A young man named Ryan R. helped me this morning. He was very pleasant and also informed me that I could receive a pack of free brake pads because I was buying two rotors, forty-eight bucks worth. I was in the store the other day and was helped out by Zach G. He gave top tier service and I can see why he’s in a leadership position with his extensive knowledge about cars! On a separate note, one of the other gray shirts guy named Chris is kind of creepy and made me feel uncomfortable. He probably should not have a customer facing position and I recommend staying away from him! Despite that abysmal interaction with Chris, I’m still going to give 5 stars solely because of Zach and his superior professionalism. Thank you Zach for going above and beyond!

I returned some wipers that didn’t fit my car (due to a bad AutoZone Rep at a different location) at this location and was treated so kindly, she upgraded my wipers and gave a gallon of wiper fluid without charge. She definitely exceeded my expectations!! From now on I’ll always go to this 104th location!

I would post less than 1 star if I could.They kept 10 people standing in line for over 30 mins as they waited on 2 customers, scrolling their computers for parts they do t have.While 3 or more of their associates were stocking parts and only 1 associate seemed to care.

I had went there the other day and WOW! I can’t believe how fast, friendly and convenient Zach G made things for me! This kid KNOWS his stuff. If you’re having issues with knowledgeable staff, wait in line for Zach… he’s worth the wait. Highly recommend!

Really if they would staff their stores people would not walk out. During the pandemic people were used to waiting. Some retellers just never got over the fact that the pandemic is done and never return to prepandemic stamping levels. Too bad it will be sad to see AutoZone go to the wayside.

I know nothing about cars and I was so thankful to have a gentleman name Juan help me out the other day. I came in looking for what I thought I needed; but after him taking the time to listen to what the problem was, he directed me in what I actually needed to fix it. I had an issue with a delivery order where the wrong part was sent out, but the store manager, Jeremiah, went above and beyond to make things right. He immediately took ownership of the situation, corrected the mistake, and made sure I had the correct part without any hassle. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in customer service, and Jeremiah truly turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Big thanks to him for his professionalism and problem-solving—I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location because of how well he handled everything.

I stopped by AutoZone looking for a headlight bulb for my Honda Pilot, and Nick went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he find the right bulb right away, but he also offered to install it when he noticed I wasn’t too sure about how to do it myself. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciated his kindness and customer service. Nick is amazing—thank you for making my day so much easier!

I purchased windshield wiper blades and was unable to understand the directions on how to replace them. I went back to the store and Juan, the store manager was great about going out to the parking lot and replaced the blades for me. He explained the whole process in layman’s terms. He was very kind and patient. I really appreciate the great customer service I received. I’ will be back in the future for any other items I may need for my car.

I dealt with an assistant manager named Juan and it bothered me he was only the assistant manager. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a positive energy the entire time. It was clear to me he enjoyed his job and actually wanted to assist customers. I have a business acct with Autozone and it’s nice to deal with someone who is knowledgeable and can actually help. A little message to Autozone.-. Give this man a raise because it’s employees like him that cause customers to come back and spend money. Appreciate what you have or I’ll try to hire out from under you lol. In all seriousness though I appreciate it Juan and look forward to seeing you again.

I went into AutoZone this morning and Paul was extraordinarily helpful! He looked up everything that I needed and took it upon himself to grab everything and bring it to the register for me!! He will be the reason why I continue to go to this AutoZone location! Hands down!

I’m sorry to say that I had to replace a battery that was under warranty and now just 7 months later the replacement which was new and off the shelf is also dead. Triple A came to give me a jump and it started right up but wouldn’t hold a charge. My alternator is good. So now I was told that I have to buy a new one. The person on the phone was nice but the service is not. Duralast won’t last!!

Usually have a good experience here with other workers, but today going in there was a long wait, with no one in there, to check an alternator. The kid did not seem to know what he was doing. I think he needs more training on his job and customer service.

Good size store. Employees were in a good mood despite being swamped with customers just before closing. Minus one star because I called ahead of time to verify an item was in stock, was told it was, drove to the store to find the computer said it was but they didnt check while I was on the phone and didnt actually have one on the shelf.

For starters the manager on duty was rude because they are close to closing when I made it there which I drove 45 min just to make it there then there inventory was wrong so couldn't get what I needed. Then decided to purchase something and what it rang up wasn't the same as it clearly stated on th shelf but he was unwilling to correct the price I asked for his name but the other employee refused to give it to me

I’m not sure what to say except that I saw at least three employees in the store and the line was almost out the door which made no sense at all. Thank goodness they had a self check out so you didn’t have to wait in the line if you were paying by credit card.

I have a 3 year warranty on the Duralast battery but when I went in to have them check they said it wasn’t the battery. My tow truck driver checked it with his monitoring tool and he guaranteed it wasn’t the battery. So when I was at Autozone I had to call up the tow truck driver and confirm with him. I drove there with the vehicle which supposedly had alternator issues but made it there just fine when my battery got a jump start. Again the worker at Auto zone insisted that it wasn’t the battery but another issue. He didn’t want to replace my battery until I called up the tow truck driver and put him on speaker phone so that the worker can hear every word he was saying. The associate said in a sarcastic tone : does he work at Auto Zone? Meaning if the tow truck driver knew what he was talking about. Well, duh if you know what to look for, you wouldn’t need to be an “Auto Zone associate” do you?

I'm very disappointed with the level of professionalism from the manager here. I purchased a battery and was told they could install it. The manager accompanied me to my car with the battery but realized she had forgotten her tools inside. She assured me she would be back shortly. After waiting for 10 minutes, I saw her walking to a restaurant next door while talking on the phone, without any indication that she might be on break. After another 5 minutes, I went inside to ask if anyone could assist me. The staff looked confused and said they didn't know where the manager had gone. Thankfully, Hugo, a gentleman from the team, came out to help me and was super helpful. When the manager finally returned, I asked her if she was going to assist me, and her response was dismissive. I inquired about her name, but she continued walking away. She later identified herself as Sia and asked me not to leave a review, claiming she did nothing wrong. I want to emphasize that this review reflects my experience with the manager only, not the employees. Their service, especially Hugo's, was commendable. This is not the standard of service expected from a store manager.

Walked in without a clue, walked out educated. Jeremiah handled business, even with my not knowing I had a reverse post after the transaction for a battery, admist a rush. The willingness of the team to travel to another store to accommodate my needs, coupled with the teamwork & seamless nature of the staff. It was efficient, kind, & it helped me in my day.

I swear, when I entered this store, it felt like it was abandoned. No one in the storefront at all. Like, sort of wished it was haunted to it felt like someone was there. Luckily I didn't need much help finding the items I was lookin' for since they're all pretty basic items. Though reference books were missing or torn to shreds, requiring new ones. Even with my own self-reliance, it took some time at the front counter to get noticed to buy my stuff. Why does this AutoZone fear my monies? C'mon man!
