While returning surplus fluids after a couple projects, we discovered a problem with how I was charged on an online order. It was frustrating as I was charged for something I never wanted or got.
Associates Pat and Kent to the rescue! They understood the mistake, respected and didn’t challenge my word, then they figured out how to solve the problem fairly - all without the managers help as he was tied up.
Yes, it was a pain, but stuff happens and they stepped up and solved the problem, well done gents!
I will never order online again, they drew me in with a discount, from now on I’ll walk in, get what I want and avoid the hassle because I feel great about the guys and gals behind the counter, they always take great care of me!

If anyone’s ever in this area, and need anything for you vehicle please go to Napa on holly and talk to Dan and Nick. They helped me and my son out very very good. It was awesome all the other places around them wouldn’t even help us. They’re willing to help and come out and help us in our vehicle. It was a great experience
I am not someone who usually posts, however, great, old fashioned customer service deserves to be recognized. Coming from a small town, I truly appreciate the customer service, personal attention and professional expertise provided by Dan. He is someone who leads by example and that says a lot these days. This store, albeit a little more out of my way, is the only store that will have my business.
I ordered parts at this location to pick up same day so I could install on a clear day. The wrong part was there for me. The attendant was awesome and gave me the correct part which was a higher amount but matched what I paid. His very unprofessional manager told him to order what I originally paid for and I would pick up later that day. No eye contact with me or a thank you for shipping with them... I told them already that I went out of my way so I could pick up and install same day, not put my schedule on hold because their system is broken. And to top it off, the"manager" was on his phone arguing with a telemarketer and carrying on when he could have just said to take him off their call list. Disappointing.
The guys at this location are amazing. Super helpful and easy to work with. I wasn’t sure of the part I needed and Dan and Nik were both eager to help. I will be coming back.
This store is absolutely fantastic! Dan was a great help assisted me with every question I had and installed my wipers. The manager I don't recall his name he was great as well. A gentleman with a beard helped me by installing my battery. Great help at this store. I will refer anyone I can to this store.
These people are so dishonest and are truly in the business for themselves and not others. I went in to return pads and if you buy something from Napa corporate you can’t return it to other Napa stores (huge inconvenience). Then they tell you to run your card as credit “as it will hit your account faster,” complete and utter lie. I will never be returning to these con artists. I wish you the best with your poorly ran business.
These guys CRUSHED IT! I had a return that was handled flawlessly. Super friendly and knowledgeable the store was clean and organized. Definitely the most friendly and accommodating napa store I have ever been to. Usually I avoid napa at all costs but these guys changed my mind.
Dan Corey is the Store Manager here - outstanding, above & beyond service. He did a great job troubleshooting the inventory to find the correct belts needed for my Suburu. Also helped me find the proper tools & assisted me while I installed it (not standard & I take full responsibility for for any associated liability, but he provided a much appreciated 2nd set of eyes & hands to get the muscle needed to get it done). Thank you very much!!
Also, this store has a good reputation locally because I originally went to the Advance Auto Parts at Quebec/Otero, & since they didn't have the parts, they strongly recommended this Napa Store location. That says a lot & it was a solid recommendation.
This store was massively helpful to me. My car broke down in a nearby parking lot and while at NAPA, the individual (assistant manager) that worked with us took time to explain all options and answered all of our questions thoroughly and kindly. It truly felt like he treated the issue as seriously as if it were his own. -So grateful for the customer service here, would highly recommend to people in this area!
