Very friendly staff, organized layout and it was an efficient visit to the U-pull-&-Pay Aurora site. It was my first time visiting there but I found what I was looking for and though it's a bit of a drive for me I'm looking forward to going back next time I need some parts. They had what I needed!
These folks are Boss! The parts computer system is up-to-date, the yard is super organized and safe as well. The counter crew knows everything and as a bonus, they help you with a smile and sense of humor....the true definition of 'wise guys'. We went back home and made a list of our 2 other, older vehicles and came back to salvage parts for them as well!
I like the yard. There is just one rude very disrespectful young guy working on the desk. I been going here for about 10 years …..there used to be very good people working and they are all gone.
One of the staff harassed my helper and I as soon as he looked at us while we were on our way exiting. Extremely rude and used foul language right away. Everyone else was respectful. Im inclined to believe at least one of us was racially profiled. Any other junkyard in the Denver Metro area is better to go to.
Drove from multiple states away, total waste of time and money. Emailed before we went to try and find out if the hard-to-find parts we needed were even a possiblity. Got told they wouldn't even look, cannot comment on prices as not one part from our extensive list was there. I understand the concept of you pull, but don't go if you're not local. Wasted an entire weekend, gas, travel expenses and entrance due to a lack of customer service.
I have been many times. Being able to sign up so you get notified when a car you're looking for arrives is very helpful. Parts at reasonable prices if you're willing to pull them yourself.
The cashier Kevin is such an outstanding person, he took care of my kid while I went inside to look for the parts I needed, my kid told he me read him a book, gave him a soda, all for the sake of keeping him entertained.
He even performed some magic tricks and taught him a couple like a coin trick and making another pigeon appear out of nowhere.
5/5 would recommend this place.
Kids under 16 do have to remain inside the building or outside with an adult
Dude at the counter was super rude. Couldn't look at me in the eyes as he said the system was down when i asked if he could locate a vehicle for me. Spent 45 mins looking for it.
You do the labor to get the parts off and out, which is fine, no problem... get upnto the counter just to realize, instead of the part you thought were gonna obtain at steeply discounted price will not be the reward for the labor you providedl, but instead would the same price you could get a brand new one off amazon for. Granted most like wont be oem for same price but new nonetheless. Left the part there.on the counter, your welcome but no thanks
Worst customer service of all other locations. Cashier refused to print a list of the cars that I need to work on. Cashier referred me to the screen, which I’m not knowledgeable of, nor its my job to obtain the cars list. Customer service and professionalism is mandatory on such a big corporation. Went to look at the used cars they have and found the 2000 expedition. First Red flag they don’t let you test drive the cars they only let you ride along. The 2000 expedition has a BAD ENGINE with a knock so beware!! These Junk cars got sold to a Junk yard for a reason so don’t expect something reliable from them! They don’t care if the car is good or not they want to sell and make money!
Their Making enough Bank without having to pay a $5,00 entry fee .

Almost everything on the lot already has its engine pulled. Checked 10 corollas and every single one was worthless. Why keep it on the lot. Also by far the nastiest junkyard I've been to, impossible not to walk on piles of car parts that never get cleaned up.
Kevin was awesome. Clean yard and great selection of cars to choose parts from. Got an outstanding deal on a transmission for their Easter promotion. The whole team along with their manager Ruben were super helpful and even at the end of the day were upbeat.
Service was great inside and out. Everyone inside was helpful and pleasant. Outside I even had a person fix a car so I could pull my parts easier. Jake was great.
Found what I came for. Easy to navigate the aisles as they were super clean. Staff was great and smiles everywhere. Jessica was SUPER helpful. Thanks to everyone. Will be back again.
I came in 2 months ago and got a battery and it didn't work and Loretta gave me a replacement that should do the trick to keep my car running. Very friendly good service. Seems like a fun adventure as people go in the "junk yard" for $5 and hunt for parts for their vehicle.
Update - The replacement battery is no great shakes either. Lesson learned, don't buy used batteries as it is not worth the effort. Not their fault, just hit or miss and in my case mostly miss.
This place is NOT organized at all and it is just a complete mess. Worst u pull I’ve ever been to. Plus the pricing is kind of ridiculous for people who don’t have VIP I’m guessing. Cost $3 instead of $2 to get in. I spent nearly $100 on a throttle body and tail light.
Main complaint is how much of a mess this place is. You are literally stepping over trash and parts the whole time bc the people who come here don’t have junkyard etiquette and just destroy things to get to what they want and throw things all over the walk ways. Buried parts in the dirt due to owners never cleaning the place. Kind of crazy and super hazardous. Won’t catch me here again.
Sam was super friendly and helpful not to mention patient with us. Really good day and just made it better! You can tell he cares and wants to help. Jamie was super cool too
The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly, helpful, and professional. I found the parts that I needed in the well-organized lot. They are also very Veteran friendly!
