I think they need to recalibrate their battery tester my battery was bad and it was still under warranty so I had to buy a new battery when the old one was still under warranty
This place was Clean and good parking. Friendly staff. The manager Miguel was helpful in locating items that I needed and assisted in replacing my windshield blades.
Every employee at this store has been incredibly helpful and communicative, but I want to give special recognition to Randy. He took the time to answer all of my questions and offered valuable advice on the repairs and oil changes I was planning to tackle for the first time.
As a woman, it can sometimes be intimidating walking into automotive shops, but Randy treated me with complete respect and spoke to me like any other customer. He made me feel comfortable and supported, and I left with the confidence to take on the work myself. And guess what?! I did the repair and I am now back in the road. My truck feels brand new!

Not the best at customer service here. When shopping for a headlight bulb I was directed to the section but as a female I needed some help which was ignored. I tried my best to find what would work but left and went to Auro Zone on Sycamore Dt that has top notch customer service! Walked me to the section and showed me what I needed and went to the register and took my payment. Quick easy and painless.
Clean store, helpful staff, and stocked with what I usually need. If I needed to order something, they have received it in a day if it’s available in their local warehouse. Not as much stock choice of low amp circuit breakers as I needed, but were able to get it for me quickly. Always have decent sales on chemicals and cleaners.

Worst customer service from an employee named Alexander for the second time. First visit he decided to tell me where he thought I should and shouldn't park even though I was in a legal parking spot. Guess they are parking inforcement as well. Second visit, I had to return a default switch and didn't say a word just gave me dirty looks. This employee now made my decision on never going back to this store even though it's the closest to my house. Not worth the headache. He most certainly needs customer service training.
If I could give negative stars for customer service I would give negative 5. Employee was lazy and very unhelpful. Autozone is much better to work with.

AUTOZONE FOR EVER BABY!!!!!
I went there for a part tonight, the guys behind the counter acted like they did not want to be bothered. I asked for a heaterhose quick disconnect. Guy told me the isle. I asked if he could show me. He said they were ALL universal. He acted very bothered to go back there with me. I asked him for a part number he got mad again. Looked it up yelling at me across the store. Gave me three different part numbers.
Guess what?!?! Wrong fing part.
I will go back and return all of the stuff I purchased. Walk right back out of the door and NEVER EVER RETURN TO ANY ORIELLYS.

It's O'Reilly. What more can I say? Go here if you aren't a fan of AutoZone. Or go to both. See if I care.
Seriously though, I do prefer it over AutoZone because it is generally faster. The people behind the counter are also usually knowledgeable and cam help get the stuff you need or help with miscellaneous tasks or putting things together.
Pricing is in line with every other auto store.
Best thing about this place is that the parking lot is huge and typically pretty empty, so if you need to do a quick roadside repair, this is the place to do it.
I would say the store could be cleaner, but if that's the kind of thing you're worried about, well then you should reconsider doing your own work altogether. Just drive on down to the Jiffy Pop and have them fill you up with almost all the oil you need.
This is by far the most intelligent and helpful staff of any O'Reilly's I have ever been too in my years of vehicle repair and modification they have always done their best in finding and ordering the parts I'm looking for!
