Raven just landed a lifelong customer for O’Reilly’s ALL BY HERSELF. I was raised on O’Reilly‘s Auto Parts, but I turned into Advance Auto Parts, out of convenience, to get a new bulb for my burnt out brake light. I asked if they replace them and they said “no, we aren’t auto repair guys, but you can take it to Midas or somewhere else”. I noticed there was an O’Reilly’s across the street. So I said thank you and went over there. Raven had the best smile was super attentive and taught me how to change the bulb myself, with ZERO hesitation. She got the sale and the customer. She is an amazing manager and not only snagged a customer for Riley’s for life, but helped me become an independent woman myself. She deserves a raise!!

Went in for new windshield wipers, was helped immediately with finding the right kind. Employees had great advice and even installed the wiper blades for me for free! Great place.

Employees are very helpful, as I was walking in she was installing wipers she could barely reach on a lifted truck. I went inside to look for my items, but she was not far behind me and asked how I could help. She ran me through the engine and cabin filter options for my car and explained the options and pricing. I was in and out with everything I needed in 5 mins, really appreciated the help.

I had just arrived from out if state and needed to replace a burned out headlight bulb, not only did they replace the burned out one they replaced the other, also noticed I didn’t have windshield wiper fluid that wouldn’t freeze in the cold Colorado temperature. Professional, knowledgeable, service above and beyond. I would highly recommend this store.

Landon and J got me set up with some deep cycle batteries for my pallet jack. Saved me a fortune compared to what the dealer wanted to charge me. They were super friendly and fast. Helped me load them in my vehicle and had amazing attitudes.

Was having some issues with my car battery and my neighbors recommended coming here to get my alternator tested. Geo was super helpful and was able to quickly help diagnose the issue. I've been here a few times and each time has been good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I've lived here in Colorado about 4 years, O'Reilly has saved the day numerous times having Parts other people don't got. And 90% of the time there's like an O'Reilly across the street and I'm saved. So kudos to you guys for saving the day you guys just save the girl stuck on the side of the road where a brake caliper fell off.

I had a fantastic experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts on Potomac and Arapahoe, thanks to Claude’s exceptional customer service. I stopped in to purchase wiper blades for my truck, and Claude went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. Not only did he assist me in selecting the right parts, but he also kindly installed them on the spot, even though it was raining heavily outside.
The entire team was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt valued as a customer. It's rare to encounter such genuine care and professionalism nowadays, and I truly appreciate Claude’s dedication and effort. Phenomenal help every time I stop by. Been going here ever since I picked up my Impreza and they've helped me with everything from body panels attachment to spark plug changes. I passed by three other auto parts stores on the way to this one if that says anything.
Especially big shout out to RJ and Clark. Guys have helped me get my car to it's premium condition and are absolutely knowledgeable about cars unlike basically any AutoZone (have Even been kicked out for changing plugs) I've ever been to. Guys seriously deserve a raise.

One of my favorite Auto Parts Store!
The team there is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all things automotive. If they don’t know then they look it up and ensure they present all options available before making a purchase.
Huge shout out to Clark!
He provided excellent customer service, ensuring I had what I needed from windshield wipers to power steering fluid. Went above and beyond to install my wipers which saved me time at home to spend with my family.

RAVEN was AMAZING! She treated me with respect, kindness and tought me a few things instead of treating me like a dumb girl. Which is a common feeling I get when going into any auto parts store. She was extremely knowledgeable even without the machine telling her what was wrong. She only used it to back up her assumption. Her work ethic, ability to teach and patience with me was outstanding! She is what will call a keeper and management material in my book..

Absolutely wonderful staff! I'm new to car maintenance and Richard took the time to not only get the right parts for my car, but was very kind and taught me how to change the windshield wipers when I asked! Highly reccomend them.

How to replace an alternator on my car and did it quite quickly in the parking lot. Needed several tools to get in there and do this and the guys were so helpful I couldn't have done it without the O'Reilly team. I'm so thankful for you guys for helping me! I will come back more to your store. I used to go to advanced all the time but they have dropped in their customer service but you are still excellent. Keep up the good work!

I think I handle the situation fine Mr. Gary .. There are policies that I have to stand by! I will not hand out free batteries because you brought me a copy paper receipt that anyone can get n make copies of (scams are high and we are trained to handle scamming situations) I needed a (raw) originally recipient or a phone number for the warranty. I do apologize the store you went to in Estes Park didn’t inform you on our warranty policy!! If it wasn’t for you cussing me out I would have called district manager to work with you!

Bought a battery at the Estes Park location Nov 12 2023 when my car broke down. The battery was bad and would not hold a charge so tried to return it for warranty at the Centennial store. We scan any receipt when there is a warranty involved and then print them if we need them. Nancy the manger of this store informs me that since I don’t have the original receipt i have to return it to the store where I bought it. The copy I presented was no good and there was nothing she could do to help me. I will never return to an O’Reilly Auto parts store. You could chose to help or lose a customer.

Nancy is a great asset to your company! I went in to your store needing a battery for my newly purchased RV.. I knew nothing about RV's. she didn't hesitate to spend as much time needed to find the right one I needed help again
1-05-2023 for my RV trying to find an oil filter. Nancy once again took the time to figure it out. I used to always use Advance Auto as my go-to place. I am now changing over to you guys because of her customer service and patients. Just thought you might like to know the positives because I'm sure people usually just tell you the negatives or at least that's what they post. Great store, excellent service! Nat spent a while helping us out with our SUV. His knowledge and kindliness helped us so much. He saw us pushing our car and he came right out to help. You just don’t see this kind of service nowadays.
With patience he also continued to provide great service to other customers as well. Once again Thanks Nat!

I wish I could give this location even more stars. We are visiting from out of state and came out of the hotel to a dead battery. Finally got it started and made a mad dash to an unnamed competitor. Service was nice enough but they did very little in trying to help me diag the issue. I searched for the nearest O’Reillys and happened on this location. By the time I arrived it was raining and miserable. First counter person volunteered to come outside to scan the battery and alternator all the while getting soaked in the process. When the battery and alternator seemed fine she went back in and came out with the vehicle scanner to try and help out more. Unfortunately the scanner needed an update which they were unable to perform. I went back in to guilt purchase something and another employee volunteered the use of his personal scanner so he came out and scanned it. I spoke with three different employees there and every one of them was beyond nice. Hopefully I never have to see you guys again but thank you so much for the help.

To the person with the long, braided ponytail, thank you so much; your helpfulness in not only purchasing new wipers for my vehicle, but also your kindness in making sure the wipers work... wonderful.
I hope that the woman in the sweatshirt and the older gentleman take note of how your willingness to engage and to help others randomly... leads to positive experiences and repeat customers.
From the brief observation of the other two "managers," if they had assisted me, I would've never returned. All I can wish for is that management ditches their own agenda and follow suit of the kind, helpful lad that made sure I got the products I needed and went above and beyond to make sure they were in working order.
5/5 customer service from the gentleman with the ponytail.

Very helpful, freindly staff. Love the return policy. If you buy using your member phone#, you don't need a receipt if you have to return within 30 days. Pretty good selection, and since the Arapahoe NAPA closed, thank God it's nearby.
