Our founder, Hyman Wright , began the business in 1945, operating out of a single garage located at 1742 Federal Blvd. His commitment to growth and service was apparent from the beginning, expanding his facility with additional new buildings and infrastructures. His son, Norman, took over the business in 1971, after graduating from the University of Colorado with a business degree. The business continued to grow and expand and is presently known internationally as one of the finest auto recycling facilities.

Place is a disaster. Ordered a part for my RAM 1500, confirmed the part number 3 separate times by phone, email, and text and then they sent me the wrong part. They charged me $40 for shipping then I had to pay for shipping back, even though they sent me the wrong part. I honestly think they sourced the part from another place and flipped it to me without being able to visually confirm the part#. Based on my experience this place is a SCAM.
Every time i buy my part in advance before i show up expecting it to be ready. When i get there i am told i have to come back. Everytime!
Its disappointing this place isn't open on Saturdays. If they were, they would make twice the income
Drove all the way out there and they couldn't find my order and then they said they didn't have it. No can we get you another one or try to use customer service skills, just flat out said nope don't have it. I seen like 15 others online. Wasted my gas and time and have to wait to get the money refunded is going to take a week or more. How do places like this survive. I'll never use them or recommend them ever. I'll go to pull and pay and pull it myself. What I should of done in the first place. Would of had the part and been installing as we speak. But I wasted a whole day with there service and got me in a worse place than before.
Horrible customer service juggled between many "associates" management refused further discussion. purchased a transmission with an expensive warranty. Was told to provide evidence of failure have multiple shops stating transmission is failing refusing to stand by warrenty and cover the part as stated multiple time verbally would do so. Run don't walk to somehwere else is my recommendation.
Also, I have three shops that say it is transmission with bad bearing....the singular shop you force customers to go to for your "warrenty" was the only one who felt differently. Also your sales associate promised to cover with proof from two other shops which was provided before you ignored this claim. I have the receipts and reports.
Couldn't find the part I needed anywhere else! They took time to find what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price! Friendly staff and very quick to respond! I will use them again!
I sent them a text asking if they had that I needed. They responded right away at a cost that was good. They then sent me a link which I paid and told me I can get the part anytime.
I'd recommend this company anytime if they have what you need I don't think you'll regret it.

Unfortunately they got me the wrong part.
I needed a tail light assembly for 2015 Mitsubishi, they had the part, they packed it perfectly, and it arrived faster than expected, and at a competitive price, really can't think of how it could go any better.
Called in to inquire on a part all the way from the DFW area. I didn't have the luxury to swing by in person, but it almost felt Iike I was actually there because of Clint's phone call with me. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough within such a short time on the phone. Within 5 minutes I finished paying and now I'm just sitting back, waiting for that part to come in the mail. I'm a happy camper. Let's not forget the significant savings!!
Randy was fantastic to work with and helped me hunt down and test some 4WD parts (actuator and transfer case) for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. You can tell he's former military: professional, and follows thorough. We have numerous fleet/company vehicles and we'll be back.
I purchased a tailgate that was for a GMC Sierra, was told it was a GMC and was Rhino lined. A WEEK later when they had finally pulled the tailgate (takes all of 20 seconds) and I sent someone to pick it up. When I got back to me (65 miles away) it was a CHEVY tailgate, and not Rhino lined. When I called them they mumbled well...it must have been sold between when I talked to you and when it was pulled. Right. So now it has to be debadged, rebadged, and Rhino lined. AND a week wasted waiting. They claim to be "the best recycler in Colorado" I can tell you from experiance they are more like the bottom. Oh and hire people to work your counter than can speak English, it is the predominant language in the US

I love this place and they don’t say no or waste your time and they are always happy to help. Since i started going there i only deal with marcos and randy all the time, but i deal with marcos a lot and he never gave me hard time even if i called him 10 times a day. I love everybody there but i wish if they were closer to my uncles shop.

Online they have a different price and when you call they say another high price. The owner should train his workers and sometimes I am explaining a part that I am looking for and they get angry and hang up on the call. Maybe they have problems at home but all the people who are looking for parts are business people and they improve the economy. lkq are very good at customer service
I had the pleasure of dealing with Marcos at this location he was able to get my alternator for my 2018 Buick encore no problem I only end up paying $40 for it way cheaper than anywhere else I have seen and the service was amazing he even gave me two extra quarters so I could get candy for my kids.

While I’m not entirely thrilled at the process, I must say it’s a nice change of pace from the junkyards. You know for certain you’re getting the part you ask for. If it’s any sub-standard quality they will take it back no questions asked or even make the deal a lot sweeter with no hassle.
I’ve worked with both Manny and Matt for some replacement truck parts. So far looking forward to continue working with these guys.
Recently visited 3 yards and called others searching for a part. Stadium in Henderson was by far the cleanest and most professional. The phone was answered quickly each time by a polite and knowledgeable person. When I picked up the part it wasn’t in a condition I found acceptable. The counter rep enthusiastically agreed and retrieved a suitable part, quickly resolving the situation. Price was as good as or better than the others.
I ordered a part that should’ve have gotten here within a week and it took two weeks to get there. I had to go to the store twice because the first time I had called and asked if my part was in they told me it was. So I drove 40 minutes out to pick it up and after some confusion the person I spoke to, Manny, said that he had made a mistake, he got the wrong order number. Mistakes happen I guess. I was told my part would be there in 3 days from my first initial visit. I called in on Thursday to check if my part was at the store and Manny had told me that he was going to check and call me back in 15 minutes and I never received a call back to verify if my part was there or not on the day that it was supposed to be there. I got up Friday morning and I had to reach out and call the store to verify if my part was there. Manny had told me the part was there after I had to reach out first. Overall this was handled really unprofessionally the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the warehouse crew was helpful…but this was an awful experience.
