Purchased Diehard battery terminal connectors . They were different than I had used before they tightened from the top. However only one of the connectors clamped tightly to the battery terminal the other one when fully twisted was still loose on the battery terminal. It seems advance auto parts will not refund because I opened it which is the only way to tell that one of them is no good. Very disappointed will stick with oreilly’s in the future they stand behind what they sell.

Whole going out the other day for groceries, our car unexpectedly wouldn't start. We were stuck in the Sprouts parking lot until we realized this auto parts shop shared the lot with the Sprouts. We figured out that the issue was likely a dead battery, and not only did they carry the battery to our car, they also installed it. Alex and Al went above and beyond and I still can't thank them enough.

Darrian is such an amazing employee. He was patient,helpful and soooo nice! He deserves a raise or a promotion. As someone who isn't the best with cars,he took the time to teach me with things I was confused about.I will for sure be coming back If I have any trouble in the future.Thank you so much Darrian!

Man, Darrian was a life saver tonight. I had a plastic coupler in my radiator hose line crack and I couldnt go more than a couple of miles without refilling my Jeep Gladiator. I needed an 3/4x.x. Y connector but they only had t’s. Well Darrian got me a right angle connector and a right angle hose, and with a little bit of geometric visualization, I got that sucker fixed! Darrian worked on it with me for almost a half an hour trying to help me come up with a solution! World Class, “Nordstrom” level customer service! I used to go to whatever store was closer, Auto Zone, Napa, or Advanced, but this store is my go-to from now on! For as long as my new friend Darrian is there, I won’t be going anywhere else. Outstanding experience, truly worth saying “kudos” and well earned thanks! You could have gave up and I would have been limping home with my broken hose couple, but you helped me get back on the Road!

For some reason our vehicle battery died. We just made it to advanced. They found the correct one. It was in stock!!!! Darrian helped with my battery exchange on the family vehicle. Thanks Mr. Darrian we are back on the road. Have a great day!

Their site claims “FREE INSTALLATION & TESTING” for batteries that fit your vehicle, and we did our homework to ensure the product was an exact fit and in stock. Our SUV showed up as eligible with no exceptions listed anywhere.
When we got there, the rep blatantly refused to install the battery and were outright rude and dismissive. No effort was made to help, turning us away the moment we mentioned installation. We reviewed their battery installation policy further. Their site only excludes off-road, racing, or commercial vehicles, none of which describe our SUV.
A complete bait-and-switch, a total waste of time and resources. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually delivers on their advertising.Jul 30, 2025 -

I’d give 0 stars if possible due to the extremely unprofessional, malicious, and belligerent employees.
I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up 30 minutes after I placed it; for two windshield wiper blades. Upon arriving I noticed the store was empty, no customers, only cars were off to the side as if employees. Walked in and was greeted by one of the two workers, neither had name tags on. I let them know that I was there for a pick up order and I told them my name. The first boy looked it up in the computer while the second one assumed that it was an order that was already on the shelf in the back. When the boy that was at the computer helping me, got the information he had to go to the shelf to get the product. He could not remember which blades he needed so he had to come back to the computer to get the numbers and went back to the aisle. While standing in the aisle, he then yelled at me asking if I remembered what size the blades were. I walked over to the shelf and I pulled them off myself. I asked if there was anything that I needed to sign. My ID was never checked. I said to him you really need to get it together, and I walked out the door. They both followed me out the door, stood there with the door open menacingly and I felt threatened. I did not roll the window down or speak to them again and as I was driving away they flicked me off.
Please watch the cameras and take action so no one else has to feel the way I did. A manager, district, or regional should contact me for more details and a solution to the occurrence.Apr 05, 2025 -
Eddie at this store was amazing. He did soooo much research trying to help me find a less expensive headlamp assembly for my older BMW. He definitely went above and beyond to special order parts, find answers about part compatibly and call me with updates. This same store also tested and replaced my battery in their parking lot about 4 years ago in freezing temperatures on one of the coldest days of the year. Clearly this store is very well run and staffed with employees who are very good at their jobs.
3/22/25 I went again today for another battery on a different car. Once again, excellent service! This time from Blue. He took extra time to clean corrosion from my battery terminals.Mar 22, 2025 -
The management and customer service is terrible, wouldn’t honor their return policy. And now out of the time frame because I was told to come back multiple due to the manager not being there or not showing up. (Manager denies almost all returns, finds reasons not to accept returns)

Every 4-5 years my battery decides to die in the freezing cold. This location has saved me every time with no complaints, no pushy sales, and for a reasonable price. Thank you to Blue who took care of me today and replaced my battery in 25 degree snow flurries! I really appreciate it!

I came in not sure of what type of oil I needed for my car and I was quickly helped by an employee named Marissa. She looked up the details of the car and took me to the oil isle and picked out the one I needed. The store was also very organized and I noticed that the bathrooms were spotless, which is rare in an auto parts store

Don't shop here. These people thieves. Yesterday I bought a car battery charger that turned out to be defective. They were unable to exchange it and refused to issue a refund. Selling defective items and then refusing to make things right is the same as stealing. Very dishonest. Shame on this store.

I am so thoroughly impressed by the service and expertise I received from Andrew. He took his time, worked with me to check my fuses, and then we finally determined things that were wrong. I originally came here because my check engine light was on, so I was already full of anxiety. He had a way of calming my nerves and assuring me that things were going to work out. And they did! These people are awesome. Went in to buy windshield wipers. Didn't have the kind i wanted so gave me a discount.
Then they came to change them and explained that mine were fine. An oil change place told me i needed new ones.
They gave me a full refund.

Nick (pretty sure that’s his name) was very helpful! These guys are always on point with knowledge and great customer service. AND, they back up what they sell. I exchanged a windshield wiper that was still under warranty. I highly recommend this location for all of your auto supplies.
