I go to work early and get up at 4. I tried to start my car at 545am and my crv’s engine wouldn’t turn . I called the first jump company that was listed under google (Saul in Aurora, CO) and he came over in a half hour but tried to jump my car with the cables in the wrong pos/neg connectors. That blew the fuses in my car but he blamed the battery and left. I had no idea - Early in the morning, I started the caghts were on and the engine tried to start. After Saul Towing came and tried to jump my car, there were no lights and my carSo I called the 1800battery company who had a guy come a couple of hours later with a new battery. He came over and tested my car with an electric battery but it still didn’t start (I didn’t know that Saul blew the fuse and I gave him $40 for his trouble,not knowing that he caused the problem). The battery guy left and I paid him as he had given me a new battery. I called my insurance company (Usaa) after this and they directed me to Lions Towing (not Lion’s Towing, but “Lions Towing”) who came and that’s where I met John and his beard. This dude came right in and saw that there was a huge fuse blown under the hood and within 5 minutes, he started my car by jumping the fuse box to show me what he saw as the issue. John, from Lions Towing, came to tow my car but within just a few mins he found out and showed me that Saul (whose company is just for starting cars) had blown my fuse. John (and his beard) with Lions Towing made me grateful for good people that care about other people. Thanks buddy. I owe you an entire thanksgiving dinner!

Fast and friendly. John called ahead of time to give me his ETA. I had originally called for a tow, but realizing it just needed a boost, they got me back on the road without the tow and even called to check to make sure the battery was still working after the job was completed. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from John and Lions towing. He told me when he would be there, called when he was 10 minutes away. He was careful with my car and he was pleasant and positive.

John was terrific! Audi screwed up. The closest location was an Audi service center that does not exist yet. We had to change the delivery location and John was very helpful. I give him my highest rating !
John was prompt, kept me informed, and asked for clarification to ensure his understanding was correct. He was able to get the car off the 4th floor of a commercial garage and to the dealership when the first callout (different company) gave up and left. Excellent service.
My jeep liberty would not start. So I needed it towed to a shop. It did take a little while, but I think it's because I used my insurance to cover the tow. As soon as the driver showed up it took no time at all to get it out of my garage, and on its way to the shop! The driver ( I am so bad with names so I didn't catch it) but he was friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them to other people!
Just dropped a car in my lot. Refused to put it in a parking spot. Left it blocking other vehicles.
Now we have to call another tow to move it.
The driver made sure our staff were well aware that he did not care. Maybe the company cares enough to read the review.
Had to have my car towed to my mechanic and it was such a seamless experience. Showed up on time, well equipped and super friendly. Jasper was hilarious and so great to work with. Hopefully I don't need another tow any time soon, but if I do, Lions is who I will be calling!
I was on my 3rd tow attempt of the day…was told I needed a specific tow truck but everyone came with flatbeds. Jasper was able to get my gear shift unlocked so it could get towed off safely!!!! Thank you soooo much!!!
Great service; Just what you need from a towing service. I would recommend them for any towing need. Got my car to the service place and then let me know that it was all complete / save and sound. They went out of their way to locate me 'cause the State Farm request app wouldn't let me enter some cross street details. I guess they could have just said 'We can't find you' and left but they did not; They reached out to me several times. Great Customer service.
Very prompt and professional. I couldn't get ahold of my dealership to confirm my car was being towed there. The Gentleman stayed after he dropped off my car to give them my information. Then sent me a courtesy text to confirm my car arrived. Very, very cool

I had them pick my car up to drop at the transmission shop. They did what they said they would, when they said they would. The driver was nice and the process was simple. I hope I don’t have to use them often, but if I do I know who to call.

My car broke down on a very busy road and barely made to the break down lane. The weather was super hot that I couldn't stay with my car to wait for the tow. My tow guy was great. He kept me up to date with everything. When he would arrive. That he got to my car that he dropped off my car. Totally grateful for the kind great service. I recommend these guys if you need a tow.
