Well i I will never use advance auto parts again. I have been a long time customer, however today I checked to see if they would do a price match against an on line store. I was told by 2 different store they.will not. I even went to customer service and was told only if they have a store front. No where in thier policy does it state that, this is from thier website
"Online Competitor Price Matches: Advance Auto Parts will match the price of the same products (product must be available same day) on most competitor websites, as provided in this Guarantee. If Advance Auto Parts matches an online competitor’s price, the customer’s price must include the shipping charges in the price of the product." Oh well advance just lost a long time customer
I just want to say Marc was proficient and helped me right away didn’t hesitate to see if I needed to buy a battery before spending money he double check to be sure once it was confirmed I needed a battery he installed it for retested it to make sure everything was good all in all definitely great service! Definitely 5 stars!
Marc completely turned my battery warranty expierence around after dealing with multiple other locations and employees turning me away. He handeled the problem with solid customer service and on his feet problem solving.

Went in to get a battery recharge and the African American employee was super unhelpful and just seemed like he didn’t want to work. I needed a battery replacement and he said he couldn’t install even though the website says they do free installation. Couldn’t even test my battery correctly
Great experience, definitely recommend! I had been to 2 different auto stores looking for a starter motor. I had the core on me but no one offered to test it until this store. Yahir offered to test our starter before purchasing and turns out it works. When I asked what else it could be, along came Alan and gave me a great solution. Just saved myself $275, and I am very thankful for them doing their job.
This place is a damn joke they have no help on the mornings and the one guy I asked was a truck driver delivers parts and was keeping an eye on the front while the employees were in the back doing who knows what.
I went in to get a battery and fully expected I’d have to install it myself in the middle of a work day in work clothes. However, Marc helped me with my purchase and then installed it for me right in the parking lot! Incredible service and very polite too.
This location has sold multiple defective remanufactured parts. Customers have had to come back repeatedly because they do not test their remanufactured parts before selling them, and if a customer would like a brand new part, they will have to wait for it to be ordered. This company may want to start testing their merchandise.
Great customer service and the prices are totally reasonable. I decided that Advanced Auto Parts is the only store I wanted to patronize for all of my automotive needs a long time ago
I had such a great experience at Advanced Auto Parts recently! I came in needing a brand new battery for my car, and Marc, the general manager, went above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything I needed for the battery replacement. Cross reference their part numbers with OEM\Aftermarket compatible part numbers. This store AND the site will match parts to your VIN number that are partially if not not completely incompatible and then blame you for their database matching a none matching part to your vehicle, leading to a refusal of return. Way to keep me from coming to any of their store EVER again. ALWAY BUY OEM FOLKS
Marc and his crew at this location are the best! They were the 3rd store I went to, they were the only ones that could/would replace my car's battery right away! I m willing to drive a bit further and will be returning to this store from now! Thank you Marc and crew!!!
There is their employees seem pretty knowledgeable and what I needed I would have to say it's a pretty good place to go to but I am really enjoy AutoZone but I had a bad experience with them and they piss me off that's why I've been going to advance Auto parts
This company has lost my business i will not shop here again. I needed a water pump for my vehicle and I talked to a woman at 84th and Huron which this location is going out of business. The woman at this location accidently looked my vehicle up wrong. I called the 104th store the man was rude and short with me. This business said that they would not price match a store going out of business well if that's the case then this whole business should go out of business if there is one store in the state that you live in then they should price match that store for at least 25-50 miles away. most of the time the people that work at these stores don't know what they are doing and they are rude to the customers When i need a part for my vehicle I will not shop at any advance auto parts ever again. This review does not even deserve even 1 star I will be telling everyone I know not to shop at this business
I just now came from there and it was a fabulous experience. Melisa and Tyler were both so helpful. Tyler is a rockstar. He changed my cabin air filter for me. I am deaf, I know nothing about fixing cars and it can be a challenge to work with me, but they were so patient and so professional!!!! if I could give them more stars, I would.
The people at this store are great! I recently had an interaction with Connor! He was very polite and went above and beyond to help me! He was able to help ease stress I would have experienced right before the holidays!! Thank you Connor- this guy deserves a raise!!
Always by my parts at advance Auto I've always been a member ever since I could fix a car or trucks I just never get any coupons in the mail I still need to get some rotors and break pads
Unfortunately didn't make a purchase at this store. The manager Mark directed me to make the purchase online instead of helping me in his store to earn my business. No customer service He's supposed to be the manager. He could've done an override. Other retailers have provided this kind of service in store. I'll drive the few extra miles to any other advance
Went in to do a starter warranty exchange. I was helped by Marc. Marc went above and beyond in helping me. He called another store for my receipt (I didn’t have mine). He was kind, listened, and extremely helpful. Will be coming back again. Marc is awesome!
I buy a LOT of Auto Parts and get them from the 4 main stores. Aa, Az, Np, and O'r. The one I visit and get the most from is Advance on 104th. They have what I need, when I need it. If by chance they're out, Marc finds them, and has a receipt in my hand so the order's ready when I arrive!
Last week he was giving me my order and I digress into a sob story about a month long hunt to locate wheel bearings and races for a 97 F250 HD 4x4 Extended. No sooner did the last word leave my lips, Marc spins the screen and asks they look somethin like this? Yep trouble is it came with 4 different axels. Three or four questions and he located the right parts across three different stores. I walked out with receipts and picked them up on my journeys.
