Adrian towed our car twice for us after a car accident and made the entire process super easy and smooth. He was very careful while loading and unloading the car and showed up exactly when he said he would. He provided some helpful advice about the car once it was at the collision shop. He made the entire experience easy and we will use him in the future.

My company lost power during the snow storm and we were running on a back up generator. We needed fuel immediately! I called mutiple companies, and when I called Escalera Towing and explained my needs Adrian showed up within an hour filled our generator, and continued to fuel the generator for the duration of the power outage. Adrian took care of my needs with a sense of urgency , he was efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend Adrian and his team!
My car got stolen last night and was found the next morning in a Walmart parking lot. I was not able to leave while waiting for the tow truck since the thief left my car in the muffle of the aisle where people drive, and we were unable to move the car since it was destroyed. This towing company made everything so much easier, they came right away and I didn’t have to wait long at all! 10/10 service definitely recommend.

After multiple calls to roadside assistance, and tow carriers Escalera was the only one to respond. Very courteous, helpful and kind!! He and his wife were a godsend when I was stuck in the middle of two highways (and no tire iron to change a flat) 10 out of 10 customer service Would highly recommend and use again!
A+. Had an engine die on me in the middle of an intersection on a Sunday, and had to learn the hard way there are not a lot of tow trucks running Sundays. Escalera answered on the first ring, had an extremely reasonable price and timing expectation, were communicative and easy to deal with, and were extremely nice and professional on-site. And they were able to tow to the shop of my choice! Couldn't have had a better experience with them, highly recommend to anyone in the Denver area. Thanks again yall!

Used this service when I called my roadside assistance program. Adrian was super quick, professional and friendly and got my car on and off the truck really carefully. I had to tow my car to another location the next day and called him directly and he was able to help me out again. Definitely recommend.
Having your car towed is never a good experience, but they made it as easy and as painless as possible. Showed up on time, was so polite and helpful through the process, and did their best to cheer me up in my not so happy of moods. Would definitely recommend and I will use them again in the future if needed.

I had set up a tow for an old muscle car that I bought in Lakewood that had to go to Thornton.
The guy was running like 20 or 30 minutes late. He called me way in advance and informed me he would be a few minutes late. The gal from dispatch also called me to inform me that he was running late. Nice job!
Good equipment also: new truck in great working order. Got my car across town and in my garage with no issues. The driver even helped me push it the rest of the way into my garage.

Had to have my van towed twice in less then a week. Were reasonably priced and courteous. No BS and were very quick about showing considering the demand for what they have to do everyday. Won't use anyone else if I can avoid it
These guys were great. Edgar showed up almost immediately, was very quick and professional. They towed my car to the dealership and were a huge lifesaver when I really needed them. Was kicking myself for not having AAA, but who needs 'em when you can call Edgar. Definitely recommend.

Once we got car to location instead of just dropping vehicle off and leaving. He stayed and made sure I was taken care off till last second. The women on the phone was super nice. Edgar the tow truck driver got there quickly. He had great customer service from the time he picked up the vehicle till the time he dropped off the vehicle.
