Jefferee at this specific location was such a HUGE help to my husband and I. We traveled to Colorado from Texas and DESPERATELY needed some tire chains after finding out the Traction Law here. We called several different locations who either didnt have our tire size in stock or didn't want to go the extra mile to see if anything they did have would fit. Jefferee however went the extra mile in every way. Including staying an extra 5 mins for us to get there to make sure we were given the right ones.

Experience was pleasant got everything I need from this nice guy who was veryrespectable I couldn’t remember his name but i think it starts with a D, very young guy working there, couldn’t help notice some employees drinking liquor in their cars and, in the warehouse, I saw them taking shots and being on there phones when I was shopping (not the one that was helping me, he seemed very healthy and sobwr). Idk how this is possible but it seems like that kid needs all the help in the world cuz these employees don’t do anything besides get drunk. I’ll be definitely be coming back for that dude for help in the future, definitely not asking any of these drunk people for help when they can barely stand or function, and the disrespect I heard the dude that was helping me get and if I catch another drunk person on the job, I’ll be reporting everything to corporate and the county if nothing is done about that

My truck died and I was bummed out because I had to wait to get it jumped, drove to autozone and Jimmy helped me identify which battery I needed and even installed it! I did not expect that type of service but I really appreciate it!

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone store #5068, thanks entirely to Zach.
Zach is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. From the moment he stepped in to help, everything was smooth and efficient. He immediately understood what was needed, explained things clearly, and handled the situation with confidence and care. There was no confusion, no runaround — just straightforward, competent service.
What really stood out was his calm demeanor and willingness to help without making things complicated. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it made a stressful situation much easier.

Customer service like this is rare!!!
Zack at AutoZone truly went above and beyond to help me today. My check engine light was on, and he took the time to run the diagnostic, explain the error codes, and walk me through exactly what was going on. What really impressed me was how clearly he explained everything—he didn’t just tell me what the issue was, he made sure I actually understood it.
If that wasn’t enough, then my 18-year-old son came, and he looked at our other car and taught him a few things
People like Zack are rare.
They’re really lucky to have him very impressive.

WOW! I just had the BEST experience with Zach at this AutoZone

HORRIBLE customer service! I was in the store at ten minutes before close, I was ignored for five minutes and then when I finally caught the attention of the manager who it seemed was on the phone to his boyfriend, I was told CARD ONLY! I said that’s cool I’ll just have to run out to my car and grab it. He said you know what sir? We’re done for the night. I started to tell him “I’m from out of town and … “ he rudely interrupted and said “WERE DONE SIR” Thanks to this guy I get to spend the night in their parking lot freezing for 8 hours until they open in the morning.

I went into the store to grab something quickly. Several staff members were busy stocking shelves, but there was a line of people waiting to be checked out at the cashier. I waited in line and approached the cashier. He suggested that if I were in a hurry, I could have used a self-checkout, which I found puzzling since he didn’t inform anyone waiting in line about this option. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. There are many other auto parts stores with better service levels.

Been there 3 times still the wrong part and no new part ordered from another store like they were supposed to.
The manager is great he's making it right for me. I'll definitely keep going to this store.

Had a buddy get a screw in his tire super late and Juan not only helped us find the tire patch kit that would work best for us but also let us borrow his air compressor. Definitely recommend this place due to the staff being so helpful and friendly

Came here yesterday due to a power steering leak and I believe it was Joshua who helped me out (mechanic) but it went amazing. He was so kind and helpful with getting the right fluid I needed, even helped me find where I needed to put it in my vehicle. Truly just a great experience, gonna be my go to spot when I need some light help!!! He was amazing, give that man a raise!!!!! Great store! :)

We had fantastic service from Isaac a few weeks ago. My battery had to be replaced and he was able to provide us with tools to take out the battery. He was very knowledgeable and 5/5 service helping us in the cold/ dark conditions. I previously had heavy corrosion so with the new battery he also advised anti corrosion measures which I appreciate!

A young man named Ryan R. helped me this morning. He was very pleasant and also informed me that I could receive a pack of free brake pads because I was buying two rotors, forty-eight bucks worth. So, I took them. Thanks Ryan. I always buy my auto parts from Autozone and your good customer service assures that they will not lose me as a customer.

I was in the store the other day and was helped out by Zach G. He gave top tier service and I can see why he’s in a leadership position with his extensive knowledge about cars!
On a separate note, one of the other gray shirts guy named Chris is kind of creepy and made me feel uncomfortable. He probably should not have a customer facing position and I recommend staying away from him! Despite that abysmal interaction with Chris, I’m still going to give 5 stars solely because of Zach and his superior professionalism. Thank you Zach for going above and beyond!Oct 11, 2025 -

I returned some wipers that didn’t fit my car (due to a bad AutoZone Rep at a different location) at this location and was treated so kindly, she upgraded my wipers and gave a gallon of wiper fluid without charge. She definitely exceeded my expectations!! From now on I’ll always go to this 104th location!

Really if they would staff their stores people would not walk out. During the pandemic people were used to waiting. Some retellers just never got over the fact that the pandemic is done and never return to prepandemic stamping levels. Too bad it will be sad to see AutoZone go to the wayside.

I came in looking for what I thought I needed; but after him taking the time to listen to what the problem was, he directed me in what I actually needed to fix it. I had an issue with a delivery order where the wrong part was sent out, but the store manager, Jeremiah, went above and beyond to make things right. He immediately took ownership of the situation, corrected the mistake, and made sure I had the correct part without any hassle. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in customer service, and Jeremiah truly turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. I stopped by AutoZone looking for a headlight bulb for my Honda Pilot, and Nick went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he find the right bulb right away, but he also offered to install it when he noticed I wasn’t too sure about how to do it myself. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciated his kindness and customer service. Nick is amazing—thank you for making my day so much easier!

I purchased windshield wiper blades and was unable to understand the directions on how to replace them. I went back to the store and Juan, the store manager was great about going out to the parking lot and replaced the blades for me. He explained the whole process in layman’s terms. He was very kind and patient. I really appreciate the great customer service I received.

I dealt with an assistant manager named Juan and it bothered me he was only the assistant manager. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a positive energy the entire time. It was clear to me he enjoyed his job and actually wanted to assist customers. I have a business acct with Autozone and it’s nice to deal with someone who is knowledgeable and can actually help. A little message to Autozone.-. Give this man a raise because it’s employees like him that cause customers to come back and spend money. Appreciate what you have or I’ll try to hire out from under you lol. In all seriousness though I appreciate it Juan and look forward to seeing you again.

I’m sorry to say that I had to replace a battery that was under warranty and now just 7 months later the replacement which was new and off the shelf is also dead. Triple A came to give me a jump and it started right up but wouldn’t hold a charge. My alternator is good. So now I was told that I have to buy a new one. The person on the phone was nice but the service is not. Duralast won’t last!!

I swear, when I entered this store, it felt like it was abandoned. No one in the storefront at all. Like, sort of wished it was haunted to it felt like someone was there.
Luckily I didn't need much help finding the items I was lookin' for since they're all pretty basic items. Though reference books were missing or torn to shreds, requiring new ones. Even with my own self-reliance, it took some time at the front counter to get noticed to buy my stuff.
