I show up this morning to check in for my automotive service appointment. They informed me that they do not have the oil filter needed for my car as their supplier has not been sending them. So they are sending customers out to buy their own oil filter and return so I go to the automotive shop by the oil filter for my vehicle return and then after they do the oil change, they tell me that they will not credit me the cost of the oil filter and still charge me full price and the oil filter is included in the oil change. I’m sorry, Walmart but if you don’t have the parts to do the service, don’t schedule appointments and send your customers out to get parts do better. I will never return to Walmart again for any automotive service and I’ve been dealing with them for years. They just lost my business on all my vehicles. When I asked to get credited the amount that I had to pay extra to go purchase my own filter, I was told there is nothing they could do and I still got charged full price for the oil change
I went to exchange diaper sizes and it was super easy! Customer service was quick and kind. I found what I needed in kids and checkout was smooth at a register. They recently changed the layout and it is my first time since. It looked great and well organized! Nicely done Walmart!
It use to be my favorite Walmart especially after the shooting in 2018 but it is not the same now. I’d say about 55% of the employees care about customer service. But the newer employees are not very friendly.
This walmart is used by so many ppl in the area and it's super busy! They are back to normal registers but they dont seem to have anyone's time on their list of concerns. All of the cashiers are supr slow ! I used to work at walmart and we had to keep an IPH (items per hour) scanned above 300 or We'd be getting into trouble. The time it takes to get someone to come open the cases they've locked up are pretty ridiculous most of the times I shop here. The online pickup is ok. I've used it a few times but if you dont order well ahead of time, there's not and slot time for pick ups available. When you order online for same day delivery they charge you either $5/$10 with walmart+ because the the slots for deliveries are already full. They have relocated everything in this store smce the remodel. The bathroom in front is usually very disgusting. Some of the prices on the shelf isn't the same at the register. If an item in on clearance or sale, I usually take a Pic of the item/shelf tag and I verify the last 4 of the UPC matches and show the cashier if I get charged a higher price. They sometimes fix it at the register.
Don't go to this Walmart it's horrible it sucks really bad nobody there helps you at all I tried to get my wife an engagement ring because we're getting married nobody came at all whatsoever then I tried to go and gets my car fixed so I can get oil changed and all them people cut it in front of me The guy there with the beard he's an older guy with glasses he wasn't helpful at all whatsoever they had another guy in there that says oh I don't know how to run the computer I don't know how to do this and I don't know how to do that and then they had some chunky fat security guard watching the door but he wasn't security he was just wearing a Walmart shirt saying oh I got to stand by the door and watch this and nobody even helped me at all whatsoever I try to get a price quote so that way I can get my car done and fixed and get tires and everything normally I come here all the time and I have a lot of family that come here I have family that come here a lot even with the police department and this is horrible I will never come here again I am telling all my friends I'm chilling all my fellow officers not to shop here ever again because you guys have horrible customer service nobody does their job All everybody does is look out for people trying to steal That's not their job they're supposed to be customer services they're supposed to be people that stock and load stuff not people that walk up and down the aisle thinking that their cops are detectives That's not their job That's not their position and half of them don't even do anything they just sit around and be lazy they're always on their phone I seen 13 employees there on their phone all the time constantly this place is horrible I think I should report this to the channel 9 news so that way they can audit this place I wish there was no stars because that's what this place deserves no stars.
I honestly don't understand why the fabric and yarn sections are so small at this "supercenter" Especially since the Joann's closed nearby I expected the Walmart to actually increase its appeal to creators. I can't even get a good zipper here
Nicole from Electronics was AMAZING walked me thru and step by step helped me with tech and activate my walmart bought phone... Fire her immediately she's excellent
They revamped the place and are still in the process of getting it done. A lot of shelves are emptied. You don't see a lot of employees like you used to. If you look at the big picture, Walmart has the best prices around. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
If Walmart is going to get rid of self checkout or have a 15 item limit It would be a good idea to have a bagger as well otherwise I'll hold up a line until the cashier bags all my stuff. SO either let me self checkout all the items im purchasing by myself or if I'm forced into a line I will watch the cashier scan everything and then bag everything since it is their job they signed up to do
They never have any good clearance. All the other Walmarts do - after their remodel not only did they up the price at least a $1 on EVERYTHING, they don't mark down much of anything. Like, we didn't ask for the remodel but we're paying for it.
I had forgotten my tumbler at a register on Saturday 11/29/2025… went back to find it Monday Dec 1 2025 around 11am, this customer service lady knew what I was looking for and looked and looked until she found it! I didn’t get her name but hope she gets recognition. I felt heard, understood and like I mattered
Hate the wait to get products in health & makeup unlocked! Absolutely horrible! Find a new way, like a scanner you have to walk through for unpaid products...
Four stars because whenever I need something this location usually has it. Knocked off a star for the remodel. No other Walmart I've ever been to has had a layout like this new remodel and it's very confusing. I really hate it and I wish that the management would just go back to how it was. I was in the store for 30 minutes last time looking for simply paper towels. That's not normal at any other Walmart.
I got for basics..but no poultry. That entire meat area is disgusting, dirty dried up blood. They place new items on top of dirty area. I picked chicken breast and it was beyond expired, smelled horrible and dripped on my hand and no hand sanitizer around ...
I’m only given Walmart three stars because everything there is locked up and it’s absolutely ridiculous if you want cosmetics, you have to find somebody which is not easy to open up the case so you can get your cosmetic. it’s all roped in and you can’t leave until you pay for them. Then you do other shopping and then you have to wait in line and pay for that again.
Although the new remodel does look nice inside it. Seems that Walmart no longer supports oversized people. I walked through the store for about 30 minutes. Looking for plus size clothing and found absolutely nothing. Almost every piece of clothing is for either a child or very slim people. I even asked 3 employees where the plus size clothes were and they looked at me confused as if I asked them where the holy grail was.
All the self checkouts and quickscans are gone. Stop in to buy something for lunch and I have to stand in line for 20 minutes to checkout behind fully loaded grocery carts for a single sandwich and a drink.
Always has what I need, even during a big re-arrange/ re-model... keeps looking better and better every time I go. They are changing the vibe. Looks like a Target or even an Old Navy setup with the sections of clothes. Also, found a little secret, ehen the store is busy and the Garden area is open to get things like Christmas decorations, I was the only one in check out.
0 stars at this point lol! Also If you need anything don’t go to this employee she can’t stand her job rude as hell, talk about customer service straight trash.
Had to hunt someone down to unlock items in the hygiene section. Such a horrible shopping experience and whoever thought it was a good idea to lock everything up clearly does not care about customer shopping experience. Plus price hikes like crazy for generic brands!
I tried to exchange a coffee creamer that tasted weird. I grabbed the wrong receipt on accident. They didn't have another one to do the even exchange. So He, (marc) sent me home with the bad creamer. Went to another Walmart hoping for the even exchange, only to be told they could find the purchase thru my debit/credit card. She found it right away! Horrible service!
Unfortunately this is the closest Walmart to where I live. It's always really packed and the people that come here are usually super rude. They also have low stock of items because of the high volume of traffic. Their bathrooms are gross and dirty as well. The only upside to this location is the staff at the registers, they are nice but the staff in the beauty department couldn't even speak English so I had a difficult time understanding them. Also, any item you get in this department or in the pharmacy area needs to be put in a plastic box and sealed before you can purchase them. I try and avoid this store as much as I can.
Should be zero stars nobody shows up to unlock your items after 5 minutes I'm just leaving. I don't recommend coming here for hygiene products. Even when you have cash in hand you get no service to unlock the merchandise.
Spoke with Sarah about not having enough medicine! She said they were going off of an old prescription. I was really mad because she didn't understand!! This happened already a few times! Someone needs to get there computers updated!!! Also bad remodeling of where the pads are!! There is no opening, it's all blocked until you get by the cashier, and then there's no room except one to get what you need! I loved coming to this Walmart, but no more
Don't come here, every personal care item is locked up and they take five years to get anything. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I understand makeup being locked up(still hate it) but stuff deodorant is ridiculous.
Purchase a brand new battery online and went to curbside to pick it up and they gave me an OLD USED battery I had to go in and fight with customer service for them to fix it and give me a NEW battery. They did fix the error but regular employees refused to help and manager had to step up and apologize This was a crappy experience and fortunately for me I at least know what a new battery looks vs an old or returned battery...
Don't even bother with the pick up or delivery from this store. This is the quality I get from them. I've ordered three times from them and products are either expired or damaged. Might as well not send it at all. And heaven forbid you try to call the store. If just rings and rings. Honestly every store around does 100% better job at every aspect of being a walmart.
