I only stop here occasionally never shop because it's always a drama scene , I have never taken anything from a store in my life yet treated as if I'm stealing when I walk in there , so for the most part I stop at Starbucks maybe use the restroom but today the Starbucks was "closed " she said register wasn't working yet she walked in right after opening so I'm assuming she wasn't prepared

That stores employees are over the top when it comes to their customers. Very helpful

I grew up with King Soopers. The store clerks are very nice. All of the King Soopers stores that I have shopped at are clean.

Just like any other store. They never have carts inside. So then you have to walk back out again to get one. The floors were dirty. Customer service had a line. While she was on her cell phone not helping anyone.

Clean store, helpful staff. Nicely stocked shelves. One of the best King Soopers in the Denver Metro area!

I had a cashier named Seema, she actually made my entire day. I thought she was a fantastic!

Great store I just can't afford groceries very often. I have only been in this store about 5 times in the 2.5 years we've lived here. Times are hard, I wish I could afford groceries weekly.

The store is very organized and clean. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Selma cant count =( . she shorted us about 90cents, i don't care about the money. I am only here cause her snarky and nasty attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. If you care about your change being correct, keep your eye on the short ethnic lady with glasses.

Lady at customer service is rude. Makes up the rules as they go. Cashiers anre rude also. If you don't like your job quit! And since I use my pin number to use my debit card for a money order there shouldn't be an issue if I need to break it into 2 cards. They just want the extra fees from doing multiple money orders. So if you're looking for customer service or people with good attitudes shop else where because you won't get that here.

It's my go to grocery store. Walmart and Safeway are both closer but I prefer King Soop's.

We’ve been coming to this location for 6 years to shop and unfortunately my dad became very ill & with his new disability he can’t walk around and shop anymore so we place pick up orders every week for him. The last 3 times we’ve gone has just been awful. Once I waited 45 min, then I waited 30 the next time and today the guy that helped my father quite literally threw all of his items in his trunk. His bread was smushed, 2 bags of chips got popped open and all of our tostadas for dinner are broken & I have to go buy new ones. Might be time to move to Walmart or pay a little extra at Safeway instead.

Out of half the things I needed, including bags of yellow onions, frozen lemonade and jars of sweet peppers. Also if you are out of a sale item (Tuscan cantaloupe) don't just put out regular cantaloupe in that spot and charge people a higher price, because I am willing to bet that most people do not know the difference between the two.

3 is hard to accomplish but we understand. Sometimes it can be a distraction when the Ceos are killing it on income. Good luck finding help sometimes. Seems kinda sad looking at peoples faces there . I usually can find what I need .

I just used the self checkout to get $55 in cash back. When I got to the bank to deposit the money, I noticed I only had 3 fives. Less than 15 minutes passed and I went back. I was told that without my receipt I couldn't do anything about it and it was "too busy" for them to try and find the receipt. So because it was "too busy," they stole $40 from me. Absolutely awful behavior. I will never shop at this location again.

Greedy corporation that abuses their customers by gouging prices and employees by cutting their benefits. 2 strikes in a not even 6 month period. Digital coupons that are misleading, "expired" with no posted expiration in stores and won't honor because their management gets mad at their employees for trying to make things right. Don't shop here!!!

So I don't think I've ever felt so disrespected. I'm a single father of three daughters working two jobs to try and support my family and my EBT card is kind of worse for the wear and wasn't scanning, and SEEMA, the woman working self checkout, decided to make a snide and rude comment calling me lazy when I asked her to type in my card number so that I can make my purchase because it wasn't scanning.... I then went on to explain to her that I'm working two jobs and haven't had a chance to get to the food stamp office and again she said "No, you're just lazy, That's all there is to it..."! So not only once but twice I was called lazy by a check out worker because my card was not scanning... I spend almost $1,000 a month at King Soopers but this interaction was totally uncalled for and I think that I Will probably be giving my business to Mr Walton in the future... Totally disrespectful totally uncalled for and totally off putting. If you have an EBT card I advise not shopping at this store because if it doesn't scan they're going to disrespect you and be little you

Tyler at self check out was awesome! I'm at the store often and he's friendly and helpful. My earring fell out while I was at the store and he crawled under the stand to retrieve it for me. I felt he went above and beyond.

It's where u get quality food for prices that are ok. I love the deals and the products. I will never shop at safe way they are pigs. King Soopers is the grocery store for me

The best I can describe it would be to say the employees give off bad vibes. I come into the store after working night shift. I move trailers for Coors so I don't dress snazzy. The real funny part is I get watched, catch them looking their nose down at me and yet, make double their wages. It happens at Walmart too. Really these stores are criminal. King Sooper's didn't get the memo on egg prices going down or that there will be a punishment for selling a poison Covid jab from the current administration. Probably didn't hear about the lady responsible for killing millions of birds was arrested . Just a little side vent. The employees were blocking the isles, rude, and caused walking hazards. It's especially nice to have to be stared at bagging my own groceries when no cashier is provided. What a joy! Oh and 2nd visit today. Rode my bike to get a few groceries and to go to Harbor frt nearby, had my backpack on to carry groceries. Heard them call out a code green. Translation possible thief in the produce section. I hate KS. The one on I70 near Golden gas cameras with screens at the end of each isle. The one in Aurora on Hampden has a security guard that looks his nose down at you for wearing work cloths.

Must be nice to feel so secure in your job that you can lean on an open self checkout register and chat with a coworker and when a customer politely asks if you could step aside so they can use that register. you are still comfortable enough to bad mouth her to the coworker. Then you yell across the lobby for a different coworker (along with other staff) Wow—-must be nice feeling that job security so you don’t even have to try to be courteous, polite or even remotely professional

Compared to this King Soopers in commerce City. Do the King Soopers in northglenn. It is like night and day. I can never find anything I need in commerce City. But when I go to northglenn King Soopers I find everything. It's worth the drive for me. The extra 9 mi to get what I want. King Soopers in commerce City only caters to the Mexican population. The only thing I buy there now is my pop and my prescriptions!

King Shoopers has always been me & my father's go-to place since his arrival in Colorado. I can remember my first experience back in 1998. The smell of fresh food from the deli section was always hot and delicious. The customer service was spot on, including the friendly services from the folks that work in the isles that were always ready to assist you in finding that 1 specific item for your dinner or for someone in your family Now first lets give everyone some trivia about the first King Soopers so King Soopers is an American supermarket chain located in the Rocky Mountains of the United States. It started as its own brand and is now a subsidiary of Kroger. It is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. King Soopers has a significant presence in the state of Colorado on the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains. The stores are located along the Front Range from Cheyenne, Wyoming, to Pueblo, Colorado. There are also a few locations in the foothills west of Denver and Colorado Springs. The name "King Soopers" was derived from Lloyd's family name and an alternate spelling of the word "super!" From the Archie comics series (My Son Loves Archie Comics Too ) that one of his two sons, Larry, read. Within the next five years, King Soopers became the first grocery store in the country to open an in-store pharmacy and one of the earliest to have a meat department. Now, the stores are a shell of themselves. I couldn't find exact food items & no one was available to help, and then when I did find someone, they didn't have any idea about Miso Soup Paste. The security services were at the front of the store which was fine but there was a guy doing drugs in the parking lot and they should have asked the guy to leave or arrest them like good god please don't smoke in the parking lot. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star is because Tyler and Richard were so welcoming and were able to carry such an indept conversation about my hair and rogain im not losing my hair but tyler is and in just a few years he will have a full head of hair in time like this i can promise you. Lets talk about for a second Tyler works the customer checkout counter in westminster is really helpful and said how cool my hair looked also Richard deserves a rise in pay for asking me if I need paper or plastic 5 people back like I have always bought groceries, at King shoopers but i've never had any bagger. Contact me five people back and ask, "Hey bro, do you need paper or plastic, so the next time you're looking to buy your groceries, make sure it's at your local King Shoopers were the Customer is always (Next time I'll add photos. Just make sure to tell Tyler and Richard that the guy from Washington State with the Jew Hair said hello)

Waited in line at service desk for 25+ minutes because whoever is running front end put someone behind the desk with out knowing how to do the job proficiently.. front end supervisor didn't seem to care. Just looked at the line and walked away

Beyond upset by my experience today!! I had 2 disabled adults with me getting groceries that I am trying to teach to budget and checkout theor groceries. We waited in line for the self check for a few minutes no problem at all. We got up to the register where I gave each person their money and we started to put the first girls items on the counter for her to scan. All of the sudden a woman came and started telling us we had to get out of her self check out line because of too many items. I tried to explain that there were 3 different orders and each had less then 10 items but she just walked away and said go now while pointing at the registers. She was very aggressive and rude and there was no sign saying under 10 items but that is what she kept saying 10 or less 10 or less. I asked to speak to a manger and she said fine rudley and went back to her duties. After a few minutes of me standing there waiting with her staring at me she finally went and got a manger. He said I'm sorry and told me to cone on up to the self check out that had no line at this po8nt at all and allowed us to check out. I am so disappointed this same woman is always so rude and aggressive for no reason at all!!

Don't shop here. They refused to accept my virtual gift card because it didn't have a pin, yet Petsmart down the street had no problems. Thanks for letting my family starve King Soopers.

I shop here mostly, and they usually always meet my needs. They aren't perfect, but that's why we have options. I noticed the magazines all look different these days; so much smaller than in years gone by.

I understand and support the workers picketing but to be harassing customers is uncalled for. As I pulled into the parking lot the workers outside were trying too stop customers from entering. I decided to go into the store and the gentleman who handed me a paper was very polite. However the ladies were very rude and obnoxious. They would walk in front of me walking backwards to tell me to go somewhere else. As I was coming out of the store two ladies were yelling at me and I could hear them all the way to my car. They are still part of King Soopers and act professional and not act the way they did. Stop harassing people just because you choose to work there.

750 E104th av store.....the filthiest store I have ever been in ..rotting produce on the shelf at 530 pm.. no excuse for the condition of this store over all. water spills in isles and took 10 min for them to get cleaned up. Customers tracking it thru the store /causing slip hazards . look at the picture with the cauliflower , the dead material stuck in the grill has been there for days.....there is moldy chunks of produce dried out above the item they are trying to sell as fresh corn.... the grill area is supposed to be Black porcelain.... That took months to get that way...... this store looks NOTHING like its google photos it posted about its self.... The price tag bars are falling off all over the store off shelves, especially in the dairy coolers angled case by the cheese. the store has a odor of dead decaying meat near the meat department.. And a Store Manager that has the attitude (Chelsea ?) that "we cant find people to work, do you know anyone?".....avoiding the fact the store is a complete mess , and making excuses. There is NO EXCUSE to run a store into the ground as this location has been.... I would AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST... shop anyplace but here.........they need to FIRE the store manager and the produce manager , and find employees that are like the people that have the pride of customer service and cleanliness of the other stores that represent King Soopers Brand .. this store fails with a F- and should get NEG 5 stars.. Those conditions took months of neglect in the Produce Dept to get to that condition .... There is NO pride in this store , that is shown in the other Stores of King Soopers . Drive to any other King Soopers but this store , This location is deplorable . Internet in this store is also a bad joke. there is no connectivity in many places in the store that is accentual for any online shoppers or shopping services, or people trying to face time with someone to show them items to see if that is the item they want... Excuses are like rear ends.. everyone has at least 1..... clean this store up or close it.... remember the expression "From Farm to store?" well this store is still the fields and farm, there is enough dirt in it to grow plants...There are other reviews about the produce dept that are just as bad as this one, from WEEKS ago..... months ago......When will King Soopers wake up and clean house, of both the old managers ( store and produce) and clean the the store its self as well?..The only one helpful was a Assistant manager (a older gentleman with Veteran on his name tag)....he gave no excuses and apologized for the conditions and said they would be working to fix issues . Now he gave the correct answer, not " do you know anyone that wants to go to work ? "
