Would like to thank Trace for helping us with what seemed like a routine battery change. Long story short Trace helped us get a new battery in our car. The old battery had corroded so bad it ate through the positive terminal. The bolt was welded on and the terminal was completely disintegrated. What seemed like a 10min routine battery change took about an hour. Trace thanks a bunch!

Revano was awesome. I came in not totally sure what I needed, and he took the time to really help me out without making me feel dumb or rushed. He asked the right questions, explained things clearly, and made sure I walked out with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone that helpful and down-to-earth, especially in a store like this where I usually feel kind of out of place. Super grateful for his help—he made the whole experience way easier than I expected. He definitely deserves some recognition!

Came in to get my battery tested and had to wait for the only worker who knows how to test a battery, that’s fine. I wait another 15 mins. Then the “expert” fiddles around for another 15 mins just to tell me “ohh I don’t think we can actually test hybrid vehicles”. What a waste of time, wish the employees were more knowledgeable.

I went into the store today around 4:00 4:15, and I was greeted by this younger male. He provided exceptional service, went above and beyond to help me out! I didn't even think about grabbing his name so I'm not sure what his name is. However, because of him and the services he provided me with... I will most definitely be a returning customer, hands down! This young man definitely needs a raise and acknowledgment for his amazing customer service skills and knowledge!! Thank you sir!!!

Walked in with a part from one of their sister stores and just wanted to do a swap of the part so I could get the right one that I was given the wrong one in the first place and the older gentleman was at the counter and made it seem like I was a nuisance to be there because I had to return an item and was not helpful whatsoever when I told him what I needed he just said "well that's what we got right at the counter" so not only did the gentleman make me feel like I was being a nuisance what does a Avid Advance Auto customer I will never return to this location again just due to the fact that he was completely rude and not welcoming or even pointing me in the right direction in any sort of way

This is my go to auto store! They have the best stuff Jesse went up and beyond. I had a new battery that was dead and while it was charging, Jesse let me use a loaner battery. Allowing me to finish a job I needed that battery for. This store also has a lot of supper knowledge staff members like Jesse!

I went to an automotive shop to get an oil change and they did an inspection saying I needed new air filters, wiper blades, and a new battery. They wanted around $80 for labor to install those items. I declined and went to Advance Auto Parts to buy those items instead. I planned on putting them in myself as those tasks didn't seem too technical. Tyler at Advance Auto Parts was awesome and got me everything I needed. He even swapped my battery out and put in the new one. It literally took him maybe 5 minutes to swap the battery which saved me a ton on both time and the labor costs that the automotive shop would have charged. I'm so thankful for all of you at Advance Auto Parts and for all of Tyler's help. If anyone in upper management looks at these reviews, please praise and reward Tyler for his superior service.

I stopped in to see if they could test my battery, and was greeted with a big smile and amazing attitude by Gregory (GM in training). It was, in fact, my battery that was about to go out. I was positive my battery was still under warranty, but I didn't have an account, so there wasn't an easy way to look it up. Most places would have just told me I was out of luck, but Gregory spent a great deal of time with me, trying to look up my last purchase in the system (even though it was from a different Advanced Auto location). We ended up finding that I was just outside of the warranty period, so I needed to purchase a new battery. Gregory got me all set up with a new account to store all of my purchases on, and found a better battery for my car that had a longer warranty, which I greatly appreciated. Jesse, the GM, was working alongside of Gregory and they both were extremely helpful and kind. I often get nervous going into foreign territory (like an auto parts shop) since I'm obviously out of my comfort zone when inside of these places, but I have always received amazing customer service at Advanced Auto Parts, regardless of the location. I do think I will drive across town to this location the next time, even though there are several closer to me, because this service just cannot be beat!

Jesse (general manager) was a real nice guy, dude was super fast in helping me find parts and he even helped me take a look under the hood to diagnose a fluid issue properly. His other employees were very helpful too with another issue on a friend’s car. Great business! I will be coming here for all my auto parts needs

I went here yesterday to get bolts to attach my new license plate. Tim helped me not only pick out the right bolts to attach the plate, but also came outside and put the license plates on for me. His customer service went above and beyond. I highly recommend going here if you are like me and know nothing about cars and need a lot of help.

Rude staff. They will greet some people entering the store but not all. The price for Heet on the shelf was $3.50, the guy charged me $5.00. Very biased and shady. I will not be returning...it's a shame that in order to be treated fair...you have to go online and purchase these items. Amazon here I come!!!!!

I called and asked if I purchased a battery if they’d be able to install it. The guy I was talking to said no because of extreme weather conditions. It’s 30 degrees out and sunny. Called another location in Parker and they said they’d be able to do it. Not sure what kind of pansies are working here but why are you working with car parts if you’re too scared to be in the cold to look under the hood of a vehicle for 5 minutes?

I usually don't write reviews, but Alex at Advanced Autoparts went above and beyond today. He figured out what was wrong with my car, answered all of my questions, helped me select a product, and then installed it for me. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thought that I was in need of a new battery for my wife's car. They tested it for me and suggested that I did need a new battery. Alex helped me and he was just GREAT! He installed the battery for me and the car was being difficult with the installation, but Alex continued and it was a successful afternoon. I usually try to go to this store for my automotive parts because they are always very nice and helpful. Advance should be proud to have an employee like Alex representing their company. Thanks again, Alex and Advance.

This store has some of the best employees at any auto parts store I have visited. They go the extra mile and understand the importance of getting your car fixed. I was replacing my brakes and broke a bolt, something simple right? I went to two other big box stores for their help and each one said "we don't have it" and repeated that statement with my other questions. I went to this store and the folks behind the counter did some critical thinking and got me what I needed so that I could get my truck back on the road, and go to work the next day. This level caring for the customer is so rare nowadays, I am switching this to be my GOTO store for all my auto needs.

Jesse was absolutely amazing. Another auto place put my battery on wrong and was really mean so we went to this location and Jesse was an absolute joy to be around. He treated us like family and made sure we had the best care. He took his time and put it back on correctly and had us driving off with the best work we could of gotten. This location is amazing and Jesse is a prime example of what good customer service looks like. Thank you so much

I just recently decided to work on my step dads truck since he’s been in the hospital and decided to buy parts, tools, equipment etc. Haven’t had a lot of interaction with the staff except for pick up. But they seem very helpful and usually have my online order ready for pick up with in 30 minutes. If not, then the same day.
