It was a simple visit. My battery had died, but jumping it got the truck started. After a short drive on the highway, I stopped here and asked them to evaluate my batteries. Every thing checked out fine - I just need to travel some longer distances on occasion. I'm retired, and it's mostly short trips. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and was very helpful.

Welcoming as soon as I came on and asked if I needed anything. I was there to get items for my oil change and knew what I needed. Was in and out quickly.
Have realize most O'Reilly don't carry the exact oil filter i want. But was easily able to get another kind in the same brand
Absolute worst customer service!! I walked up to the counter and asked for help locating a couple bulbs. I was one of two customers on the store mind you with three employees standing behind the counter. The young man looked up what I needed, wrote it on a piece of paper and handed it to me. Told me isle four right side. I went over frustrated as I asked for help LOCATING the bulbs. I don't have a clue what I'm looking for. I tired to find the numbers but there are so many choices and I was frustrated so I walked out! I called and spoke to the manager on duty and was told they were busy. There were three of them and two customer's they were not busy!!!!!! I've never walked into any parts store and not been assisted from start to finish even if a store was busy. Y'all are just lazy and lack basic customer service!!!! I would recommend any where over these clowns!!!!!
I went to Auto Zone where I was treated as a customer! The Sales associate looked up what I needed then the sales associate WENT and located what I need and brought it back to the counter and asked if I needed anything else! That's standard customer service at a parts store that values their customers! Thank you Auto Zone for having standards!
The seller provided a set with a defective piece and refused to offer a return, refund, or replacement. Their response essentially implied a disregard for the issue and offered no resolution.
Bradly was incredibly rude. He acted as if it was putting him out to help me. He treated me like I was stupid. I might not know a lot about cars but customer service shouldn’t be like that. I recommend going somewhere else. If this is who is an “expert” he doesn’t want to help and he acts like he hates his job. Then when I asked to speak to the manger he refused. I have never felt so disrespected in my life!!!

Hi All, terrible day, my honey has cancer we live going to the hospital. My car wouldn't start. I went to our Cherrywood park OREILLY store, they tested my battery, cleaned it and seemed ok. Had to stop before going to the hospital. No, it was the battery. Nicole not only handled my melt down of panic but replaced my battery which was about to crash, yes, it was ready to pop. But made me not feel bad and was so so kind. Yes, it was under warranty. So this whole mess didn't cost me anything. Nicole and the manager are awesome. Thank you for your kindness.
After picking up my daughter from DIA in a snow storm my windshield wipers broke. Luckily O’Reilly Auto Parts wasn’t too far away. The two clerks were incredibly helpful. Not only did they help me find the right wipers they also installed them for me. I was surprised because it was dark, cold and snowing outside. We were able to get home safely and are so thankful for their kindness. If you are looking for a friendly knowledgeable team to help with your auto part needs look no further than the O’Reilly’s on north Colorado Boulevard. They really care!
7:50 I arrived here to pick up ATF fluid for my snow plow as it burst a line and I need to top it off to plow.
Both doors are locked, even though sign and website say the store closed at 9pm.

4th visit on my journey to find a rear wiper blade for my 2013 Kia Sportage and they had it. The other 3 places I visited either didn’t have it in stock or it didn’t actually fit. That was quite strange. The people got me in and out really quickly and with a quick installation of my wiper blade, I finished my trek to find the elusive rear wiper blade.
These guys are awesome! I first went to Autozone and they would not change my battery because I had some corrosion on one of the bolts holding the battery in place. I went to O'Reilly's, they had no issues, put in a new battery and sent me on my way. Thanks Guys!
Had good service. Although the wiper blades were placed from best to good the choices were all very good quality. They replaced my wiper blades after I purchased my choice. Very polite and helpful staff.
I came in for a simple replacement bulb and there were two employees that attended to me and ultimately resolved ally questions as well as provided me the proper bulb in their inventory.

I was suppose to go to another auto parts store to purchase 2nd parts due to lower pricing, but they matched the competitors price. 1 visit to O'Reilly got all the stuff I needed.
I went to an O’Reillys on 120th and Washington and didn’t receive great service. But I tried this location and the people I worked with were kind, patient, and went out of their way to help me solve my problem. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Manager Josh is the most competent car part guru I’ve ever dealt with. He really knows his stuff and I have had no problems over the last year regularly buying parts through my commercial account with him. Just want to give credit where credit is due for being the best!
They had what I needed...and associate was nice but I ended up going to AutoZone and purchasing same product again. I was also looking for some advice and being told to look online wasn’t the advice I was looking for:). I’m not confident at even the simplest tasks when it comes to cars lol
This oreilly auto parts is the worst one i have to deal with they never have the parts i need even though their computer system shows they have it, I always wait long times for help or while being helped. Oil prices for anything other than their brand is higher than any other store. They dont back their life time warranty products. I called looking for have 1/2 heater hose waa told to come in and look myself, thats bad customer service
I'm giving this location one star only because I bought two cans of 5w-30 oil yesterday and when I got home to use them saw that both were opened and worse then that, one had used oil in it. I tried to exchange it for another one at a different location but they wouldn't accept it.
The people that work here are great. They go above and beyond. I personally prefer the two O'Reillys on Colorado Blvd (here and 104th) to the other stores in the area.
Will and Jason were so helpful. I had purchased a battery from another O'reilly and the guy did not tighten the battery or check to see if there was anything else wrong , even after I told him the light was still on. Thank goodness I was able to make it to the next place. When I got there Will came right out to help me. Pulled the connectors right off the battery that's how lose they were. He even went so far to check my alternator and found out the real problem. Makes me wonder if I even needed a new battery according to the guy that did my alternator. Just wanted to tell you again Will and Jason thanks for your great customer service skills.
About as low as I can go, when u purchase brake pads and ypur crew here says they are okay and won't warranty them. What does lifetime warranty mean. I run automotive shops and this was just plain stupid. They are worn out and that's why I bought the replacement brake pads. That's what covers the lifetime pad. Go to another store or just don't cone to O'Reilly at all. This store is terrible. Bradley terrible customer service. Wow just wow. Took the the O'Reilly at 84th and Washington. She gave me the credit for the defective brake pads. Now that's great customer service. Jennifer took care of me...
Great, fast and friendly service! I was on a budget when I went in and they helped me find what I needed at a good price. Bailey was super helpful with helping me troubleshoot a couple of problems I had with my car. He also quickly switched out my old battery for a new one. Wonderful service!
