I'm very disappointed cuz I believed in the company of Safeway but their true colors show, I made it into the store. Talked to somebody at customer service and they don't have an open and running customer service until they're done with deliveries. Ironic! A storethat doesn't have an up and running customer services for their customers. Saying A lot about Safeway
Terrible customer service. No one at floral counter, but there is a sign stating if no one is there, go to customer service. I did that, and customer service was closed in the middle of the day on a Wednesday. I went back and forth between floral and customer service 3 times, all the while looking for a person to help me. While several employees looked at me, none asked if I needed help when it was clear that I did. I will never shop at this store. They made me feel like I didn't matter.

Ordered a cake from the bakery for my daughter’s 17 surprise birthday party. It turned out absolutely beautiful. The cake decorator (I should have found out her name) had never done this more intricate two-tier design before but she did a stellar job. The cake was also delicious. It was an admired piece of the party. Thank you!
Placed a pickup order that was given a time of 8-8:15 for pickup but after waiting about 20 minutes I went inside to see why no one came out with my items and was told they don't go out after 8. The pickup spots are VERY far from the doors to the store and only one door was open after 8. The staff was nice but also seemed to be very busy so by coming in I threw them off their other tasks. I was asked if i brought in my bags but I didn't bring in my bags as I didn't plan to go in or have to get my items from the storage room and put them into a cart (that didn't roll well and kept locking). I then had to "wheel" (more like drag) that stupid cart all the way out to the pick up spot I was still parked in, bag my groceries and drag the cart back to a cart return since none were put out that far. Almost all of my produce was old, starting to mold and had to be thrown out the next day but nothing was missing and I saved a nice amount using a coupon for pickup only. Not sure I will ever pickup again and the store overall could use some vast improvements with staffing, attitudes, facilities, security and selection. I go to this store mostly out of convenience when I need something on the fly, its not my main shopping store or first pick
Went to this location 3 times bought 2 Flatiron steaks and $20 worth of shrimp mind you thats roughly $60 and all the meat was disgusting. Upon opening the meat I was meet with a smell so awful I nearly threw up. This happening even once is not OK let alone 3 separate times! My family would be safer eating road kill. Beware safeway meat has proven to be bad while still at the store,shop elsewhere to keep your family safe.
I like this Safeway. Customer service is pretty good. The staff that brings out pick up orders are always so friendly and smiling! I wish I could remember one their names.. but I had ordered cupcakes online for a work celebration, and one of the batches had Happy Birthday toppers... it wasn't for a birthday... so she ran back in to find some that were plain and brought them back out! She really went above and beyond! They all really deserve some recognition!
I was generous in giving this establishment 3 stars. I grabbed 2 items, went to the register. And as usual, there was a very long line. So I walked back, put my items away and left.
Please whatever it is with safeway and there weird prices but please stop and by the way your bathroom are always dirty. All the safeways stores that i jave been in have been dirty and digusting. Please clean the urine off you guys store . Its disgusting period. Thanks
Wow I was surprised when I went to walk in to do some shopping. I needed to use the restroom and was greeted by what looked like a stall used to shoot up. Gross but then again I never been to this town not impressed
First time I asked the employee at customer service how to sign up for a store card. I was told I can't do it here and to call a phone number. Which i didn't have to do. 2nd time in store asked same employee how to get digital coupons, the website is a mess trying to find them. She told me she doesn't know. How is this person working customer service? Just go somewhere else to shop
The smell of sewer/rotten eggs hits you right in the face as soon as you as you walk in. The good produce guy doesn’t work here anymore. The short stumpy manager is always walking around yelling at employees. Check the expiration dates on everything you buy! Also be prepared for them to have some sort of altercation with one of the local unhoused people.
The pharmacy is great though!

Always a hassle to get price guarantees on signage in the store when it rings up incorrectly at the register. The management team will gaslight you that you’re “confused” on the deal, when there’s only one way for the sale to be interpreted and it rang up correctly every other time in the past with verifiable proof through previous shopping trips with receipts. Not a coupon, a recurring promotion that never goes away.
Store has the rudest manager, not only to the employee but the customers as well!! I came in at 8am 5/7/25, went to self check out. There was an issue with a price, I asked a younger lady, mid-twenty's with orangish hair and glasses who was working the self checkout counter. She didn't know how to process the error, so she calls in the manager who was an older black lady. She comes from her office, aggressively takes out my stuff from my bag, does not acknowledge me. After trying to engage with her and apologize for the inconvenience, proceeds to give me attitude and walks away. Even the younger lady who was working with me, said, "was it just me or was that really aggressive of how she handled things?" I told her "no it was and i'm sorry you have to deal with that on the daily".... the worker even told me that's how the manager is like. I feel sorry for your employees who have to deal with that kind of manager.
The store is not very clean. The produce is horrible to choose from. There was a produce worker that took pride in his work and worked very hard for the customer. I have not seen him in a while so maybe he moved on to better things. It's not very fresh since he's been gone. I noticed the grapes and was in awe that they would put them on the shelf to sell. None of the apples were very appetizing.The deli is pretty good. I found a couple canned goods that had expired. There is a manager that just walkes around and does not develop a relationship with the customer. He is not friendly and if the lines are backed up he is no where visible. The customer service desk rarely has anyone working it. They have to page someone and the lady I've seen is in an office and comes out like your bothering her. They have a elderly lady there that is great. She's always there at the desk and is kind and helpful. I found out they cut her hours. The dark haired lady should be cut. I moved here 14 years ago and this store has gone down hill. So sad. People just don't have good work ethic or take pride in what they do or have anymore. Walmart online has been my go to. It would be nice if it had an overhaul for the better. It is such a convenient location.
As I was leaving, I stopped by the water fountain and found a razor blade just sitting out on top of it. I grabbed it with my hoodie sleeve and brought it to the nearest associate, who said "I'm gonna go ask my supervisor" to me as I approached. I'm not sure what he thought I was going to ask, looked like he was just rushing to get away from the counter. I showed him the blade and asked what he'd like me to do with it and then he just grabbed it, with his bare hands. I didn't stick around to see what he did with it, but I just think it's strange to be so blasé about a razor blade chilling out on the drinking fountains, where any of the dozens of small children in the store looking to get a drink could have picked it up. I also think that it has to be some kind of health and safety concern for a paid employee to grab it with his bare hands? We don't know where it came from or anything, what if he'd sliced himself on accident and gotten an infection or something? Idk I just feel like gloves should have been involved.
This is our main grocery store and we usually end up here a few times per week. It has a good selection for almost everything. Decent produce most of the time. The only issue is we often end up buying items that are expired, but we only realize it when we’re unloading at home. Maybe that’s on us to be more diligent when shopping but I should hope they'd take stocking and inventory checks a little more seriously. Some items we bought recently had expired in 2023 and it's 2025..
The store was clean and well stocked, but it appears they don't care much for their customers in the sense that the neglect theor cart collecting. My wife requires the need to use an electric buggy. One was out on the walkway dead, the one inside was dead also.
I had to go fishing for a cart in the parking lot.
Little effort goes a long way here.
Safeway is not my usual stop. But this location had me at hello! It's absolutely beautiful as I entered the doors. The set-up is alluring as it is remarkable in appearance. I stopped in to buy Hero bread.....this is the one I'll remember for groceries.
I have health issues, so sometimes I'm not up to walking through the store. I was missing a bag from my pick up order, and the app was not working to report an issue with my order, so I called to see what I should do. The girl who answered the phone was super nice, she put me on hold and found the bag. I was able to come back and they ran it out to me. There was no hassle at all. I really appreciate how easy they made it.
Whoever was supposed to be running customer service this Saturday morning seriously dropped the ball. The showcase was a disaster—completely unorganized, leaving us guessing on prices. We stood at the customer service desk for over 10 minutes with zero assistance, while multiple employees, including those at self-checkout and even Starbucks, saw us waiting and did absolutely nothing. This place clearly needs more staff or better management because it’s 2024, and this level of service is unacceptable.
I shopped this store for many years and like how clean it is. I want to recognize an employee who worked in the bakery on August 25th about 630 pm. The young man was so friendly and helpful in helping my husband and me buy a cake. Awesome service with a smile c
Affordable and fun place to shop. Nicely remodelled recently. I like there fried chicken and Cole slaw. I also buy ground beef there often. The crew there are very polite. Knew some since it was Albertson's. I buy produce there too. Seems fresher than soopers. Bread could be cheaper. Always clean and nice. And they have a Starbucks in front. Love the service deli and the butcher block.
