I originally tried to junk my car through D & A towing and got stood up for 6 hours. Called this place instead, instantly got a time set up and they showed up at the beginning of their appointment time and gave me a heads up call before they came. Super professional and easy, would absolutely recommend this company to anyone that needs to get rid of an old car.

Not worth it. They quoted us for one offer of $500 and then when they came to get the car gave us an offer of $400 a completely different price. I just wish they would have gave me the first offer and if your plan was not to give me that offer then don't give me an offer at all until you come and see my vehicle. Very disappointed

Best folks I had the pleasure to do business with. From the easy to use web site , to the rapid response with a top dollar quote from Nina . Then to a great conversation with Cassy who arranged the time for pick up on a two hours window and a call a half hour before pick up . Like clock work I received a call from Ivan the driver that arrived as promised on time . I can not say enough about Ivan . He was prompt, very professional in dress and how he conducted himself and made me feel comfortable . His truck and equipment were clean and in top notch order . My neighbors even came out to watch and were very impressed. I think they were tickled to see my exterior house décor gone . Plus the money for the vehicles went to my daughter which was there and putting herself though college . She thought the whole procedure was so cool she took a lot of picture's to tell her friends . Don't be surprised to see posts of her great experience on Facebook also . Wanted to thank all of you for all your help and a great experience . I'll start this off by saying the people I talked to on the phone in the office were very helpful & they deserve 5 stars. The reason I'm giving 4 is because the driver they sent me doesn't even deserve 1. I submitted an online quote this morning (2/12/24) on the CJC website with multiple pictures of my 2005 Ford escape. It does have some front end damage and doesn't have a bumper. I made sure that was all in the pictures and explained what happened / is happening to the car in my explanation of what was wrong on the car in their form online. Very shortly after that, a woman from the office called me and told me what they were willing to give me for my vehicle. Even though it was the highest offer I had received so far, I was still in the process of looking around at different companies to see who would offer the most so I asked her if I could call her back after I finished looking around at other companies and she said that was no problem. After calling around a few more places but not finding anyone willing to offer me more than what CJC offered me, I called them back to accept the offer. This time A man answered. I accepted the offer and we set up the driver to come pick up my vehicle in between 1:00 and 2:00 today and was told the driver would call when they were about 30 minutes away. Being the paranoid person I am and knowing the state of my vehicle and what I told them about it and what was in the pictures, I asked him if they had seen the pictures of the vehicle. I had also talked to both him and the woman I talked to the first time about the current issues with the car so I had everything out on the table and they knew everything. I told him I was asking because I was worried that they were going to get there and see the car and not want to take it or give me less for it than what we talked about but he told me not to worry. He said that they were giving me my full offer for my car and they had already seen the pictures and have dealt with cars in worse condition than mine so this was definitely happening. At about 1:45 the driver called me and let me know he was about 30 to 35 minutes away from the grocery store I had to park my car at when it started overheating. When he arrived, he asked me a few questions like if I had the title and everything and then I started filling out the paperwork while he went over to the car. Not even a MINUTE later he comes back and tells me he has to give me $50 less than what I was originally offered because he sent pictures to the office and they told him that drop the offer $50. I asked him if he could go up any and he said he tried to ask the office for a little more but that they had said no. Not sure how he got pictures sent and a full conversation including trying to ask for more of the money back for me done in a minute, but that's besides the point. So I took the cash minus the $50 he said they had to take away, gave him the keys and title and went to leave. But this whole thing just wasn't sitting right with me so I pulled around the parking lot and parked so he could still see me sitting there and know I was still there and then I called the office again. Not sure if it was the same woman as the first time, but a woman answered and I told her the situation about him trying to give me $50 less than what they gave me for the quote. She sounded confused and then told me to hold on a moment while she went to go talk to her GM & less than 30 seconds later told me to just stay where I was and that the GM was going to call the driver and tell him he needed to give me the other $50. Then once the driver finished pulling my junk vehicle onto his truck he pulled around the parking lot to where I was sitting in a different vehicle and gave me my other $50. He was very visibly irritated with me as well. I legitimately feel like he was just trying to pocket that money. The fact that I know I sent pictures in & talked to somebody about it & was assured I was getting my full quote only to have the driver come and try to shortchange me like that is really dishonest.

Ivan did a great job! Not easy when my streets are small and there's lots of cars in the streets. Very professional! The best place to take your unwanted car! I'd definitely use them again.

Searched them up, emailed them a quote and they wrote back within an hour. Quick and easy. Called them to accept the quote and they sent a driver, Justin, to our home to take the car. Really nice man and have great services. Thank you!

We offer this company a zero out of 5 stars!!! We were given a rate for the purchase of our vehicle and when they showed up, they tried to pull a fast one on us and offer a third less than what we had a written agreement for already. All information about the vehicle was disclosed which included hail damage on their questionnaire and further insult to injury, we were told because it had an after market catalytic converter they could not take it for the amount already agreed upon. The driver is completely unprofessional and clearly isn't happy to work during normal business hours. Attempting to haggle or pull fast ones at this point is just bad business. From reading other reviews, this isn't uncommon for this company. We will be filing a BBB review and forwarding this encounter to our local media agencies for other consumers to watch out for this Bad Business!

We had tried to sell our 1990 Geo Prizm for weeks. I thought I was going to have to pay someone to haul it away or donate it, but then I saw an ad for Colorado Junk Cars online. I filled out the quick quote form and received a quote quickly. I called and accepted the offer, and they were able to come pick the car up the very next day and paid me cash on the spot. GREAT customer service. We are really happy with our experience with this local company. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely ridiculous. I had a pickup window of one hour and was told I’d get a call 30 minutes before the driver arrived. At the end of the window they gave me I hadn’t heard from them so I figured something reasonable had delayed them so I gave them a call. I was told they would have the driver contact me soon. Another 30 minutes with no word from them so I called back again. Come to find out the driver popped a flat on his truck, which is a perfectly reasonable explanation for being late, however they were also perfectly content letting me sit there and wait for 3 more hours with no idea what was going on. They were not planning on contacting me until the driver was 30 minutes away despite that I had been waiting for them for nearly 2 hours at this point. I asked for some compensation for my wasted time and was given a dismal and rather insulting amount for the 2 hours of wasted time. When I talked to a manager about how unprofessional and outright disrespectful of my own time that was and how I wanted them to do better, I got talked down to by him like I was in the wrong for being upset. I had to call in late to work because of them. The lack of professionalism and respect for the people they do business with is astounding. Wouldn’t have been an issue at all if they had just called and told me what was going on and that they’d have to pickup later due to a flat, but they chose to keep me in the dark and the manager was outright rude. Shoutout Sarah though she was very helpful and respectful unlike the rest of the company.

What a great experience! From the first phone call to car pick up, they made the whole process easy. They answered all of my questions and the gentleman who picked up my car even helped me remove my license plates when I forgot a screwdriver. The customer service was top notch and I never felt pressured to make a decision.

I submitted my request for an estimate to CJC way after closing on Dec. 15. They replied with an offer at 7:30 AM on the 16th. The offer was better than 2 other offers I had. I agreed to the offer. They gave me a 2 hour pickup window that morning, 9:30-11:30. I had cash in hand and vehicle was gone by 11:00. Both the office person I talked to and the driver were friendly and courteous. They were great to do business with.

So I sold my car to CJC in June. Then I got a toll statement for that car in September and CJC was great and paid it and apologized. But then I got another one for late September and a parking ticket for $200. When I talked to them, she made it seem like the plates had been stolen but when I got online to dispute the ticket it was the car I sold being driven with plates that expired in 2019. It also took 3 phone calls to get a copy of my bill of sale. Kinda shady if you ask me. So, moral of the story, make sure you take the plates off and keep your bill of sale otherwise you'll end up contesting a bunch of tickets in your name.

Good communication with the company, and everything went very efficiently. I had a non-working car I wanted to get rid of, and was able to get an estimate quickly. They arranged for pickup that same day, and paid in cash with a bill of sale.

The driver showed up well within the 2 hour window I received, he actually made it within the first hour. He was very friendly and courteous. He asked me a few questions and then gave me quick instructions on how we were to complete our transaction. It was very easy and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this company and their service to anyone who is faced with the decision of what to do with a broken down car that costs too much money to repair!

I have sold two vehicles and have been very satisfied with the price they have given me both times. My only advice is make sure your license plate is not on your vehicle when you surrender it.

offered me a fair amount...then dropped it about 50% when they showed up for a little cut in the plastic bumper.... and an out of state title.. They need to add that to their online quote... very disappointing....

Totally unsatisfied with this business. I had a perfect running car they offered me $500 turned around and sold it for 3000 funny how things come back and I find out totally unprofessional would never recommend or ever use them ever again.

Received a quote almost instantly after submitting the information on my truck. I called the number and waited on hold for a little bit. The woman I spoke with didn't greet me and just went right into the info I used when submitting the application. She was rude and unprofessional so I gave that energy back. After answering a series of questions, I told her I'd be going with another company due to her unprofessionalism and rudeness. This is your job. If you find it that unpleasant then find a new job since tons of places are hiring and not customer facing. Based on their customer service I'll be looking elsewhere.

They were quick and professional. The driver showed up right on time and took care of everything quickly. The phone operator was very polite and clear about all of the instructions for what to do once the driver got here and made sure I knew what I was getting. Very good place to work with! The man picking up my car nickel and dimed me and after a back and forth ended up just being $50 from what they initially said, which was frustrating. He acted slimy overall. I will not do business with them in the future
