Get in touch with truck 49, your driver today is driving like a psycho. Forced himself over into a lane and almost caused a collision. The car behind me had to slam on its brakes and then the tow truck is now 1 foot off of my bumper. People like this give tow truck drivers a bad name the worst part of it is he didn’t even need to make the next immediate right so he just did all that to be an asshole. When multiple people are honking at you because you just cut people off and they all had to slam on their brakes I think there’s a problem, professional driver, right?
I was involved in an accident last night and the driver who came to get my vehicle was disrespectful as can be. He told me it would be $310 and hour i just needed him to go about a mile and was telling him where i would need the car to go and he got snappy and said it’s $310 an hour regardless I had no issues with the price I was just trying to tell him my address. After getting to my apartments, he told me it’s was $356, he went about 1 mile I’m not sure how it went up $46 dollars but I did not complain. I was asking if he needed my debit card or just the debit card information, he looked at me and said I just need payment before I leave the parking lot at this point I was irritated and said “do you need my debit card or not?” He then asks why I’m being snappy I don’t say anything I give my card to my brother and then he begins talking to my brother and calling me rude and saying he doesn’t have to do this and says matter of fact does she even have an ID to prove this is her card. I will never use this tow company again and you shouldn’t either.
I was caught up in a bad situation. I had to leave my car behind. Los Amigos towed it back to their storage for me. I'm so glad it was safe with them instead of left out where it could get broken into. Yeah it cost some $ to get it back but they have to put food on their table too. They weren't the reason my car had to be towed, I was. Thank you Los Amigos for keeping my ride safe when I couldn't. You will always have an amigo in me.
Unreliable and so unprofessional. I called at 12 am for a tow and they took me on a run around. They are contracted with the apartment complex I live at where it states 24/7 towing, and when I got connected to the driver he said “so yeah I’m not coming at 1 in the morning to tow one car” and hung up in my face. So rude. I would never recommend this company for service. How do you even stay in business like that, it’s your job!!!!!!
They straight robbed me then put me in jail for two cars I bought from them. They said I stole them. They changed the paperwork into her brother in law's name . But I have mine copies they need to explain in court
.they are thieves
The towed my car after having a medical emergency found my car went to get my stuff out of my car and they straight up stole things of value from my car I would never go here 0-5. Stars your a joke of a company
Just wondering if you think that laws are something that’s not made for you? My dash cam pick you up running the stop signs on B street. You can’t follow the laws how do I know you’re even worth while I’m using.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Just had a driver from this company going about 70mph passing a line of cars that were stopped in the bike lane on the right shoulder because we were waiting at the school zone for kids to walk across the crosswalk at the kids zone at 8am this morning when children are crossing, I'm also reporting this to the CHP...this happened on hwy20 at Hallwood school zoneon 1/16/2020
I wish I could rate them negative. This is the most crooked towing company ever rude and and down right dishonest. Had a truck stolen and CHP had them tow it. Wasn’t even off the tow truck yet when I called to get it. They said I owed almost $400 and they picked it up 20 min away from their yard. When we asked how it could be so much the telephone tuff guy behind the phone hung up on my mom. If you have a choice stay as far away from these crooks as possible.
I called to ask a question about my friends car and the lady yells “I already explained this to him” I DONT GIVE A FUDGE LMFAO I don’t care what you previously answered about this car obviously that’s why I’m calling again they’re charging him $500 for the car being there OVERNIGHT on a weekend so now he can’t get it out. Never ever go through this unprofessional company.
Horrible if you need a tow service do not call them They will rip off your belongs and are not at all professional. (Wonder if their employees and owner are tweakers the way they act) I honestly do not know how they stay in business. C.h.p. always calls them , if your vehichle is to be towed ask to call your own tow service it is cheaper on your pocket and your guaranteed to get all your belongings. Call ramirez towing or Randys towing . They are a honest , reliable and a professional tow service. You wont be dissapointed like with los amigos !! P.s. pic in the post is my brother inlaws vehichle. Just wanted you to see it was los amigos. So you know I have really dealt with them and their shady business, not just ranting to complain for no reason.
Unfortunately my car broke down on highway 70 and I had to get it towed. After calling a couple of other towing companies that were hours out I called Los Amigos and they were able to get to me in about a 1\2 hour. The tow truck driver was super professional and friendly. Hopefully I won't have to get a tow again but if I do I'll call them first.
Asked for a tow. When the driver got here he tried to pick up my car from the back and almost stripped off my front end. He didn't try getting it from the front and drove off.
I called and asked abou my 2001 toy needing a transmission. John was so very helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. Just want to say Thank you for your help
