  This company is a complete scam. Called and told them all issues with my vehicle and answered all questions honestly, was quoted $425. Called to schedule pickup and the guy who answered was obviously mad after seeing they quoted me “too high” and it should have been $300. He said since it was in their system they would honor it, so I thought nothing of it. He scheduled to pick it up at 5pm, same day. Time of pickup came and the guy never responded besides he’s running late. I left after 1.5 hours of waiting and assuming he wasn’t showing up. 2.5 hours later he finally shows up and says he’s going to offer us only $300 because “the vehicle wasnt in running condition”, however the outside had no damage and he couldn’t get into the vehicle as I had the keys still. The vehicle does run and drive, he just didn’t want to give me the money that was “quoted too high” and again told me he could only give $300. When my wife tried talking to him, he refused to listen, got into his tow truck and sped off through the neighborhood while children were playing in the street. DO NOT CONTACT FOR VEHICLE RECYCLING. THEY WILL TRY TO LOWER THEIR PRICE NO MATTER WHAT, EVEN IF THEY MESSED UP ON THEIR END. MAJOR SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

  I was very pleased with the service Hugo and his team provided to me with the removal/buying of my Ford fusion. He was very professional as well as understanding of the situation I was in. He also seemed pretty honest to me when it came down to the pricing. I had already called a few places and was not happy with the responses I received. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

  I had a great experience with this company. I called around to half a dozen junk car removal services and I couldn't find one that would pick up my 2 cars over the weekend. I called Hugo Bravo from Alliance Auto Recycling on a Friday afternoon and he came out the very next day. He picked up both cars at once, was very professional, and paid me a fair cash price for my cars. One even leaked oil on his truck and he told me not to worry about it. If you're looking to get your junk cars picked up this guy is the way to go. Thanks again Hugo.
