I thought my starter had gone out. I called for a tow and booked a mechanic. JW Towing arrived and immediately diagnosed it as a battery issue, not the starter. They were incredibly helpful, going beyond just towing and asking what I thought the problem was versus charging me and just towing. Thank you.
Jay was so awesome! I was originally going to get one car towed and unfortunately had to get two cars towed and he was very reasonable and understanding and gave me SUCH a great deal that I just could not pass up. Let me start off with, WOW!
My friend's car had an issue and we needed a tow. We called around to a bunch of the local places and they were either busy or extremely over priced and rude. We finally called JW Towing and this guy was upfront, legit, and priced extremely well. He also could get us all the way to our house which was on Beale AFB. Most tow companies around here cant do that or charge a huge fee. If you need your vehicle moved, you need to call JW Towing.
JW Towing worked with me on behalf of the insurance company to assist with lowering storage charges to get a totaled vehicle picked up! I really appreciated their kindness and flexibility as it really helped push the customer's claim along with no issues! Thanks again!
I had a tire blowout on my RV on Highway 20. I didn't have the right tools and ran out of power on my rv batteries and so couldn't swap out the tire with a spare. They were quick to show up, Swap wheels and get me moving again. I appreciated their quick response. In my experience, tow companies take forever to get onsite so I was really impressed with their guick response and thankful for their help.

To put it in very short terms, Jeremiah came to the rescue! Jeremiah, if you're reading this, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Keep doing the good work that you do and know that you helped my partner and I in the time we needed it the most. Not to mention you also gave us one hell of an anniversary memory to remember.
Coming from the Bay and being naïve to snow, we thought we could drive through the bad weather. Of course, we were very wrong and ended up sliding near an edge from an upward incline and off of a steep cliff with no railing. After calling numerous tow companies in the area and telling them of our situation, none were able to come out due to the bad weather, or didn't feel comfortable because they didn't have a four wheel drive. Our hope was straining and by the time we called Jeremiah we were expecting another "no", but instead we were excited to hear a "It'll take me about an hour to get there."
Not only was he punctual with his timing, but he truly went above and beyond with his service from what my partner tells me. The truck was stranded parallel to the road, but due to the ice and snow at the time, one jerk had made the right front and back tire slip and hang off the road from the ice. Thankfully for Jeremiah's quick thinking he had used his two wheel drive and managed to jerk the front left and back left tires in a shimmying maneuver to ease it off the edge since gravity wasn't on our side.
Thanks to his amazing customer service, punctuality, quick thinking, and marvelous vehicle maneuvers we now have our truck back. Would definitely trust him with whatever difficult situation at hand.

If you are military and stationed at Beale this is the company to go with! They are vetted and can get on base without you have to sponsor them in. They are very professional and super quick to respond. My car gave out on me and JW Towing was able to come get me and my car without issues. I am so thankful for them and will make sure to spread the word while I am stationed here!

This guy is great highly recommend!!! I was camping with my motorhome at camp far West, had a flat tire no Jack and of course nobody around I was far away from everybody down by the water contacted Jay and he said no problem and he was there as soon as he could get there very very reasonable! My wife was on her way to UC Davis from Paradise & she had a rear tire blow out & since I wasn't with her I was trying to give directions over the phone in +100 degree weather!!
