Picked up on the second ring at around 430am, was polite and professional from start to finish, got me and my vehicle to a shop in decent time despite the weather. Reasonable prices given the snow and icy roads and time of service, would definitely use this service again (though I sure hope I don't have to anytime soon.)
BEWARE This towing company is running a scam based out of a run down corner home in Commerce City not Northglenn like it states on the internet they are looking for cars in HOA parking lots in Thornton at Cornerstone townhomes at the crack of dawn just waiting to post a sticker on your window that blocks your view to drive Omg .. they time stamp it and are suppose to give a 24 hour notice and they don’t they just Tow you!! then when you call to get/recover your car they call after the time of recovery times elapses so you have to pay an additional $100… BEWARE of these tow truck scammers!!
I had a very stressful day. My car wouldn’t start after trying to replace the battery. I called Tow 2 go. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived. Maybe 10 minutes. Marco asked what was wrong with the car . He troubleshooted the issue and found out my key was bad. Nothing to do with the engine. He saved me hundreds of dollars! I am so appreciative. Thank you!
I found tow to go after trying relentlessly to contact all the 24 hour towing companies on google maps. None of them answered but Robert answered right away and was at the scene within a very short time. He was professional and did his job skillfully removing a BMW that was parked in a way that made the removal very difficult. The owner, Robert is ex military and it was so gratifying watching the efficient and timely work he did. He made sure to take expert care of the car he was moving. We decided yo give him the towing contract for our entire property. So glad to find a company that is focused on service! Highly recommend!!!
I would highly recommend this company especially Steve. Being a female not knowing anyone from here he made me extremely comfortable during the entire process. He picked me up then took me to tow my car. There prices are very reasonable and I would not use anyone else!
Had a company vehicle break down, driver called this company and they hooked the truck up before quoting a price. Then when it was not authorized tried to charge for the hook up that was not authorized to begin with. On top that they started making up charges like a $30 security fee to extort more money out of me saying my only option was to pay or it would be taken to impound. I called the supervisor and he said nope that is our policy and hung up. He then would not answer my calls. Horrible customer service. Don't call these guys they will just nickel and dime you and when you don't agree to it they threaten you.
These guys are crooks, just making up charges as he went. Very condescending and argumentative just to get extra money out of the deal. Choose someone else EDIT: and no i was not in a no parking spot. i called the guy out to my private parking lot to move a car. he quoted me one price on the phone then completely changed it once he got there. the owners response is just another example of why they are CROOKS, just trying to cover up their BAD business practices with untrue excuses.
I highly recommend this company. Outstanding service, and so friendly. When another company was unable to tow my car, Robert with Tow2Go was able to take care of it no problem. If you need your car towed, trust me call these guys!
Experience was awful. Everything that has been said on here about these guys threatening you and overcharging is true. I had to pay $160 to get towed down the road. The guy wouldn’t take a credit card by number and wouldn’t take my own card without an ID. When I asked him if he could wait for me to get someone there with another card or cash he threatened to impound my car. (While he was doing the impounding calculations he kept adding small charges like 30 and 45 bucks without saying what they were for) lI then told him he had all my information and I could meet him wherever and the guy was completely unreceptive. Luckily I found an atm nearby. The guy didn’t even have change so he went off with extra money. Overpriced, poor service, rude. The driver wouldn’t even wear a mask even after asking me to wear one. Overall would highly discourage anyone from giving any business to this establishment.
My kid's car broke down on I-25 on Christmas Eve which turns out to be a really popular day to break down on the interstate. We were Robert's 12th tow of the day and it was barely noon. Robert got towed it to his shop and had it repaired the day after Christmas. He explained what was wrong and gave us some instructions for better care (like different kind of antifreeze). He texted after we got it home to check on how it did. Very professional, thoughtful, and thorough for us during a stressful time. Thank you!
They did a illegal hook up to my vehicle. My vehicle was on a residence City Street and they hooked it up to tow it because it was blocking my neighbors driveway only about a foot was blocking it. they had my vehicle up and ready to tow and luckily I came outside just in time. They said it was going to be $75 cash to do a drop fee or $450 to pick it up at the pound. So obviously I paid $75 cash they said no debit card and I wonder why so the driver could pocket the cash. Anyway I have talked to a lot of other tow companies and they said it was an illegal tow because they had to get the okay from a police officer before they could even tow it. This company should not be out doing this to people. One man band that runs this company doesn't have tow license. He doesn't have a yard using address from the post office. Tows cars and keeps them in his backpack. If I'm correct that's grand theft auto!
They shook my contractor down for all the money he had on him while he was unloading equipment into my garage.
They claimed he was in the fire lane, but he was not blocking anyone, only there 20 minutes tops, and with his truck the whole time. They never got his truck up on the hooks, just blocked him from going home until he coughed up the cash.
I wouldn’t use Tow2go to take a whip to the dump. They will take your money and laugh at you like they did my drywall guy.

Tow2Go was the only service provider that was able to help me move a 1970's C10 out of my garage that was wedged into a corner. VERY EXPENSIVE!! $222 Bucks to pick up a honda civic and drive 1.1 miles. Never again will I call this company. He was done with the complete job in about 15 mins.
I called about picking a truck up. The gentleman I talked to said that they would send someone out THAT day to pick up the truck. Never showed. I have tried calling, they do not answer. I cannot leave a voicemail due to the VM being full. I am very dissapointed about the misleading reviews on here stating that they were puncutal.
This gentleman was honest and incredibly helpful in helping me find the cheapest solution to a very expensive breakdown an hour from home. I am very grateful for his help and highly recommend his services.

Illegally towed my company truck. Stores vehicles in his neighbors back yard. Called the police. He was forced to provide a full refund since he is NOT a legal towing service. Grand theft auto is still grand theft auto if its done with a tow truck. Ask who authorized the tow and call them directly. Then ask him for a copy of his contract with the establishment he towed for. Basically this person is extorting money by stealing vehicles under the guise of a tow service.
