We have used CJC three times. The process is quick and easy, car is gone next day. However, all 3 times the driver has shown up $10-15 short on cash of the accepted quote. They always say to call the office and they’ll make it right, but I think they know people don’t have time to do that over $10.
I originally tried to junk my car through D & A towing and got stood up for 6 hours. Called this place instead, instantly got a time set up and they showed up at the beginning of their appointment time and gave me a heads up call before they came. Super professional and easy, would absolutely recommend this company to anyone that needs to get rid of an old car.
