Asked to keep my hanger and was told no its walmart property, they only sell the hoodie by itself Lady was rude before that anyways went from a smile with the previous customer to RBF when it was my turn at the register Also why’s everything locked up? This is Thornton not Aurora… we should be able to access the items on the shelf’s

Not only is this the dirtiest walmart around, the customer service is horrible when trying to even do things as simple as returns!

Unfortunately this is the closest Walmart to where I live. It's always really packed and the people that come here are usually super rude. They also have low stock of items because of the high volume of traffic. Their bathrooms are gross and dirty as well. The only upside to this location is the staff at the registers, they are nice but the staff in the beauty department couldn't even speak English so I had a difficult time understanding them. Also, any item you get in this department or in the pharmacy area needs to be put in a plastic box and sealed before you can purchase them. I try and avoid this store as much as I can.

Placed an order yesterday in Georgia to get picked up in Colorado,they allow me to place my order,pay for it and minutes before my sister pick the items up I was notified that the order was missing 4 items because out of stock,so my sister end up with2 items,when she got there to pick the items they gave her ONE item! I paid for 11 items and she picked ONE item, horrible service,just horrible!

Should be zero stars nobody shows up to unlock your items after 5 minutes I'm just leaving. I don't recommend coming here for hygiene products. Even when you have cash in hand you get no service to unlock the merchandise.

No matter what I order online they consistently can only produce roughly 20% of the order. If its a casual order go ahead and try but if you actually need it they will let you down every single time. Todays online order 5 items, of which only one could be fulfilled. Thats with 2 items having a chosen substitute as well. If I were in charge of this online experience I wouldn't tell a soul because that performance is so abismal Id be embarrassed.

Spoke with Sarah about not having enough medicine! She said they were going off of an old prescription. I was really mad because she didn't understand!! This happened already a few times! Someone needs to get there computers updated!!! Also bad remodeling of where the pads are!! There is no opening, it's all blocked until you get by the cashier, and then there's no room except one to get what you need! I loved coming to this Walmart, but no more

Don't come here, every personal care item is locked up and they take five years to get anything. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I understand makeup being locked up(still hate it) but stuff deodorant is ridiculous.

Purchase a brand new battery online and went to curbside to pick it up and they gave me an OLD USED battery I had to go in and fight with customer service for them to fix it and give me a NEW battery. They did fix the error but regular employees refused to help and manager had to step up and apologize This was a crappy experience and fortunately for me I at least know what a new battery looks vs an old or returned battery...

I feel like everytime i’ve gone to this walmart i leave irritated. everything ranging from makeup to shampoo to underwear is locked up. and when you call for an employee they seem irritated that you need something and they usually take forever to come. no matter if you go at 7am or 9pm it is a complete madhouse with absolutely no regulation from the workers. i understand a lot of theft happens at that walmart. but i think they’re trained to treat every customer that is under the age of 30 or a POC that they’re a thief and in turn you get rude workers who watch your every move. i’d rather drive an extra 10 minuets to target on 120th then go to this place.

I went to the store today and let me tell you I was very disappointed. I understand you guys got to switch up the stores and move everything And everything but when there’s only one guy to unlock anything It’s very unacceptable. Don’t need to be more workers to be able to unlock the things for us customers I just hope it does better

I regularly place online orders for my business to be delivered, usually without issue. It said that they attempted to deliver today and failed (they didn’t and the order said leave at the door anyways) and now they’re telling me i have to wait until 10pm to cancel. I need these items today and no one (especially not the support phone number) is helping. I’d go pick them up but i can’t get a hold of anyone to do so.

I usually only come here to pay rent, which is frustrating enough since there’s usually only one cashier, and communication is difficult as they barely speak English — plus the line is always long. I decided to give the bakery a try and order a cake, but the staff just kept glaring at me while continuing their conversation. After standing there for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment, I walked out. Poor service and zero professionalism

This store is always expectedly dirty and has a lack of employees who are willing to help, also known as doing their job, and prices aren't as competitive as in the past. But I was quick in and out and had what i needed. Speaking of quick in and out, we as consumers should all get a 3% discount when we use self checkout. Since there's no cashier wages to be paid, there should be a price reflection.

After I PAID FOR ALL MY STUFF as i was walking out the doors Loss prevention approached me and asked if i was banned (i am not) and since i did not have my ID on me told me he is pretty sure i was not allowed in the store and if i come back he will call the cops. I have never stolen anything from Walmart and most def am not banned. I replied that will be fine call the cops but when u realize ur mistaking me for someone else I expect a apology for coming at me like i am a thief... The loss prevention needs to stop treating everyone as if they are a theif

This location has fallen apart over the past few months, making it worth the extra 20 mins to drive elsewhere. Between closing their self checkout systems, locking down their products, and continuing to understaff, what used to be a 20 minute trip has now turned in to at least an hour. It is insane to me to see items such as deodorant locked behind a door. I'd rather go somewhere where I can choose my own products without waiting on an employee to hold my hand while I shop. Corporate greed at its finest!

I returned a "Bestway" mattress that was never opened. It is difficult to take back when you open one. Realizing that it does not air up and stay inflated is awful. Bestway knows there is a "factory" defect in the mattresses. Especially the Bestway "twin" size mattress. My rating of this particular purchase. It was "0." No good.

So this was by far the worst store experience I’ve ever seen. First of all, I was calling for help at the fabric….i waited for 20 minutes and pressed the customer button at least 10 times. I got fed up, and on my way to the door, there was an employee just staring at us walking towards the door, and as soon as we get up to her, she tells us “this door is closed go to the other one” like if she couldn’t have told us that way earlier……then on our way out, I think we saw poop smeared…..on the floor….worst store ever. If I could give it a zero I would.

Online item selection is OK; the pickup 'service' is dicey ...depends on whether the employee is: having a good day likes the job wants to work for the particular customer Don't purchase food online, especially fruits and vegetables. Bananas battered and thrown in the bottom of the bag. Obvious effort to do this deliberately. IF engaged verbally, the Server gave the "right answers" e.g., "You are welcome." "No problem" "Come again" did not happen... I sensed a lot of resentment ...I couldn't take it personally.

Live literally two blocks from here. Went to get new underwear, and eye drops. Everything is locked up. Had to wait for somebody to show up and unlock the cabinet for eye drops, then he put it in another lock box so I could take it to the register. I just walked back up to him and handed it back and told him he could keep it. I’ll just order it in Amazon. You have people running out the front door with cartloads of stuff and stand back and watch them walk out the door. I’ll take my business elsewhere! I hope they close this store down!

Location was actually clean and organized compared to other stores I have been in. Some of the products are locked up which require an associate to help you but was pleasantly surprised how quickly the gentleman came!! Usually when I see products I need assistance unlocking I end up ordering them online instead due to previous treatment by employees or employee being unable to unlock the product since they did not have an actual key they used an app on a cell phone. No such issues at this location!

There are only 5 people that are customer friendly. Very few cashiers don't know what customer service is. Their rude and don't do their job. If not for the prices, Walmart would be the last place I would shop.

This store embarrassed the heck out of me yesterday as I was leaving they had security and the woman at the door stop me like I was stealing and literally went through my whole receipt 1 item at a time for a good 20 mins!!!! I was so pissed and when the guy was done checking every item. I said now you can apologize and he literally just looked at me and then didn’t even give me my receipt back!!! I spend a lot of money at this Walmart. I will not be going back!!

Worst employees on earth! I was looking for liquid plumber which I know they have there. I asked 3 employees and not a single one could make the effort to look on the phone that they were already stating at. Customers are not asking employees to guess where something is when asking for help. I also had to exchange a car battery from here and out of the 4 employees huddled around the computer NOT ONE was trained or even knew what was going on. It’s really pathetic and sad when a grown adult can’t even efficiently work at a Walmart.

Employees have issues with customer service. Took forever to get something out of a locked cabinet in two separate departments, cashiers are rude and pushy when it comes to closing, and all of them seem to have a chip on their shoulder like its employees versus customers. I left my buggy to use the restroom and when I came back it was gone and no one knew what happened to it. 45 minutes of shopping I had to redo it all over again. So many bad experiences in a row I'm using to go to a Walmart that's further away for better customer service.

This Walmart has very poor customer service. Stood for 15 minutes, waiting for someone to come and unlock something that I wanted to purchase after asking an employee and a person at the cashiers to help. 10 people standing in the self checkout, just staring at you, but nobody can unlock anything. Finally, a nice employee in the produce section went and got somebody to help us. However, I was over it and will not shop here anymore.

Don't even bother with the pick up or delivery from this store. This is the quality I get from them. I've ordered three times from them and products are either expired or damaged. Might as well not send it at all. And heaven forbid you try to call the store. If just rings and rings. Honestly every store around does 100% better job at every aspect of being a walmart.
