I feel absolutely taken advantage of by people I thought were helpful. They called me for days in a row stating they wanted to pay me $375 for my car. When Gabriel picked up my car he gave me $325 and said that I was making up the amount. He was two hours late and was not a kind person. I’ve never been in a situation like this and I really hope by posting this review you all will take your business to good people. Beverly was very nice but is apart of how they take advantage of people. Saddened by a company like this. They also will not answer my calls. Not a good company.
Worst experience ever!!! CJC AUTO NETWORK doesn't even deserve that 1 star. Not only did they show up 2 days late to pick up my car, I know i was definitely SCAMMED by their driver. I was told by Peddle I would receive $230 for my car. The driver only gave me $100 but the receipt I received via email from Peddle said that the driver gave me the full $230. TOTAL SCAM!!! Do yourself a favor, if you contact Peddle to pick up your vehicle, make sure they DON'T send CJC AUTO NETWORK. You'll thank me later, I promise.
Great experience selling through peddle and having CJC come and handle the tow and payout of my vehicle. I received the exact cash offer, the gentleman was extremely nice, and made sure I had everything I needed from my car, including tags. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Went to get an offer because they said they are extremely competitive and will match or give you a better offer than anyone. I was offered $4500 for a clean title Jeep with only 48,000 miles on it so I would just go to CarGurus or somewhere else than this.
I sold my car to them and forgot to remove the license plate. A few months later I started getting tickets with photos. They sold my plate to someone who is racking up fines. I would’ve appreciated them protecting me as a client instead of illegally selling a plate that they knew was mine.
These people are good talkers! They had me under the impression that I was going to get $1000 for my car! When the tow truck driver got there to get my vehicle he looked at it and said he would get in trouble if he brought it back and gave me the full $1000 that I was promised by his boss! He gave me $400 for my car! I didn't ask for $1000! But when someone gives you a call and says they are giving you $1000 then you should get nothing less than $1000! I was supposed to buy a car that day! Now I'm stuck with no car! No transportation! Nothing! These people are scam artists! Liars!
They just came and got my Chevy Malibu. They were very professional and friendly on the phone. Specifically Sonia and Carlos. They offered me more than Wheelzy and again good customer service goes a long way.
Stay away from these crooks, picked my vehicle up with tags when someone finally answered the phone the following Monday i asked to retrieve them, they told me the vehicle had been crushed, fast forward to july/aug, bunch of tickets and toll bills come through with pictures of the vehicle that was apparently crushed, had to get cops involved. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else instead of these people.
This place is very disappointing they told us on a Monday they would be out here to pick up our vehicle then the day of the pick up I had to call and ask what time they would be here and to my surprise apparently they decided they weren’t coming out because we were too far out!! Not a Good company they could’ve at least called the day before and let us know they wouldn’t be coming out

This company gives off scam vibes. They had a driver come by here earlier this morning to pick up my vehicle. We had agreed on a certain amount that I would be selling it to them for and as soon as he got here and assessed it, he lowered the price for no reason saying that they had to drive so far even though I told them the address ahead of time and he'd already told me on the phone before he drove that he'd be driving two hours out. Very shady wouldn't recommend but if they made things right, l would definitely change this review and make it better.
This company is a scam. The guy just left my house about 10 minutes ago who came to tow my car away. I was offered a set amount and I accepted it and then when the guy got here, he said the car is in worse condition that was described even though I put everything that was wrong in the description and he deducted $85 off the total and he kept complaining that he had to drive two hours from Denver even though I told them my address before hand. Wouldn't recommend this company pretty shady. Someone actually had a similar review that they left on yelp. I hope people can take something from these negative reviews and find a more honest company. I will edit this review if they reach out to me and offer me the difference back whether it's in cash or through Zelle or Cash app. To make things right. The guy complained that his boss was mad that they had to drive this far even though I told them my address literally doesn't make any sense.
Poor customer service
I scheduled from 11-3 through peddle and they’re unable to fulfill their end/constantly wanting to reschedule. The lady on the phone tried gaslighting me into thinking I was abnormal for asking them to respect the time window we had already agreed on. She then got rude and constantly cut me off in order to try and finish her sentences.
If you guys have a hard time fulfilling your job duties, that’s your problem. Making empty promises and then expecting your customers to pick up the slack of your poor time management is quite the unsavory business practice though..
after working 5-12 hour shifts at the hospital I don’t really wanna mess up my sleep schedule to sell some scrap metal for a third it’s worth. If I wanted to put in this much work, I would have.
Dont use them, we sold our car here on Jan 18th, forgot to take plates off, called them and was told car was crushed tags destroyed on Jan 20th, got toll charges for Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr. These ppl are crooks. Tried calling them 4times left two messages no response.
Biggest scam I've ever heard of. Guaranteed by 2 different employees that the price would be $2400 for our jeep that does not run only to come pick it up and only offer 1400 ontop of finding out that they were going to auction it off even though it needs serious work
First and foremost, the price CJC offered me for a non-running vehicle was 40% more than another junk car buyer, and the offer was honored at the time of pickup! I submitted the online form requesting an offer after the close of business, and the transaction was complete by the close of business the next day.
The truck driver (Manny) arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled pickup appointment and had a very professional demeanor.
A very seamless transaction all around, and working with CJC was a much more positive and professional experience than other junk car buyers I've dealt with in the past.
Shady, I was upfront and honest with the first guy I spoke with. I let him know I may not find the title and he was kind, no problem just lowered the price $15, so I said I'll call back Monday to set up a time.
I was blasted with text messages daily and so I called back today, Monday, to set up a time..let them know I couldn't find the title but had proof of ownership. Once the guy started shuffling around his words, I could tell he was shady. He lowered the price and said he was the "main" buyer and that the others are being trained so they got it wrong. Shady, and rude. I said that didn't feel good and he was arrogant and told me to get the paperwork. I called a different company, and will be taking my business elsewhere. I feel sorry for the other employees, he must be a jerk to work for.

Called twice and left a voicemail no response, but blowing up my phone with text messages and emails. I understand that it might be busy, but I called first thing in the morning when they opened up. Can’t be THAT busy when you just opened up. After looking at the reviews and not getting a call back from then I’ll try elsewhere. I don’t have time for the games.
I can't say enough good things about CJC. From my first phone call to them to get my truck picked up, they seamlessly and efficiently took care of my needs. I don’t often write reviews but always check them before I use a company. My interaction with this company was so seamless I had to leave one. I’ve never sold a junk car before but always imagined it would be a shady hassle. My experience with CJC was the complete opposite. I put in a request for a quote and received it almost immediately. It was the highest of 3 companies I requested quotes from. They sent a couple of emails and called twice I believe but I wasn’t able to answer any of them, and after that they stopped (instead of being obnoxious and calling for weeks.) I finally contacted them and the man on the phone was very friendly, was able to pull my quote up right away from my number, and was able to offer the same price as a week before. They set up a pickup time for the next day, and the driver called and said he’d be there right in the middle of the window, which he was. After about 3 minutes of signing a couple documents, I had cash in my hand and my paperweight of a car was being loaded up and hauled away. Such a painless and friendly experience and I just had to share.

I live in summit county and couldn’t take the car in but, I was able to get it towed to a dealership with my insurance and they picked it up from there and did all the paper work online for me! Got more money back from my junk car than I was expecting so I’m really happy I got to work with them!! 10/10 recommend

I went to buy a Chevy S10 a bit ago. They were real straight to the point and helpful, I got a good deal on the truck too when compared to what other used car dealers might try and pull.
They were transparent with the condition of the car, detailed the engine bay and interior VERY nicely, and the sales folks were good to have conversation with too. When compared to other used car dealers, I highly recommend this place. Make sure to do your research before buying a car nevertheless but that being said, this place is a good one.
