I had an excellent experience at Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and want to acknowledge Daniel and VJ for their professionalism. From start to finish, they took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find something comfortable and reliable, without pressure.
What stood out most was the level of customer service. The experience felt respectful, transparent, and genuinely customer focused. Daniel was patient and attentive, and VJ ensured everything on the finance side was clearly explained.

Made an appointment online for a possible thermostat change for my Wrangler. Got an email and later, a text message confirming the appointment.. which was a1.5 weeks from the day I made the appt.
Got there and the service rep said that they have a lot of cars.. and that they won’t be able to take a look at my vehicle until 2 - 3 days. I asked.. then what was the appointment for then? He said, so that you can bring your vehicle here.
I feel like if the dealer accepted your appointment.. then they should honor it. At least diagnose the issue that day. If it needs repair and they stated that it won’t be done until 2-3 days because of backlog, I would’ve been okay with it.

The finance guy was horrible. He’s tall I forgot his name. The GM VJ and the two sales guys Wesley and Daniel was great. If it wasn’t for those two I would have ripped this dealer apart. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m very disappointed at the level of professionalism by the finance guy.

Super disappointed. Brought my jeep with only 70k for an oil change. Got it back and it was leaking oil. I brought it back and they said it was the seal between the oil filter and the oil cooler. There is well documented issue that when you over tighten the filter it causes this exact problem. The dealership of course is saying that's not what happened but there was no leak when I brought it and there was a leak when they returned it.
I have a warranty and I told them i dont have any problem with them running the repair through the warranty to get their work compensated. However, I did have the Jeep serviced just prior to returning my lease so that I would have a car to drive daily. I asked for a rental car 3 different times since dropping it off 56 days ago, since they are the cause of my not having my car, for a time period that they can not tell me how long it will be. They said they dont have rentals and they wont be doing that for me but they will waive my deductible for the warranty, $100. Well that isn't really enough to cover a rental for two days much less the over a week that it will certainly be with the holiday.
I've heard bad things about the service at our local Jeep but it's just an oil change. I figured thats stuff that even jiffy lube can handle. What a mistake. I have the lifetime warranty because I am a lifetime Jeep owner and driver all of my adult life...which is many many years. I dont feel like i was asking for too much to request a rental while they fix what they broke. I wont be back and recommend you, the reader, consider other options.Dec 24, 2025 -

Today I called to schedule service for my 2022 Jeep Compass. It fogs up a lot when it's cold or on rainy days, like in the past couple of days. The defroster only puts out maximum SUPER HOT air. If you turn it off , because it gets super hot , the windows fog up again. I had brought the issue to their attention when I took it in for a recall and they just said, TRY USING THE A C. They didn't care. No service was provided for this only for the recall (MIND YOU IT WAS UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AT THE TIME ANNDDD I HAVE THE EXTENDED DEALERSHIPS WARRANTY TILL 2028). Today I was told that I may have to leave my car with them for up to a week JUST TO GET A DIAGNOSIS. And then I would have to schedule another appointment to get it fixed, and it may take a while. I asked to speak to a manager because this made no sense. I cannot go without a car for a whole week just to get a diagnosis without any work being done to it. The guy I spoke with said, " we're a small dealership and are very backed up". Yes, such a small dealership that I heard the service Techs don't even know how to change tires. THEY DIDN'T PUT THE BOLTS PROPERLY ON A JEEP WRANGLER AND THE MOM THAT DROVE OFF THE LOT THINKING HER JEEP HAD NEW TIRES HAD A HUGE SURPRISE AS ONE OF THE TIRES DISMOUNTED OFF THE CAR (LUCKILY SHE WAS OK AND THE DEALERSHIP PAID FOR THE CAR IN FULL, AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BECAUSE SOMETHING WORST COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO HER). SO MY QUESTION IS, WHEN IS THIS SO-CALLED MANAGER PETER GOING TO CALL ME, OR IS IT GOING TO TAKE, ME GETTING INTO A CAR ACCIDENT DURING A RAINY DAY DUE TO THE ISSUE WITH THE DEFROSTER IN ORDER TO GET THE DEALERSHIP'S ATTENTION?

Very disappointed with this dealer and mostly with their salespeople, Alan and Wesley and the purchase of my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe. Wesley the salesperson and Alan the manager were very dishonest with this transaction. They never disclosed to me anything about some additional charges they added to the contract. When I reviewed the contract, the following day, I found out they added an insurance and a tracking service that I would have declined if I had been informed. These charges added to my loan $4350.00 + $2999. If I had not read the contract fully, I would have never even known about these added charges nor ever used them as I was not aware of them. Please be aware of this dealer, their shadiness and scams. I definitely don't recommend doing business with these persons/dealer.

Leased a Jeep from Simi Valley dealership this past weekend. Had Daniel as our sales rep. We are extremely happy with our purchase. The entire experience was easy and all with the help of Daniel. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He made the process quick and simple. He made us feel at ease, had a few great conversations about past Jeep vehicles we owned. Daniel is very well informed of all types of vehicles. He made sure that we were able to get the exact color that we wanted and he included it in the special promotion that they are currently running. Daniel is really the one to go see if there is a specific color and model you are looking for. I am unsure if any other sales rep could have gotten us the car we wanted and stay within our budget. Better to be safe and schedule the appointment with Daniel Nadalet, like we did, to make sure your satisfied at the end of the day with the dream car your looking for.

Horrible I dropped off my Dodge Ram TRX with only 7,306 miles on it because it wouldn’t start. What followed was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The dealership kept my truck for an entire month and still couldn’t fix the problem.
I had to call and follow up every single week because they clearly do not care about their customers. Randy was my assigned service advisor, and every week there was a new excuse: the service techs were out sick, Randy himself was out, or some other delay. After a month of this, I finally requested to pick up my truck even though nothing was resolved.
Randy initially apologized and promised my vehicle would be ready at 8am on a Monday. That turned into 10am, then 3pm, and finally 5pm. When I arrived at 5, Randy wasn’t even there. The manager, Peter, then told me the vehicle had to stay yet another night. After all that, they had the audacity to try and charge me $478 for labor—for dismantling my truck and failing to fix it.
To add insult to injury, I had to pay $240 out of pocket to have the truck towed to the Van Nuys dealership myself.
This dealership wasted a month of my time, strung me along with excuses, provided no solutions, and then tried to bill me for their incompetence. Totally unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM if you value your time, money, or sanity.Sep 30, 2025 -
Truly could not have had a better experience. Wesley and Alan were fantastic, they worked with us and our numbers and made this process enjoyable. Now… DEBBI CLARKE! This woman made my entire week. The most happy, kind, genuine person, I would come here just to be in her presence - energy was unbeatable. All around 10/10 experience if you are looking to get a new car GET IT HERE!!!!

I visited simi valley jeep on a Sunday afternoon shopping for a wrangler. I walked in with the intention of buying a used jeep that they had on lot . Right off the bat i was greeted with respect by manager of sales and then escorted to Jefferey who was our salesmen he let us test drive the used jeep and answered all of our questions . We went inside talked things out with the amazing g financing manager Alan who was so kind and patient and just before signing on the used vehicle we thought why don’t we just check out the brand new 2025 model they were so kind again to so show us numbers for that model and to add in the perk of the ev tax credits that are ending at the end of September but the point of this review is to say i didn’t feel like i was being sold on a vehicle i was being supported and understood on what I want and they perfectly met what i needed . They made sure I got the best deal and I have bought a few cars in my life and they have always been an awful experience where i never want to return . Signing the paper was a breeze with the amazing Debbi who is so sweet and took such great care . To add I had a jeep a couple years back and it was the best car i have owned and this jeep is new and improved and I’m absolutely in love with it . I came in a couple of weeks ago looking for a new 2026 RAM with the new HEMI and was introduced to Daniel. HOLY CRAP! Is there something this guy doesn’t know about his trucks. I ask on towing, payload, features, I even tried to stump him and couldn’t. He took my number and shared his contact card, and has kept his promise of staying in touch without harassing me like every other, knowledge-lacking salesman I have ever come across. Simi Valley RAM, you have a real asset here with Daniel.
To the world out there looking for a new vehicle you need to come see Daniel. Knowledgable, patient, actually listens, and doesn’t ask you every two minutes if you’re looking to buy today. I recently purchased a used Jeep from this dealership and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I have not even made my third payment, yet the vehicle already requires $4,500 worth of repairs due to the “wobble” issue. This raises serious concerns about the dealership’s inspection process and the quality of the vehicles they are reselling.
I trusted that I was purchasing a reliable vehicle, but instead I’ve been left with unexpected expenses and frustration. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership, as I believe they are not transparent about the true condition of the vehicles they sell.Sep 10, 2025 -
My salesman was a good guy (Daniel) and took care of getting things accomplished. Although he was helpful and did as much as he could. It is the GM.(The general manager) Who is the reason I am giving them one star. He lied to me multiple times and then denied lying to me. He told me he couldn’t take off the price for a tracking feature that was already installed in the vehicle. Three weeks later when I came in to get my second key in which he told me would take One week, at that three week mark, they installed the tracking feature that he would not take off the bill.

I reached out to Simi Valley CDJR asking info on a vehicle if it was still in there stock inventory. It was a great experience working with Jeff and his team. Jeff was very helpful. An appointment was set the same day to test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival Jeff was already set with the car to test drive and walk us throughout the whole purchasing process along with his team. I went to the dealership thinking I was just looking at Jeep for a quick visit but things changed drastically. Recently, I had been checking out this one Rubicon online and decided to check it out in person. After driving into the lot I immediately went to the Jeep Rubicon, the one I liked and then proceeded to check out the inside and exterior. Instantly I realized it was the one. The condition and well kept interior was what caught my eye along with the mechanical aspects of the suv. Long story short I went inside business and was greeted by Jeff, followed by Ignacio, Sergio and Alan. They helped me with getting into my new car and I just wanted to say thank you to the whole team for staying late and helping me get the car I really wanted. Thank you so much you guys. If anyone needs help with any car, new or used I would definitely come here. Again, thank you so much team and Debbie. For every one else that helped out too I really do appreciate it all. Thank you. Initially this started with a call to Daniel to schedule an appointment to see a vehicle I was interested in buying. When arriving, the Jeep was not ready to even test drive which was disappointing as we had driven 2 hours to get there. Thankfully Dylan and VJ came to the rescue and helped us in the best possible way. They were so patient and made sure that we were satisfied with both the Jeep and the price. Also, Debbie is truly an exceptional help when it comes down to the finance! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And a huge shoutout to Dylan for being a trooper and delivering the car so we wouldn’t have to make the 2 hr drive again.

I have experienced and still experience issues with my 2024 jeep grand Cherokee.
I have called several times to the dealership letting know that my car making noises when I make a left or right and also when I press the brakes.
It is super disappointing to have a new car that drive only 7400 miles, and have all those issues.
The service manager Demeter or Peter just offered that I’ll bring the car but he won’t be able to give me a loaner car/ rental for the time frame that it’s been inspected.
I explained him that this is the only way for me to get to work and he offered that I’ll rent a car by myself and try to be reimbursed by jeep.
I explained him that I leased the car through them and I except him to take care of me, but his answer was that he can’t.
DO NOT go to that dealership!!!!!
It’s the worst customer service that you can expect!!!!
I came on Saturday morning before they even open the door to solve the problem but they have refused .

The finance team did a great job of getting me into my new truck and driving home. They even filled my tank, now that's great service if you ask me.

My experience didn’t start off as smooth, things can be misinterpreted over text. Glad I went in person to talk over the deal. I was in n out in 3 hours. Super happy with my experience and my new Jeep. I worked with Alan and Jeffrey on the deal. One thing I would have changed tho. The jeep should be charging while the customer is in finance and signing papers. It had 1% charge when I left the lot. And shoutout to Debbie, she was funny and made finance a great experience.

Update: Vehicle turned off suddenly while I was parking it in reverse. Check engine light came on and error says (service charging system) - picture attached. Took it to a different dealer and they said it needs to be diagnosed and I have to leave the vehicle for a week, and they do not cover rental.
1. Sold me a brand new '24 Wrangler 4xe that had rodent's nest full of dry leaves which left a strong piss smell in the compartment next to the battery. The only cleaning they did when I took the vehicle back to them was just blowing the leaves out.
2. Vehicle was having misfires and stalling issues with less than 500 miles on it. Check engine light was also flashing when it happened. Dealer kept the vehicle for diagnoses, since they couldn't reproduce the issue, they handed it back to me saying everything was fine.
3. During the time vehicle was kept at the dealership, they did not even provide me with a rental. Their excuse was "we don't have any rentals at the moment." Didn't even provide me with the alternative for transportation.
4. Hood silencer was chewed by rodents, ordered by "Mario", the service manager, 2 months ago and still have not received it. They keep telling me I would receive call back but they never do.
Buying a Jeep was supposed to be exciting, but Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has made it a nightmare for me. THE WORST customer service. I regret making the purchase from them. Stay away from them if possible, all they want is to sell you something and have zero empathy afterwards.Oct 12, 2024
