I have an old Honda and John (as well as Gina and Jr.) have been more than helpful in sourcing parts for the small repair job I have for the car. The car is old enough to be called a "classic" and parts for it are not easy to find under any circumstances. Straightforward and pleasant to work with, I will return to them for further assistance on items for the car I hadn't even thought about wanting!
Relative died and we needed two very old cars towed right away. No registration or keys and we are in another state. John got the cars out of there in one day and for a reasonable price well ahead of our deadline. Nice folks to do business with. Thanks John!
Guy at front desk is very respectful and he helped me get a specialty part that auto zone did not sell. I highly recommend if you need a part and don't want to remove it yourself
I called looking to sell my car and the customer service was immediately poor. The guy who picked up my phone sounded like he was having the worst day of his life, and the moment I answered his question transferred me without warning. The next guy I spoke to was much better, but he was a little snappy while we were speaking and he paused suddenly to speak with coworkers.
Called to ask for a part, whoever answered wasn’t willing to help or at least try to, ridiculous. Definitely not buying from them nor recommending to anyone, unprofessional establishment.
Tried to take car computer that was purchachased for 125.00 back. The first employee at the front stated it was too long since purchase. There was no mention on the receipt or anywhere in their main lobby that states their return policy. They would not give me credit for the purchase for any other part. The manager came out and started looking for the sign that said no returns on computers and even he couldn't find it. I think its BS they can just come up with a rule out of no where. They didn't even try to work with me. Seemed like I was hassling them as soon as I walked in. There customer service sucks. Whatever happened to doing good business.

I had to get an old/broke down car towed. They were able to do it the same day I called. I would recommend John & his crew anytime.
They sold me the wrong part. Would not return my money, said I could swap it out for what inventory they have on hand but could not transfer from another yard.
i called really rude.. couldn't give me no information. They said my car was to old and clicked. Its suppose to be a YUNKYARD not a car dealer. Wouldn't recommend this junk yard at all. i was trying to get information and all i got is "no we cant take your car, is to old" and that was it.
I bought a used engine from Tri County and it was the right one and it worked great. I was able to buy it used for really good price. Saved me a lot of money!
These guys are awesome and extremely fair with pricing and service. I run an auto body shop about 50 miles away from these guys and they always deliver parts to me on time and correct. John and Ron really know their stuff and are always willing to help out in any way they can. If they don't have a part we are looking for they will even find it from another place and have it shipped. Cant say enough good things about these guys
