During a recent move, I misplaced our storage lock which had our keys in it. My husband and I spent hours at the storage facility searching for the keys to no avail. We called for a tow and Mike from WAP arrived within 10 min. When he dropped our vehicle off he said when he turned out of the driveway he noticed something fall from underneath our vehicle. We drove back to the storage facility driveway and sure enough, there was our storage lock and car keys. My husband and I want to thank you very much. You saved us hundreds of dollars from having to call a locksmith and really probably much more than that. We both thank you again.
Absolutely a great company! The driver was super kind and helpful. He did a great job and even pulled the car to the curb more so it was out of the street! He showed us manual handles for neutral and drive! The company even went and got a bigger truck for 1 adult and 3 kids! The wait time was a little long but they did have to go out about 40 minutes to us and they got the bigger truck so it wasn’t a problem at all! Would recommend!
They took my job for the tow through Geico and they were expected to be one hour and 28 minutes. As it turns out, they don’t even have trucks available for three hours after this. So four hours and 30 minutes apparently is what we would’ve had to wait. that’s really rude Inappropriate and unnecessary. Zero professionalism.
Nearly got run off the road by one of the drivers who decided to change lanes, in a turn lane, in an intersection. Doesn't speak highly of their commitment to safety.
