I called about a part they said they forsure had it in stock so i drove across town to pick it up and when i get there they tell me they dont have it in stock and that they typed in the information about the car wrong so they didnt even have the right car pulled up they confirmed they had parts in stock for. So dumb. Waste of time and gas.

Worst autozone I've been too! Manager sent the newbie out to help and wouldn't help his employee hook the computer up to my car...
I know how to do it and the kid did NOT because he was instructed wrong... the reason i gave it 2 instead of 1 is cuz the kid was really trying to help but with a bad manager your not gonna make it far!Dec 01, 2025 -

Horrible customer service. Went in to take an old battery. I parked in front next to the main entrance so my son can pull the old car battery from my vehicle and a white employee with a beard and tattoos refused to take the battery until I moved in a parking spot. I moved my vehicle and he still refused to work with me. His reason was that I was being argumentative. Very unprofessional!!!

0 stars, the wont warranty the cheap Chinese junk that they sell, their top end brake pads last 1/3 or less as long as OE and their batteries cost 3x as much

I liked coming here until today. I was talking with the manager about a return, while I was searching for a recipt on my phone. He stopped helping me and went to another customer. I just stood waiting until I decided just to leave. I will continue shopping at autozone since they are everywhere. Just not this one

Coming from 15 years retail management experience myself, Store Manager Peter has consistently provided excellent service, going above and beyond expectations to deliver quality customer service. Since I moved and started going to this Auto Zone location a few months ago, I have had nothing but great service from him and his team members! Thanks Peter and staff!

Associate refused to even look to see if they had any more stock of the item I was purchasing. I go to Parker Autozone regularly and they always have more of this particular item in back. This associate refused to even search inventory on his computer. Will not be returning to this location to be “helped” by lazy associates.

Dev seriously deserves a raise. I came into Advance Auto feeling totally out of my element—my car’s AC wasn’t working and I had no idea what I needed or how to fix it. Normally, as a woman in a store like this, I expect to feel patronized or dismissed. But Dev was the complete opposite.
He treated me with so much respect and patience. He explained things clearly without ever talking down to me, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made sure I understood how to use it safely. He wasn’t pushy, he didn’t act annoyed, and he didn’t just throw jargon at me—he actually cared that I walked away confident and informed.
It’s rare to find someone in customer service who’s both incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Dev made what could have been a really frustrating experience actually feel empowering. I’ll 100% come back because of the way he treated me. People like him make a huge difference, and I hope his managers see that. He absolutely deserves recognition—and a raise!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Jul 09, 2025 -
I came in on a Saturday because my car has been starting slowly/going out and was worried they’d be too busy to help. They tested my battery and let me know it was covered under warranty and installed a new one for free as well as fixed the battery hook! They were super quick, helpful and informative! I appreciate both the store manager and Felix who helped me get in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you!

Amazing help and service. The workers went out of their way to issue me and my wife's refund when a used item was sent instead of a new one, even though they're system wasn't pulling up ANY INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT. The workers are helpful to the extreme and made my day. THANK YOU!

Went to autozone yesterday because I was having issues with my car battery and wanted to get it checked out and Zach was amazing! He was extremely helpful. Autozone has continuously been my go to place for my car batteries over the years and I have always been satisfied with the customer service here!

Big shout-out to Kent the Manager. I placed a pick up order and a week later after going to do the service i noticed that certain items were missing. I called up and they told me to stop by next thing in the morning, Kent fixed this without issue and was really helpful. I enjoy going to this AutoZone because of people like Kent and his staff. My car had been jumped twice prior to me arriving at AutoZone. The service recommended I get my battery tested so I called AutoZone on Arapahoe since I was nearby. Dev answered and answered my questions about the battery testing experience. I showed up and after Dev tested my battery I needed a new one. He was extremely helpful and assisted either installing my new battery.
With years of experience in working retail and restaurant jobs, what Dev offered was hospitality. His service and demeanor was so pleasant and kind. As a female that needed help in this space, I also felt respected. This location has my recommendation and I’m so grateful for Dev’s help!May 12, 2024 -

I went in at 8am and the three guys there were awesome. They helped me run a diagnostics and got me the piece I needed. They explained how to change it. They helped me find the right battery and they helped me pick out a leather cleaner too. They were all really helpful and knowledgeable. They really helped me out a lot.

I went in to the store today at 10380 East Arapahoe Road Centennial. I had such amazing experience Sean and Dev helped he find the products I was looking for and then Dev helped me further by making sure everything was done before I left that store. I just want to say thank you for Jacob at the auto zone on arapahoe I came in because my Range Rover evoque 2015 Cigarette lighters where I charge my phone fuse broke because I bought a bad charger adapter and he got both fixed no charge even though I offered him money The AutoZone didn’t have the part he pulled some out of his car just to help me out very great guy made my day appreciate that Jacob !!!!
