Charge me 300 to go 1 mile. Would never use again. Your a lie, also the police where on the scene, don't say things that are not true, Is that what you do now lie. I called two other companies after, $175.00 for that tow. don't lie about things like that, I will say that your driver was nice. I will never use your service again. Don't say lies.
When our car wouldn’t start leaving the airport at midnight, we first called AAA to see how long of a wait it would be. They told us they could come get us by 6am. I called a few other places with no luck, and one company answered and recommended Blue Diamond. Within 30 minutes, a driver had us hooked up and on our way. We made it home safe and sound and I can’t express my gratitude towards the driver and the manager who answered our call at 1am. We were desperate to get home after a long day and these guys came to the rescue. Would recommend 100%!! Thank you!

Your driver was prompt to pick up my son from the side of I-70 when his car broke down, however he was scrolling Facebook while driving, didn't wear his seatbelt, was speeding while towing the car and barely used his turn signals. While I appreciate the promptness, there were many safety concerns.
Transported my classic C10 for service. The rollback driver, Steve, arrived on time, was experienced, and provided great customer service. The rollback truck he drove was well-equipped. Fast, efficient, courteous. I recommend Blue Diamond to all my collector car friends.

I called this company to get a quote. The quote I was given was for 5 dollars a mile. Never was I told about a hook up fee. Was hit with a 450 dollar fee… I called to ask about these charges and was met with hostility on the phone. Alex the supposed manager did nothing but talk over me and make excuses and be rude. I would not recommend this company. The driver was great. I would give him 5 stars. But the manager has taken the cake. I do not recommend this company and will be going with someone else in the future.
My husband was in an accident yesterday and the man that towed the car was great and super helpful. We gave them the address to tow the car to and when we got to the mechanic shop this morning the car was no where to be seen. I called the dipatch to find our more information and Wilma was the absolute rudest person that I have ever encountered on the phone from the moment she picked up the phone to the moment we hung up. She yelled at me for the vin number because I couldnt understand what she was saying and then started talking to me like I was stupid. She asked me if the mechanic shop was at a new location from where they used to be i said i didnt know but we gave you the address we needed it towed to. I asked of it was left at the wrong plave are we going to be charged to move it again and she replied rudely again I DONT KNOW. She said she would have to call me back in the rudest tone and raised voice and I asked when and she yelled she didn't know... maybe in a couple hours with zero information or empathy. I said thank you for being so rude and she started screaming at me on the phone for their mistake. Turns out they did tow it to the wrong address and we ended up dealing with it on our own. We have already been in a tramatic accident, we are paying customers and were simply trying to get more information in an already stressful situation. There is no need to treat anyone as poorly as Wilma treated me today in any situation. If you can...I highly suggest taking your buisness elsewhere. The only reason for the two stars is because the driver was kind and helpful.
We hired this company to tow our truck/trailer from Commerce City few miles down the road. Their inexperienced driver damaged our trailer. When we contacted their office, the operations manager, Alex, was unhelpful and claimed the damage was due to a turn. They also overcharge. In 22 years of using various towing companies, we have never encountered such high charges or damage to our equipment by a towing company. Their service was unprofessional and inexperienced. We do not recommend this company for towing services.
Yesterday I had a harrowing experience on I-70 where my car decided to have acceleration problems in a center lane. First rescue was the semi driver in the right lane allowing me to get on one of the few shoulders. Second rescue was Blue Diamond towing who found my very disabled car and towed it safely to a shop in Golden. I credit Luis, the driver for safe handling, and contacting me after delivery. He took my card information, left my name and phone number for the shop., and was patient with me when I first couldn’t find my wallet and card. I got an immediate receipt. Kudos to all involved and I was made aware that traffic was hindering the truck. All in all, a good experience in a very trying time. Thank you all! Especially Luis.
