I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Alicia. She provided outstanding customer service she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Alicia made sure I understood everything and handled the installation quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find service this good these days. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The morning crew is very rude and don't like to help people that have warranty on items if they don't know you they won't help you so the warranty are a joke at this establishment and they give back items you try to take back with warranty and say it's new lol crazy.
Worst help from the morning crew at this establishment very lazy during morning I ask to get a new battery after I gave them my dead battery and they did not want to do there job to help I was stuck stranded at there establishment they wanted me to wait just to get a new battery for an HR I have a three year warranty and the women there was saying I had to buy a new one so I recommend don't coming here because after they charged it for an hr so it could show on there screen and when they did I asked to trade out this battery they lied and just gave back the same battery I wanted to trade them for new with my warranty and now my car is stranded again because they lied and gave back the battery that they charged for just an hr and just said it was a new battery so they really don't like people with a warranty they are very prejudice there in the morning you have to be know them just to give you good service so now my vehicle is dead again after they said they gave new battery and my car has a new alternator so that ain't the problem so thank you all for hearing me out and God bless.
ALICIA was very rude and condescending when we tried to return a DEFECTIVE alternator. Extremely poor choice for a manager who has been with the store for less than a year. She does not know that denying a refund for a part that was installed does not apply when the part is DEFECTIVE.
I want to give a 5-star review for AutoZone, especially for Zachary. He is very professional, respectful, and helpful. Every time I come to the store, he takes the time to listen and help me with exactly what I need. Zachary has great customer service and makes the experience easy and comfortable.

I originally had went to the store on 120th and Colorado to get my battery tested and Joel and another girl with red hair and curls had refused to change my battery. She had stated that her store manager did not like them changing batteries. But I could go to the store in 104th in Colorado and they would change it for me there my battery was under warranty and If it wasn’t for Alicia and Matt I would’ve went to a different company. This was the worst experience I had ever got a customer service with The other store, but Alicia and Matt went out of their way to not only change my battery, but they gave me the most amazing customer service. I will forever be loyal to 104th in Colorado. Thank you so much Matt and Alicia you guys Are the true definition of amazing customer service and you guys know how to take very good care of your customers!!! Highly recommend The store on 104th in Colorado will never return to the store on 120th in Colorado
Dominique is absolutely amazing. Helped me with my windshield wipers, came out in the rain and installed the new once for me. Rarely do you find such an amazing customer service. She should be a manager!!!
Nick was a huge help today! He went out of his way to help me carry my things outside and load them into my car. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciate his kindness and willingness to help.

Went in on a Friday evening for a warranty swap on a Duralast starter and was taken care by Tracie and Rick. Super professional, no hassle and out the store with my new starter in less than ten minutes. Giving my rating due to the awesome customer service they provided me.
Miranda Beale helped me 8-14-2025 around 9:PM very knowledgeable and very friendly. She had the best customer service skills i have experienced in a while...... She was very professional and friendly and overall made the whole process a 10 out of 10 rating. The only bad thing I would say is we do not have enough Miranda's in our world.
I was threatened to leave the store or else the manager for the night Dominique said if I didn’t leave the part I bought and tried to return she said she would call the cops and say that it would be a theft charge because it was already “back in the inventory” since she already “processed the return” even though I didn’t get any of my money back and she did as well as say that I threw a car battery at her and when the cop’s asked for the ctv cameras she told them she can’t show them and before I left she threatened to press harassment charges against me an (18 yr old) boy and my gf a (16 yr old) girl. This should not be condoned in any type of store and a people who act like that should not be in a place of management or even a place that handles customer interactions.
After going to 4 different parts stores Miranda was willing to take the time to help me find the exhaust gaskets I needed for my car. Much appreciated when trying to fix your project car on a weekend.
I went in to purchase a battery for my truck. I had a bad experience early because of the manager at the autozone on 127th and Colorado. Dominque was very helpful, kind and professional and was able to get me exactly all I needed and even installed the battery for me. Great customer service, I highly recommend.
Thanks to angel helping me out diagnose my parasitic draw he brought out his person phone and called a trusted mechanic to have me talk to. Very professional and helpful. This man deserves a raise and lots of praise. Excellent customer service.
The so called manager Tristan is very unprofessional. I went in to get my battery checked and he threw a fit, when he finally got the car hooked up to the machine he said battery was fine and it was my starter. I may be a woman, but that does not mean I am dumb. I went to a different location and had battery checked and I was right the battery was bad. I will avoid going to that location which is just down from my house, and go somewhere where I will get treated like a person. He needs more training or needs to learn respect for women. Not only did he waste my time but my gas to go to another location.
I usually do not write reviews, but my experience today was outstanding. I want to thank the kid that helped me today with my car. I believe his name was Angel. I went into the store to see if someone could check my battery. He said "Hello, how can I help you" as soon as I walked in. He quickly came outside to check my battery. He said the battery was at 100% and that was not the reason my car was struggling to start. He asked me questions about my car to try to help figure out the problem. He said he would bring his manager out to look at it with us. His manager checked the battery again plus a few other things and said everything was testing well. Angel was eager to learn from his manager about the other things he had checked. The manager suggested an additive for my fuel. I went back in to buy the additive, and Angel took the additive back out to the car with me and put it in the tank. Angel was so respectful, always addressing as ma'am. Thank you so much, Angel, you made my day very bright!
Needed a battery badly last night. Tristan was able to get me the right one for Colorado winter and install it in less than 15minuets. Polite, clean, and professional. Happy to drive a few extra minuets to use this store.
Ordered same day delivery last night for a part I desperately needed today. Here we are at 5:15 pm next day and the package hasn’t even been picked up yet. Safe to say the same day delivery is a scam. Don’t do it if you’re desperate, they’ll reel you in with the “free after $35” bs to get you to spend money and then not get you parts on time. Would’ve been better off wasting money ubering across town…
Usually every employee has a great attitude and are very helpful each time I visit. However, I don’t think Armando felt like coming into work the day I went, upon seeing his impatient attitude and refusal to install a battery I had purchased. Have him tell you his reasoning as to not doing so, something about a bar he didn’t “feel like messing with”
I really appreciate the accuracy and the fast service that they provided to me. I didn’t know what was wrong with my car. If it was my battery or my alternator and they were able to look that up quickly for me. And I was able to get my car fixed. Thank you so much. I will be shopping there again.
The night manager with the red hair likes to stereotype the customers. I went in to see about a motor mount and they didn't carry it. I went to the bolt asile to try and find a replacement bolt for the motor mount and he didn't know my wife was in the store as well. I left to the car and wail I was waiting for my wife he asked her if she needed help. They continued with small talk. He proceeded to ask if she was with me. She replied no why? And he said because I was suspicious. I've bought many parts from this store but after this I will take my business elsewhere. He's very disrespectful to judge me n it's unprofessional.
Husband and I came in to exchange a wiper blade previously purchased that we noticed was broken during installation. Employee was very rude saying he could only help if I had a receipt, which I didnt have - and then he walked away. I told husband who was shopping in a nearby aisle that they wouldnt exchange it. Employee only than offered a solution and came back over to assist with the same unhelpful attitude as before. My elbow accidentally knocked over a little red bottle of oil that was on the counter and I apologized and picked it up and put it back. We were then kicked out and refused service.
All so unnecessary. We went to another store. The exchange was handled quickly without question or attitude and we bought the rest of our shopping list there. I will happily take my business with a full vehicle restoration elsewhere. I hope whatever is bothering this employee gets handled so he treats people better.
Went in today to get a side mirror replacement. Scott H. was so amazing! He took the time to look at my car and even measure the mirror to make sure we got the right part (the part I had originally ordered was the wrong one) and was so kind and compassionate every step of the way! He even helped us install a temporary mirror, which seems to be holding up extremely well so far! Overall, it was a great experience and I can’t recommend this location enough!
