Adrian towed our car twice for us after a car accident and made the entire process super easy and smooth. He was very careful while loading and unloading the car and showed up exactly when he said he would. He provided some helpful advice about the car once it was at the collision shop. He made the entire experience easy and we will use him in the future.

The worst tow company ever. I paid for an Uber to my car location. Then The people were 30 minutes late to pick my car up then left before I came outside and I took less than 5 mins after they called me to come out and didn’t even call me or anything just left would never recommend this company stay as far away as possible

My company lost power during the snow storm and we were running on a back up generator. We needed fuel immediately! I called mutiple companies, and when I called Escalera Towing and explained my needs Adrian showed up within an hour filled our generator, and continued to fuel the generator for the duration of the power outage. Adrian took care of my needs with a sense of urgency , he was efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend Adrian and his team!

Polite, courteous, professional, respectful, and great communication. I had set up a tow for an old muscle car that I bought in Lakewood that had to go to Thornton. The guy was running like 20 or 30 minutes late. He called me way in advance and informed me he would be a few minutes late. The gal from dispatch also called me to inform me that he was running late. Nice job! Good equipment also: new truck in great working order. Got my car across town and in my garage with no issues. The driver even helped me push it the rest of the way into my garage. Highly recommended!

My car got stolen last night and was found the next morning in a Walmart parking lot. I was not able to leave while waiting for the tow truck since the thief left my car in the muffle of the aisle where people drive, and we were unable to move the car since it was destroyed. This towing company made everything so much easier, they came right away and I didn’t have to wait long at all! 10/10 service definitely recommend.

These guys were incredible. Dispatch was clear about pricing and timing expectations. Their price was the best of about 10 companies we called. The driver was prompt and took great care of our car. Everyone involved was courteous and friendly. I will absolutely use again if ever needed.

After multiple calls to roadside assistance, and tow carriers Escalera was the only one to respond. Very courteous, helpful and kind!! He and his wife were a godsend when I was stuck in the middle of two highways (and no tire iron to change a flat) 10 out of 10 customer service Would highly recommend and use again!

They were great and helped us out as fast as they could.

A+. Had an engine die on me in the middle of an intersection on a Sunday, and had to learn the hard way there are not a lot of tow trucks running Sundays. Escalera answered on the first ring, had an extremely reasonable price and timing expectation, were communicative and easy to deal with, and were extremely nice and professional on-site. Having your car towed is never a good experience, but they made it as easy and as painless as possible. Showed up on time, was so polite and helpful through the process, and did their best to cheer me up in my not so happy of moods. Would definitely recommend and I will use them again in the future if needed.

Used this service when I called my roadside assistance program. Adrian was super quick, professional and friendly and got my car on and off the truck really carefully. I was reallllly stuck in the mud. These guys were awesome, they told me exactly how much it would cost and arrived within 30 minutes of my call. The man who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful, and extricated my car from a tricky situation quickly and without incident. He also stayed for a moment just to ensure my car was still working properly, and made sure I didn’t need any additional help. I’d highly recommend them!

These guys were great. Edgar showed up almost immediately, was very quick and professional. They towed my car to the dealership and were a huge lifesaver when I really needed them. Was kicking myself for not having AAA, but who needs 'em when you can call Edgar. Definitely recommend.

Great people. I can trust a nice family company. Prices are pretty good, and they pulled everything off quite smoothly. Adrian (I think, it's what the business card said but I didn't ask his name. He's the one who brought his nephew along) is a good dude and pretty helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Had to have my van towed twice in less then a week. Were reasonably priced and courteous. No BS and were very quick about showing considering the demand for what they have to do everyday. Won't use anyone else if I can avoid it
