I have a commercial account here, the older rude manager who works Sunday morning refused to work with me on a part that was incorrect. Refused to help me return it, even though it was never installed. Was planning on spending over 1k in parts this morning while I was there, but I think il be using another store from here on out. Certainly disappointed never have issues at any O'Reilly that I shop at besides this one.

Don’t bother bringing brake rotors to get turned here. They give you every childish excuse. They literally say they are too rough. I can’t put those on our 20k machine. I took my rotors to the next oriellys down the street and the turned them no problem. This happened twice now and I will never return. Guys are idiots.

This store has great customer service and always goes above and beyond for me. The employees and management have always helped me keep my older SUV running like new. :)

Came in with a dead battery after we died in a intersection. Got our RV in to the parking lot. Aria was extremely helpful when trying to find what brake fluid we needed, a long with coolant. She even came and installed the battery for us. Great conversation. Very helpful and friendly. Lovely young women. Smart. Found everything we needed. We thought she was the manager. But if a opening comes definitely 10/10 she's a amazing helpful young lady. Thank you so much for helping and installing our battery! You were amazing!

Trevon provided me incredible customer service! I called with a battery issue. He was waiting for me when I arrived. Tested the battery which was bad. Got me a new battery and wipers. Showed me what he was doing and was done in 20 minutes! Great experience

My car was overheating, and I was unfamiliar with this scenario, as well as the part of town I was in. I saw this O'Reillys, and went in only knowing that my coolant tank was completely empty and that it could be bad bad very bad if I didn't figure out how to cool the engine down. Owen was working, and not only was he able to figure out what needed to be done, but as I walked across the street to get food and awaited my radiator to cool he went ahead and did it for me! Oh, oh oh O'reillyyyyyy!! YAW!

Every time I have gone to this store they have not had, or been able to find the parts that I need. It says they have it online, and it says they have it in stock in store but I'm always told "just cause it says we have it doesn't mean we do, or that it's where it should be, but I guess I'll try" Even when I have called and asked them to physically get the part in their hands before I come down to get it. This has happened SEVERAL times. Don't waste your time if you need parts or need someone's assistance with anything.

The employees at this O'Riellys helped provide help for me and my family as they were trying to install lights and wipers. Service was exceptional and the store was conveniently laid out. Was extremely easy to find what we needed with the exceptional service as well made for an astounding visit!

Poor experience with tonight’s visit as a result of Joe expressing poor attitude, impatience, and lack of basic customer service skills. Generally I get good service at this store from Robert and Scott. I’ll probably be back if Advance Auto doesn’t have what I need.

Generally the folks in this store are helpful and in the past I’ve been treated well by Robert and Scott who have gone out of their way to educate me on questions I’ve had. Not so much with Joe. Joe is a poor customer service person, impatient and a detriment to the O’Reilly brand.

Scott, The general manager really helped me out when I stopped in today because my AC was blowing warm air. He is a former mechanic and very knowledgeable. I thought I probably needed a new Schrader valve and he figured out that’s not the case and all I needed was to add some refrigerant. He also made sure it was done correctly and now it is blowing ice cold air! I’ve been shopping at the store for many years and the whole team there is always very helpful and friendly. They have earned my loyalty.

The two younger guys that were working around 4:30 pm on Sunday May 8th were amazing! We had a tricky battery terminal to get off and they recommended a great product and it came right off! They were so nice and helpful! I will going there for all my car part needs from now on!

Nice, but the staff is lacking in knowledge. I asked if they had a can tap (recharging AC), and the cashier gave me a deer-in-the-headlights look. So if you know what you need and where to find it, great!

Nice spot when the ignorant kids aren't in there working. The older men do a nice job. Not fast but they do take the time to get you the right parts. So which matters more to you, speed or accuracy? Sometimes I feel they are short staffed in the after 5pm hours to close.

These guys are very helpful and very kind and professional. They got me a sideview mirror for my 2014 Suburban in a matter of hours then called me to tell me it was ready for pickup. Also came outside, got under my car, to show me how to repair a separate problem. Great customer service!!

First of all I don't usually read/ write too many reviews but in this case it's absolutely necessary to do so. My wife drove from California to Colorado to visit our daughter after she had her first baby several weeks ago. She got there safely but encountered a lot of snow once she reached Centennial, Colorado. The morning after she arrived at our daughter's house her car wouldn't start and our daughter had scheduled an appointment to go see the doctor for a checkup of her newborn. With the temperatures dropping and snow all around she was quite scared about her truck not being operational and being able to take our daughter and her newborn to the doctor. I looked up the closest O'Reilly Auto Parts to our daughter's location and found one right in the same city. I called and spoke with Joe from the location on Holly Street in Centennial. I explained the situation and my concern for my wife and her 2005 Ford Expedition which was leaving them stranded in very cold temperatures and bad weather conditions. Joe was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and had a battery waiting for my wife and her daughter when she pulled up, which they installed free of charge and super quick. My wife called me and explained how much the staff from O'Reilly welcomed her, made her feel at ease and quickly helped her, which was so appreciated and unexpected that she had to call me and let me know about how great her experience was! I'm sure you could imagine how relieved I was and how appreciative I am of a company like O'Reilly Auto Parts that still represent everything that is great about living in America. So I'm writing this review to let everybody know that O'Reilly Auto Parts is a proud American company with more than excellent service and employees and the next time you have a problem don't go to any other auto parts store but O'reilly Auto Parts. If you want to take the stress out of having a car problem don't hesitate and look up one of their many stores which are located all across the United States. I want to put this shout out to Joe, Keaton, and the wonderful staff there on Holly Street in Centennial Colorado I owe you one.... thanks for taking care of my family when I couldn't be there and I can't tell you how appreciative I am. This is the best auto parts store I have ever been to! The manager, Mike, has helped me multiple times and always provides superior customer service! He is quick to help, promptly will check out the issue I am having with my vehicle and solves the problem, oftentimes installing the part or battery in the parking lot! Great job, as it is not easy to find such a high standard of service in the world today! Will be back again and again when needs arise! Thank you Mike!

It's a decent place. But,if you need help with figuring something out, it will depend who you speak with there. not everyone there is knowledgeable. There used to be some real sharp individuals, a young lady and a young man. Unfortunately they're not there anymore. Overall, they are much better than Pep Boys ever was.

Horrible communication. Needed spark plugs, was told they needed to order them. Called the next day to check they were in they had problems finding the item and when I got to the store they had trouble finding the product again. Turns out they ordered boots not the spark plugs. They had the spark plugs in stock and told me I needed the boots. It wasnt what I ordered and it wasn't what I actually needed for my car. Feel like I was being taken advantage of. My request for a product was not filled and I was not informed of the change until the product was placed in front of me.

Staff was helpful and attentive. The store layout is as you'd expect in an auto parts store. I personally visited for car detailing supplies. The selection was ok, not a huge variety of liquid waxes. I will say that thier prices are higher than Advanced by a dollar or two. Worth a visit of your in the area but the prices are higher there than I'd like.

I find it hilarious people are writing reviews on a manager that hasn’t been there in over a week if not more. but yeah not a bad store. Their all about the same. I never walk in assuming I know the answer and get advice. From any part store. Going in open to suggestions and making my mind up. Being nice goes a much longer way with people these days. Especially since nice is found sparingly.

Amazing service! I drove over with an extremely corroded battery, bought a new one and Samuel came out and helped switch them. It ended up being pretty difficult job with how corroded the old one was but he did it all for us in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend going to this O'Reillys!

Every time I go in the service is quick and most of the time they know exactly what they are talking about wether it's about a product they sell or even advice for your car. Multiple times have they recommended one of their products to me for a simple at home fix and sending me home with simple instructions, saving me hundreds of dollars to bring it into a shop. The prices of products have a wide range but the employees don't charge you for their time like most car shops will just to inspect your vehicle. Sometimes they have a product that isn't on the shelf so I'd recommend calling and asking if something you need is in stock. If not, they have recommended me to other places I can go.

I was less than satisfied with the customer service I received at this store. I went in today and needed help with a part for my car. The rubber part below my bumper was falling off and I didn’t know what to do. I thought they could look for me and tell me. The guy at the front first just told me what isle to look for the part. I went back and said I had no clue what I needed and asked if someone could look at my car. He flat out said no. He said that no one could look under my car. I was seriously disappointed. I was there alone with my baby and simply needed assistance because I didn’t want to drive in an unsafe car. While walking out, another employee was walking in and I asked him and he had no problem helping. I don’t understand why the the guy at the desk had to be so rude. I won’t be going back back to that store.
