I had an old Prius that crapped the bed and I needed to get rid of it fast. I tried calling a couple of other salvage companies first and just got hung up on or put on hold forever, but when I called ALH they responded immediately, communicated very clearly, and picked it up the next day.
One thing to note is that if you have an old car with busted catalytic converters, these guys won't pay much for it, but I imagine that's pretty common across the board. Great service and if I'm ever dumb enough to buy an old dying Pruis again I'll gladly sell it to these guys again.
Didn't have what I'm looking for but was super courteous and helpful on recommending places that might. I live a couple hours away and was pointed in the right direction even though I didn't even make a purchase. Top notch service.
ALH was the first company I called to get a quote on a car i needed towing and scrapped. When I hung up to compare quotes from other companies they told me to call back after I get quotes and he would try to price match! After calling other companies, all 5 of them I called had terrible and bitter attitudes toward me on the phone and sounded annoyed and made me feel like an inconvenience and disrespected. I called ALH back and they HAPPILY and KINDLY sent someone to come pick up the car. They were so patient and understanding with the mildly inconvenient circumstances of the vehicle. Anthony went above and beyond accommodating our situation and was a joy to interact with and made sure I didn’t feel guilty for causing him to do extra work than normal. It is crystal clear why this business has a 4+ star review average while others are less than 2 stars. Anthony and ALH made a stressful situation a breeze. Thankful this company exists and are happy to do their jobs. Thank you ALH and Anthony for an amazing experience during an undesired situation.
