A wonderful experience. He arrived when he said he would and went above and beyond to help my son and I. He got our car started (dead battery) and made sure we were ready to drive home before he left. Once we started driving, we had more trouble. He picked up the phone when I called and came back to help. Towed our car to the repair shop and was an excellent communicator. Reasonable prices! Highly recommend!
I give them one star because that is the lowest the system allows. I called a driver who barked me a price and then told me to text him where the car was. When I asked when it would be, he showed up early while I was trying to jump the car. He wanted to charge me for waiting while I tried to charge the car. Two minutes later he drove away with no conversation. When I texted to ask why he left, he lied to me and told me I told him to leave. horrible customer service.
Never in a million years would I recommend this place. They are bullies and it's all about money. They don't care about you or your car. I caught one of your drivers physically assaulting somebody on camera.
Our car broke down with our toddler so I had a lot of anxiety. Roadside towing answered right away, was the lowest price around and came within 20 minutes. They even sent us a receipt we needed after the fact. Great service! Thank you for your help!
Thankful for Sam responding quickly to my request for a tow...provided me with all the info needed to get insurance reimbursement for the tow.....will use him or recommend him to others....
This man and his business are HORRIFIC. yesterday I was in a tiff and needed a tow service. He gave me quote of 180 which was reduced to 150 cash. He hung up the phone and text me he was on the way. I went to the bank to get money and my bank told me I have roadside already. I went to get my car and met with the tow and told him that I didn’t need the service but I wanted to still pay 20 or something to just say thank you. This was all within 15 minutes.
He immediately stormed off on me and told me I owe him all his money and than half and that he was not leaving. He proceeded to tell me what he would do to me and my car.
Mind you we were at JEEP DEALER AND SERVICE CENTER and even they were uncomfortable with him.
He then proceeds to tell me that I will pay him his money or he would block my car and call the police. Let me not forgot to add that he was yelling and threatening me the entire time!
Jeep dealers told me they will have him leave, he didn’t leave. I called the police and as soon as they showed up he took a back exit and left the scene.
It was embarrassing, hurtful, and waste of time. Needless to say, the tow I did end up getting was amazing and my car is saved.
Please do not contact this guy as he is private and does not work well with people. He needs to go under contract and learn how to respect ALL PEOPLE especially black women in the face of business.
He demeaned me in so many ways but the officers and the jeep dealers assured me that I didn’t sign any paperwork, nor was any policy every discussed and that I do not need to pay him anything.
I’m more than sure when he saw me and my pregnant relative that he thought he would intimidate us and belittle us because of our skin color.
I may not have the complexion for protection but I have integrity and honesty and I respect all respectable business owners. This man is Far from that.
I previously wrote a review that gave this company 'more' than 5 stars, as I thought they had done a great job towing our car. I would love to take that review back, but can't delete or amend my previous review. After the tow service, I tried FOR MONTHS to get a receipt from Shafe with the make/model of the car that was towed so I could submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement. Shafe repeatedly said he would get me this receipt, but after REPEATED attempts (MONTHS!!) to try to get this simple receipt, he repeatedly refused, then simply stopped responding to me. So I'm out $154 that my insurance company would have reimbursed me for, but I have no proof to show them the make/model of the car that was towed. I will NEVER use this company again!!
Don’t ever use this company! The guy couldn’t find where my battery was located, shouldn’t they be experts in all cars?? Then he just goes, “I have other customers” and leaves. I found it right after he left. They are experts in nothing. Don’t use!
I needed to tow my Tesla from the service center to the collision center and I couldn’t be at either location. They showed up on time, communicated with me every step of the way, and provided proof of drop off. I have saved their information in my phone and now know who I’m calling next time I need a tow.
Fast, friendly, and fair. When our car broke down this evening, Sam was able to get to us quickly! He was friendly and honored the estimate he provided on the phone. Very nice dependable tow service. He even got out and helped me push it into a parking spot. I called an set the appointment and he was there before me and at a very fair price considering what all went into getting my bmw on and off his flatbed. If you are in the parker centennial area call them first you wont regret using this company!!! They will be the only tow service I use from now on hopefully they are 24hr service!!! My insurance was no help with scheduling a tow truck. I chose to call Roadside Towing and they didn't hesitate, giving me a reasonable wait time. Shafe arrived on time and was extremely professional throughout the entire experience! I really appreciate it!
I was told 1 hour and the driver was there in 45 minutes. Very courteous and professional. Hookup was quick. The driver obeyed all speed limits (thank God) and payment was quick and easy. Receipt by text was the option I chose. I highly recommend. Price was reasonable

I had purchased a car at an auto auction and incidently, it came without any keys. So getting it on and off the flatbed was tricky. But my man handled it with ease and my mission was accomplished. Will definitely call these guys next time I need a tow. Well worth the $220 I paid for the service.
My car wouldn't start and was in a really bad spot. I’ve dealt with a lot of bad towing companies so I was hesitant to call around but he answered quickly, got my info, and told me he’d be there shortly. He arrived on time and got my car out of there and back home safely without damage. Was very lucky I called here and got taken care of so quickly. Definitely recommended.

We needed two cars towed from two different locations to two also different locations. Of course, my husband's car and mine both crapped out in the same week, and needed different mechanics.
They were able to get us on the same day, everything done. My car went to a mechanic, and my husbands car went to my parents house. Feedback from everyone involved in this mega-transaction was the same. Our driver (I forget his name) was polite, knowledgeable, professional. One thing that really stood out, to me at least, was that his communication. I mean that he gave me an accurate arrival time, let me know when he did run only a few minutes later than his quote, and kept in touch through the process of moving our cars without us present. I was very happy and impressed. The price was absolutely reasonable, as well. I dont have anything negative to say, at all.
Really great service. Communicated well, on time, and cared more about taking care of the customer than making the most $’s possible. I tried to jump my car and it didn’t work. Called Roadside for a tow. He spent a few minutes looking things over and said my battery was dead. He jumped it quickly and only charges for the jump. He easily could have just towed me and made more money.

Absolutely the best towing company I have ever dealt with!! Very professional and friendly. The response time is almost immediate! They kept me informed along the way and called once they arrived. He took precaution to remove my car from the bed of the tow truck without it scraping on the driveway!! He was very helpful through the entire process. Great Experience! I was most impressed with the speed efficiency and professionalism of this service! I was broke down in Denver and needed to get home to the Springs, I was stressing over cost to another city, however Roadside Towing gave me a sweet discount and were able to get to me in 30 min. Driver arrived very quickly and was very helpful and professional. When our car waa sitting too low to be towed, he went out of his way to help us take off the tire, teach us how to use the jack, and get us to the nearest store. Fantastic service.
