Doug and his team really helped me out today. I got quoted $500 and all day without my vehicle for a job at a shop nearby that even changed up the price at the last minute. Thanks to them, I paid half of that and was done in minutes. Thanks again guys!

I want to give a huge shout out to Dan Bowmar at this location for his superior customer service. I literally pulled up to Advanced Auto at 8:59 PM after hitting every red light on the way. I was trying to get there before closing to purchase spark plugs for a 1947 Lincoln that I was in the middle of changing. Dan was just getting ready to close Shop when he saw me pull up, he welcomed me in and said he would do whatever he could to help me get the parts needed before they closed. He looked up in the computer what spark plug I needed and I was out by 9:15 PM. It was shocking to me how willing he was to stay and help knowing how frantic I was to get these parts. It’s amazing to see employees this committed to their job. I was able to complete my project with his help. Five stars to Dan Bowmar Thank you!!

My wiper flew off on the interstate on a particularly snowy/wintery day so I stopped in to this store for replacement blades. Dan immediately engaged me, looked up what I needed and made recommendations that would be most effective and cost-efficient. I went with his recommendation (RainX armor), and told him I was military, and he added a 10% discount on top of the normal is 10%! Then he installed them for me, which I’m glad he did bc I couldn’t take one of the old wipers off. 5-star review for 6-star service! Thanks Dan and team. I bought a battery back in December of 2023 that still had a 3-year warranty on it. Brand new from another Advance Auto Parts that is permanently shut down now. I started to have problems with my battery in my truck about a month and a half or so ago. My truck would randomly die so I would have to either get it jumped or use a battery pack to restart it. I thought maybe it was just because it was cold outside but it started to consistently die about 3 or 4 times a week. So I brought it into an advanced auto parts store in Aurora and the gentleman there was working by himself and wasn't busy at all but said because it was a different store and under warranty that he was unsure of helping me or not even though he was a very kind gentleman he suggested going to the location where I originally bought the battery. Unfortunately with that store being shut down the next store closest to it was this store! So I immediately called and spoke with Dan who was an awesome person over the phone and in person! He had no issues in helping me. He didn't need to ask too many questions or anything he just told me to bring it in and he would swap it out for a new one. He was very kind, funny and and enjoyable person to be around. Then while I was waiting while he was working on my battery, I'm at kevin. Kevin is just as awesome! Him and I talked about music and how he really loves music and children because of the other job that he works at in the school system. I gained Report with Dan and Kevin and did not even realize I was walking into a great customer service business. I highly recommend to any and everyone even if they're coming all the way from Aurora like I did. Sometimes it's worth going out of our way just to receive better service from awesome people who will help you and you have giving hearts. Thank you Dan and Kevin and keep up the Great work!
Went purchased a headlight bulb for my car. I had a hard time pulling it out of the socket and went in to ask for help. They told me they are NOT allowed to help. Really? Then I went to the one on County Line Road. They helped.
I had the most positive experience getting a defective battery replaced. Such kind and reasonable service—worth a million bucks these days. Anytime you have car trouble it sucks, and the guys here seem to get that—they helped turn my day around with their kindness.

I had a really great experience with the staff there when I needed to get my car battery replaced. Staff was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The store is laid out pretty well and they can order parts. The ONLY downside to this location is that I felt unsafe going by myself at night. The parking lot is pitch black and it feels like you're gonna be mugged. Someone can easily hide in the bushes and you'd never see it coming. Most times you can't even tell they're open. It's very easy to stumble trying to get to the door at night. They need to get these lights fixed ASAP. Bulbs can't be that much. I waited for my boyfriend to get home to go.
