak with Saul the owner & was told by the same front desk guy that Saul was the person that did NOT approve the charge for the cover and that I wouldn’t be allowed to speak with him. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me that I was charged $300 for a simple oil change and tire patch when they were the ones that caused the oil filter cover to break. Even more ridiculous that I wasn’t allowed to voice my opinion to the owner. I just wanted to be done with these guys and move on but no longer than 5 minutes driving off the lot I had my oil pressure light turn on (see photos).. I took it into a different mechanic right away to take a quick look and they showed me that the oil was leaking and showed me the levels of the oil with the dip stick which was well below where it should’ve been for a fresh oil change. I took it back to Saul’s and they proceeded to tell me that “nothing was wrong” and manually turned off my oil pressure light.. You can clearly see that the light was on and the oil that is leaking from my truck in the photos… Still no compensation for any of the troubles that I was put through. After looking at their reviews, it makes sense why there’s so many 1 star reviews. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for any work at all unless you want to be treated poorly and taken advantage of. I will be taking my truck in elsewhere to make sure they didn’t cause any more problems. EDIT: This company is now claiming that I “have the wrong facility”. And have noticed they are doing the same for all the other people who wrote similar reviews. That alone speaks for itself. Shady way of doing business.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review Saul’s Autotek – Centennial, CO I can’t say enough good things about Saul’s Autotek. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for—not just as a customer, but as a person. Saul and Ryan especially went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I originally came in for a water pump and serpentine belt replacement. The pricing was fair, the turnaround was quick, and the service was outstanding. Their air-conditioned office was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches—complimentary coffee and water, free WiFi, charging stations, and one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen at an auto shop (stocked with items for everyone, including babies and ladies). They even partnered with Uber to get me to and from my hotel while my car was being serviced. What really blew me away was how they handled things when complications arose. When the water pump gasket blew a second time, they didn’t hesitate to help. And when my head gasket failed on the third visit, they assisted with towing, let me borrow a work truck to deliver perishable items, and even held my vehicle safely until I could arrange for it to be transported home. Their honesty, professionalism, and dedication to customer care are rare in this industry. I 100% recommend Saul’s Autotek to anyone in need of auto repairs—they truly go the extra mile. Thank you guys and your talented mechanic crew.

My sister and I were visiting from out of state when our car broke down. Our anxieties were instantly relieved once we were taken under the wing of Saul’s Auto. They were very communicative with both me and with my family who was located back at home, so everyone was on the same page. Although our trip was a bit longer than expected, we had no worries as our car was being taken care of. It ran perfect on our way home to Nebraska. Thank you for taking care of our vehicle and keeping us safe! We are forever grateful!

Stay away from Saul’s! I was in a time crunch and opted to go here since they were open later than other shops. I needed a simple piece of metal welded to extend one of my undercarriage exhaust pipes. I brought my car in and it sat on a lift for over 90 minutes before they gave me a quote. Once they handed me the quote it said “Grand total: $93” which seemed very reasonable for such a simple weld. I flipped through the rest of the papers when I saw that one of the papers said “Labor: $1228” mind blowing!! For such a simple small weld they didn’t disclose the amount until I looked through. They also wanted to keep my car at the shop overnight for a simple service which also was suspicious. I would’ve surely been obligated to pay if I saw only the $93 and went ahead with the service. On top of my car sitting in the shop with no work for an hour and a half, they charged me $50 for an inspection fee. When I told them that the price was unacceptable and wanted my car back, they brought my car down and the technician who was dealing with my car sped my car through the parking lot. Imagine what joyrides they would take my car on if I left it there overnight? Stay away if you value your car and wallet! P.s. seeing all of their responses to reviews. I think that should be your warning to READ EVERYTHING VERY CAREFULLY and trust your gut. Don’t let these people take your money!

Extremely disappointed with this shop. I paid $50 for a diagnostic, but instead of providing a detailed report, I only got vague information with no clear explanation of the issue. The employee promised to send me a written report about my car’s condition, but I never received anything. On top of that, their quote for replacing the engine water pump was almost twice as high as what other reputable shops in the area offered. It feels like they overcharge without providing proper justification or transparency. I expected professionalism and clear communication, but instead I wasted money and left without any real answers. I do not recommend this place.”

I have had such an amazing experience here. Ryan especially has been very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I came in for a weird sound my car was making. They fixed it so quickly. My car was then leaking oil a few days after and they immediately took accountability for not seeing the leak the first time and fixed it within 24hours without any hassle. I always get nervous to bring my car in as a woman and worry that I will be taken advantage of. I trust these guys completely now. Will never go anywhere else. Gained me as a loyal customer.

Visiting Denver, Colorado during a sporting event Didn’t have an appointment but walked in and Ryan Wade was able to fit me in there because I wanted an estimate on some suspension work. It was busy at the time.. yeah, he got me in and had one of his technicians calling. I think his name was I’m not sure but he was really really thorough. Put the car on the left. Check all my suspension. Make sure it was OK. I went over it and it was a very reasonable charge to do that inspection. It only charge $50 for that. I was there a while since I was a walking, didn’t have an appointment so I got to see a lot of the other customers getting getting taken care of by the staff in a timely manner and and kindly manner I wish to thank the team at auto tech for taking care of me and I would definitely recommend them if I was going to get my car worked on they were very busy so they have to be good to be that busy Thanks again Ryan and team. I appreciate it. Jim Buckingham

This company is a rip off they are very money hungry. They overcharge. They charge 3 or more compare to other shops. You can read reviews from previous customer, I took my car to them. They give me estimate for changing radiator and a radiator hose they give me $2500 dollars estimate. Rediculous. I found another mechanic who charged me only $895

I chose to give Saul’s Autotek a shot since they were recommended by a trusted mechanic friend of mine. I’m so happy I did! They work with my extended warranty so I was encouraged. From the minute I walked in I felt comfortable. I spoke to Saul himself at first and I knew I made the right decision. Matt took over my repair appointment by ordering the parts and getting approval from my warranty. He kept me updated on the progress which I appreciated. Once everything was approved and in order, I brought my car back at 11 o’clock and picked it up at 3pm. I started this process on a Monday and had it complete on that Thursday. Mike Ward’s service department would have taken weeks. Matt and Ryan were kind enough to listen to talk all morning too! For me, their level of customer service was outstanding! I know that I was going to have to spend money wherever I went, so to be treated so well is money well spent. Saul, Matt, Ryan, and the technician ( didn’t catch his name ) who diagnosed my issue were absolutely amazing to me. And to top it all off, my car works! In fact, it’s running better than it has in a long time. Go figure? Saul’s autotek is, for me, the way a business should be run. Outstanding customer service with outstanding results!

I can't say enough good things about this auto shop! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to help us. Their level of customer service is truly exceptional — friendly, honest, and professional every step of the way. The environment is welcoming and clean, which made waiting for our car a much more pleasant experience than expected. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. The mechanics here are top-notch. We worked closely with (Ryan Wade)who made sure we were taken care of through out the entire process. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Our car was quickly diagnosed apon our arrival and they explained the issues very clearly with our car before getting started. The repairs were done efficiently, and the car now runs better than ever. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers both outstanding service and trustworthy expertise, but this one definitely does. Highly recommend to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance! Saul’s has made some new loyal customers!

Highly recommend Saul's to anyone looking for a good honest auto shop (hard to find these days) Really appreciate Saul's transparency and customer first view. Really hard to find a place like this that puts the customer first and doesn't push unnecessary repairs. Thanks Saul and team for another great experience. Enjoyed meeting Matt and Ryan and their professional, thorough help in understanding the best options for my vehicle.

I brought my car in and spoke directly with Saul, the shop owner. I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted to prioritize only the most urgent repairs, and that I needed to know upfront if there were any other major issues that would affect the car’s drivability or safety. Saul assured me that the only thing I needed was an oil pan replacement to get back on the road. Based on that, I approved the repair. But when I got the car back, it was in worse condition than when I left it. There was heavy smoke coming from the engine and now the power steering was failing — neither of which were problems before. When I returned to raise these concerns, the tone completely shifted. The same people who had been attentive and helpful were now disengaged, telling me the car was “perfect” and “ready to drive,” despite the obvious new issues. At best, this was negligence. At worst, it feels like I was misled into authorizing a repair that did nothing to resolve the real problems, and may have created new ones. I trusted this shop to be honest and transparent, and instead, I’m now facing additional repair costs and serious concerns about the safety of my vehicle. I am currently documenting everything, and if necessary, I will be seeking legal advice regarding the way this situation was handled. I would strongly caution others to think twice before bringing your vehicle here unless you’re prepared to deal with unexpected complications and little accountability.

We most definitely recommend anyone looking into getting their car diagnosed and fixed to come here! Having car trouble can definitely put a dent in your day but out of all the car shops we called around to we decided to come here because of the service we received on the phone! From calling to set an appointment to walking in, customer service we received was top notch! Brenton was the best!! Am in the field of customer service and I was impressed! Not only does he have great people skills and is very knowledgeable but his welcoming smile from beginning to end made our tough hot day brighter and we walked out with a smile for sure!! Brenton most definitely deserves acknowledgment from his superiors! The store was clean the bathroom is set up with some great toiletries as well which you don’t see often! I’ll be coming back here and telling all my friends and family as well!! Thank you Brenton and Dante for your amazing service!!

Impeccable customer service, open 365 days, and quick to diagnose and fix our issue! Traveling thru CO on our way to Utah on a Sunday when we discovered our trailer lights weren’t functioning, totally unsafe! Figured we’d need to wait till Monday until we called Saul’s, what a relief and so much time saved. This is unlike any repair shop we’ve ever witnessed but then again when the owner is working on a Sunday you realize there’s pride of ownership and care for his customers. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about Saul's Autotek — this place is truly in a league of its own when it comes to quality service, expertise, and customer care. I recently purchased a used Porsche Cayman, and like any high-performance car, it needed some fine-tuning and warranty work. From the moment I rolled into the shop, I knew I had made the right choice. The team at Saul’s took my car under their wing and treated it like their own. Not only did they diagnose and fix all the issues, but they also handled the warranty claims from start to finish, taking a major load off my shoulders. Every step of the way, I was kept in the loop, with clear, honest communication — a rarity in the auto world. The entire staff is simply top-tier. Special shoutout to Samantha, who made the entire experience seamless and stress-free with her organization and updates. Brenton, Saul, Aaron, Jesse, Russell, and Geoffrey — thank you all for your outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. You’re not just great at what you do — you actually care, and it shows. If you’re looking for a mechanic shop that knows high-end cars, stands behind their work, and treats customers like family, Saul’s Autotek is the only place you should go. My Cayman is running better than ever, and I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Thank you again, Saul’s — you’ve earned a customer for life!

Saul's Autotek is fantastic, professional, and effective. I received excellent service from Aaron and Carson as they're friendly, good listeners, and so helpful. The shop is impressive and their diagnostic inspection is fairly priced but more importantly it's also top notch--more valuable to me than any 'free' inspection--as reasons are given to justify going ahead with repairs. I love how they do things! I'll be returning to Saul's when I need service in the future. Thank you so much to Saul's Autotek.

Let me start by saying we have a wheelchair van that is very hard to find a place that can service it. We’ve been driving around with the muffler almost dragging on the ground because I couldn’t find a local place for it. I decided to have Saul’s take a look at it. Samantha was very kind and walked me through everything. I didn’t have an appointment, just decided one day to have it checked there. They charged a $50 diagnostic fee but had it in a bay as soon as I finished talking with Samantha. Geoff and Brenton (sorry if misspelled) were the tech and store manager respectively who kept me updated. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay to have the work done right then but Samantha told me I could bring it back over the weekend. Sunday was the only day I could take it and Aaron was in Samantha’s place. He was just as kind and did a great job of keeping me updated. I needed the van back by the end of the day since it’s the only way to get my son around - Brenton (who was there again!) and a tech whom I never had a chance to meet hustled to get it back to me. Brenton explained there was a new rattle they noticed as soon as the work was done but couldn’t figure it out before I had to leave. I brought it back later in the week. Geoff and Brenton took it back as soon as I got there. I ran across the street for lunch and they had it figured out and fixed by the time I was done eating. All in all, taking the van to Saul’s was a great decision. I was very pleased with the customer service and how efficient they were. They worked just as hard on Sunday as they did during the week which was very impressive. Thanks everyone!

This was our first experience with Saul's. Upon calling them, they were immediately very friendly and accommodating. This persisted throughout our whole experience. We needed some front end work done on our 1965 Ford Falcon, plus a couple other minor things, and Saul's was able to get us in right away for a free evaluation. They had our car on the lift and invited us into their shop to see our car on the lift to explain their recommendations, as well as give us a nice tour of their facilities. Samantha, Aaron, and Roger where all wonderful to work with. They kept us informed regularly of updates on our car via text, chat, and phone. They thought they would need our car for about a week while they ordered and installed parts, but were actually able to get our car back to us in just under a week. They kept the car inside every night for us for safe keeping. When we went to pick up our car, they had it on the lift again so we could see first hand the work they performed, and to answer any questions. Overall, we were very impressed with their work on our classic car. We had been to two previous shops who performed poorly and were a waste of money. The previous shops completely missed safety items we specifically took the car in to check for, but Saul's identified issues, showed us the issues, and fixed them. Saul's also came in just over $100.00 of their original quote, so there were no surprises. We definitely would bring our classic car back to them for any future work we may need. We highly recommend Saul's for their professionalism, communication, workmanship, and no-pressure recommendations. Thanks Saul's Autotek!

Mind BAFFLING! Brought my truck in on Tuesday with an eta of service being done Wednesday. From Wednesday to Friday they kept needing “new” parts which was fine but now it’s Saturday 3 pm I just got the truck back. With $1,000 more expensive than originally estimated. On top of that on the drive home the truck goes completely haywire with codes. I pull over and three , I repeat THREE sensors/hose were left UNPLUGGED! One of them being a FUEL LINE! Seriously, what is going on with this shop!? Correction 4 sensors/hoses!!! Update: 12/09 Upon further inspection on my fuel line sensor harness, come to find out their wiring is completely unacceptable. It is most likely the reasoning for the code being thrown. P018D. Still have not been reached out too either!
