Disgraceful is the best word to describe the practices of this business. This comes from not only my personal experience, but of other others that I know who have been affected by Airport Towing. The predatory practices of this company take advantage of Individuals who are financially challenged. This leads to the loss of vehicles which at many times are peoples homes. The loss of vehicle equals a sale for airport towing. The tow fees are typically astronomical, and the average person is unable to recover their vehicle/home. I understand it’s all business, but when a company engages in such predatory practices such as Airport Towing, it can only be described as disgraceful. Zero stars should be an option. One can only pray that they find a glimmer of humanity someday in their business practices. Not to mention incredibly rude and unfriendly when you do pay the excessive fees.
No idea about your towing, but your tow drivers can’t drive. Got cut off by a massive truck that almost cause an accident. No signal or anything. Took quick photo of truck attached.
Had a horrible experience with Airport Towing. My car got towed into their yard on Saturday night and my personal belongings stayed in the car. My Apple Watch’s location was last detected at their yard. Once I got my car back, I looked through my car and wasn’t able to find my watch. We went back to the office to ask for it with proof that it was last seen at their location and their office manager was very rude. I lost my Apple Watch and sunglasses during this experience. I don’t recommend Airport Towing because you could lose your personal belongings and not get them back.
Had a Friendly dispatcher, the driver on the other hand, my lord so confrontational, just gave judgemental looks the whole time and made many unnecessary snappy comments towards me for no reason, drove very rough and sped a lot, also honked at some cars for no reason, like sorry it's not my fault you don't like your job. Never using them again.
Really nice staff on a rainy and busy Monday. Got into a traffic collision and went over to take pics and try to get some personal items out of the car and they were very helpful.
Yeah they can charge a lot I guess but when you realize the work they have to do I think they're being more than fair.
Answered right away got a quote in seconds and tow truck arrived quickly I waited over and hour trying to find one. the 24hrs didn't answered or gave a high price for the distance I was really happy I found this company a life saver!
“On Saturday May 8th 2021, I got into my car and it would not start. I called the nearest town truck company and within minutes Rosie noticed that I was freaken out she reassured me that help was on the way in mins Joe was there. He checked my car and found out that the batte crossedry had dead cells. He clearly explained to me that I needed a new battery. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional about his job. I want to let you know that Joe not only did an excellent job, he also represented Airport Towning with highest regards. People like him are a great asset to any company. these people are rude especially to Hispanic decent ive notice it more then once ive had family and firends who've gotten their car towed and everytime time ive witnessed attitude no smile just old men looking at you like they hate there job ...

We live downtown and park downtown. The city usually sends residents a notice about parking restrictions. The notice talked about street closures but neglected to inform residents the portion of the free public parking they use, would become No Parking spaces for the 4th of July!!! Since his car was not driven for a few days, we were unaware that the parking had changed to restricted event parking. My boyfriend's car was towed!!
We explained this to the owner at Airport Towi ng and he offered a $40 discounted bill. I explained that tbe $300 tow charge would mean he would lose his home! That the $300 tow meant the loss of his home and 3 people, (not myself,) would be out in the street homeless! (One person is dying of cancer.)

A shady outfit that lost their contract with AAA. Subpar customer service and limited communication and interpersonal skills. They contract with shady property management companies like Spectrum of Ventura and illegally tow from private property. Beware doing any business with them, you'd be better off towing your car yourself with a bunch of belts knotted together. Get yourself a AAA approved service.
We had our vehicle towed tonight and received professional, friendly and fast service. Anthony was our driver and we couldn't have asked for better service, he also went above and beyond the call of duty to insure the ground gear on our car was not damaged. Thank you Anthony!
Got towed over the weekend so I understand the limited staff and wait times. But the dude who had the duty phone, Oliver. Who couldn't have been more incompetent and it's not over the frustration of getting towed, he was just the worst and is needing a more simpler tasking there or elsewhere. In fact the only good experience was dealing with the driver who had to come in but then I felt bad for him for having to deal with that Oliver all the time. And the business is due for a new sign out front, since there isn't one. Just saying..
Wow! These guys are awesome! I don't do these reviews but I had to with Airport Towing! Joe was friendly and very knowledgeable! So much in fact; I didn't even need my van towed! He fixed it right there! I recommend Airport Towing for great service!

My fiancé and I accidentally locked our keys in our car at the beach in Point Mugu State Park today (off PCH just south of the Ventura County Naval Base). John, from Airport Towing, arrived to the beach about 30-40 minutes after a Ventura County Sherriff was kind enough to call in our dilemma. John was into the car and had us on our way in about 5 minutes. We're AAA customers and John gave us AAA+ service.
My Toyota 4runner literally died last Sunday, in Oxnard, on my way home from a peaceful retreat, 80 plus miles from home. AAA/Airport Towing sent Will V., a very friendly, professional technician, who analyzed/assessed the problem and changed a weak battery. The electrical system still was not functioning properly. Will assured us he or someone from Airport Towing would get my car and my friend and me home to my repair company. Gratefully, Will waited with us and helped the next technician, Anthony, get my car on a flatbed transport vehicle. Anthony was also very kind and professional and safely got my car and us back home. I want to thank Will V and Anthony for helping us have a peaceful, though circuitous end, to our retreat experience. They both deserve praise for their hard work and professionalism.
Great service! Called AAA and these guys showed up 10 minutes later and got into my car (my keys were locked in). I usually dont write reviews, but this was some of the fastest and easiest service I have experienced!
We were stuck in Ventura Friday night with a busted tire. Help came in twenty minutes. Jay who helped us back to Thousand Oaks was as professional and helpful as one can wish. He has a wonderful people pleasing personality.

Had a flat tire. Customer Service was fast, polite and the technician that came out was very nice, very helpful, and fast. I didn't have to wait a long time for him to get to where I was stranded. Awesome worker.
I needed to have my 1999 BMW hauled from my office to the repair shop across town. AAA sent Airport Towing to me, and it was so hassle free. Within a couple minutes of my request to AAA, I received an automated call saying the towing company would be here within the half-hour. Not even 10 minutes later, Anthony from Airport Towing, called to get directions on where the car was sitting, and 5 minutes later he was there. He was very fast, efficient, kind, and dropped my car off to the shop for me.
