Sell ur own car for bdl what they offer, u get less then scrap price. Pickup driver's are ignorant with filling checks to you, Yet you need to send pics of signed title in advanced, hope no one steals it before the multiple hr pickup windowm.
Pretty good experience. My only issue was not being able to have same day pick up. My car was ready to get picked up last Friday but they told me it couldn't get grabbed until Monday. Besides the timing issue everything was very smooth. Would consider using this company again if I have another vehicle that is near end of life.

super nice and fast! loved the communication from them about the offer and what i needed to give them. only thing i wish was that it was time slots for the pick up, having to wait between 8-5 pm can be a hassle for some, but over all i would recommend this company!
Your representative Sandeep was very thorough and nice. The experience overall was absolutely exasperating. The VOIP connection added three times the amount of time necessary to get the same amount of work done. If Sandeep had not been so accommodating I would have hung up many times throughout the process. The length of time it took to facilitate this agreement was absolutely ridiculous. I cannot recommend your business to anyone in good faith.

The sales process was simple (Omar was great). They increased my sales price for selling on first call. The scheduling of the tow truck driver was rough, but I had to meet at an impound to release the vehicle when the driver was there. They give a 4 hour window to meet the driver to get the check and give them the car keys.
I am based out of Denver and I had a vehicle broke down in Fort Morgan that I was wanting to sell the DRIVER was so nice. I was on my way to meet him in Fort Morgan, and he insisted that I only had to meet him in lochbouie to give him the keys and the title, which saved me a lot of time. This is all very quick and easy And if I ever have another vehicle that I need to sell, I will definitely be using this company again.

Amazing communication. Super quick responses. My car was gone asap and the tow truck driver was incredibly helpful. Tower gets 5 stars because there was an issue getting the car out of the driveway, it wouldn't go to reverse and he was incredibly helpful. Totally recommend.

I reached out to sell my car that had broken down and not only did they offer me a fair price, they worked with me on getting the car picked up and towed at no cost to me. Everyone I talked to was extremely professional and nice. I had some trouble getting transferred from this company to the towing company and the communication between the two, but overall I had a great experience and would definitely use them again.
