Stuck on I-25 at 0145in the morning Is no fun. Was told by dispatch wrecker wouldn’t be there for 90 minutes. Matt was there wayyyy before that.

Would avoid using this towing company. Broke down and they gave me a estimate thay was responsible I thought. Then they called back and they said it would be $200 more I need the tow so said it was fine. Then they told me a time they were going to be delivering my truck and waited 3 hours and called and they didn't know what was going on. The tow truck they sent out broke down and they didn't worry about giving me a call. Was told to give them a hour to a hour and a half to get the truck to me. I had requested them to call me 15-20 minutes before they showed up they called me 5 minutes before and then complained about waiting for me. When I had to wait since 6pm that they picked it up until past 9pm the truck broke down about half a hour away from my yard and had to wait another 45 minutes for them to get me the invoice to pay the tow that apparently went up another $200 from what they had told me. Asked if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience and they said they wouldn't charge me for the time they broke down. And that's all they could do. Would highly recommend you use someone else.

We broke down just 3 miles from the dealer and contacted this company for assistance. Michelle took our call and guided us through the initial steps. I specifically asked for a price, and she informed me that the rate was $250 per hour. After providing both the breakdown and destination locations, she estimated a minimum charge of $500, which would include two hours of work. That seemed fair.
However, the job took only about one hour, yet we received an invoice for $887.43 — nearly double what was originally quoted. The invoice stated 3 hours of work. When I called to question the discrepancy, Michelle refused to engage in a reasonable conversation. She claimed the closest shop (just 2 miles away) was closed and that a technician had to be dispatched from 30 miles away — and that somehow this was our responsibility to cover.
To make matters worse, they arrived two hours later than originally promised, and at every point we were given misleading or incomplete information. It was clear Michelle knew the cost would be significantly higher but chose not to disclose it upfront.
When I contacted customer service to address the issue, I was redirected to voicemail. Another representative, Alice, mentioned the possibility of speaking with a "shift lead" — who, unsurprisingly, was unavailable and never returned my call, despite promises to do so.
In the end, we were charged nearly $900 for a 3-mile tow and left deeply disappointed by the deceptive pricing and overall customer service experience. This company seems more focused on extracting maximum payment than delivering honest, transparent service.
I must say that the young lady Bonnie, that works in the office is a great asset for this company! Not only does she answer questions or find you the answers, she treats you more like a neighbor than a face she'll probably never see again. Same can be said about the tech Brandon. He was interested in hearing from myself about the trucks issues instead of just relying only on a computer alone. It's nice to see a mechanic instead of just a parts changer. We'll see how they do finishing up my truck tomorrow.
Our Tow Truck driver Matthew was professional and swift. He did a great job pulling our over 20,000 lb semi truck out of the ditch and reassured us that the process was safe. A big thank you to him and his company.
This place was hood about keeping us updated throughout our truck's stay. Easy to talk to and easy billing. They were quick to get PMs and DOT Annual inspections complete usually within a day or so.
Horrible service from this Tow and Recovery company. Gave me the run around about when my semi and trailer were going to be delivered back to my yard. Called Friday to ask for a date and time they said they couldn’t do it that day that Monday morning at 11am the semi and trailer would be delivered. Monday comes around 11am I’m calling to see where the semi and trailer are. Gives me another run around that all techs are busy. Literally had to call another towing rig company just to get my semi and trailer back out of there. Would not recommend.
I had a really bad day yesterday was stuck for hours but Greg came out and help me out. He was very patient and understanding, couldn't ask for more... such a great guy. Thank you for all the help.
The tow driver was very professional and super helpful. He arrived in a timely matter and did a wonderful job. He towed an 80 foot car carrier fully loaded with no problems.
Warning!!! If you ever try to use this company BE AWARE!
When you call for the services representative gives you terms and condition which one will be changed at the time when you have to pay for the invoice, those terms and conditions magickly changing.
If you was towed that service starts from nearest office its wrong, because it will start when tow truck will be available and the hourly charge will start from that point, so if you estimated that you will pay for the services for two hours its gonna be doubled or even tripled, if you were told that operator will call you with an eta wrong again, operator never ever able to reach driver!
When you try to use this company, make sure you have room to stretch your budget!
If you like to speak with supervisor for overcharge the only one option you get nonreturn call voicemail!
