Payless Towing JunkYard in Oxnard (CA)

My car was in an accident and Payless Towing was called out, our driver was friendly, officer staff were nice, the owner helped me, they were great, and they even referred me to a great body shop! We will use Payless for all of our regular towing needs, if ever needed again! I would definitely recommend them before you call anyone else!

my partner got his car towed and when we came to speak to them about the next steps, they were so understanding of the situation. we appreciated the attention and care in releasing the car over and getting what we needed done in a timely manner. 10/10 would give them my business again!

Gregorio picked me and my Jeep up today and took us to the dealership. Gregorio was so nice and so personable that it made it a good experience. No one likes the long waits for a tow truck but it’s not the tow truck drivers fault… the guy who showed up to help me was fantastic. Thank you. David, their driver, fried the transmission in my 2018 Audi A4 when taking it to a repair shop for a flat tire. Their wonderful receptionist, whatever her name was cause she refused to give it to me, hung up on me and blocked my phone number so that they wouldn't have to deal with my complaint. When I finally got to speak to both of them, she wouldn't be quiet and let the driver speak for himself because she knew he would be caught in a lie, which they were. The receptionist told me the MECHANIC put my car in the bay, which never happened as the car never even made it to the bay. After talking to the driver, the driver admitted to struggling to get my car off the truck and then parked it in a spot in the front and told no one anything. After the repair shop went to put my car in the bay, they discovered every single light on my dash and my car wouldn't move. They then called me and I went to confirm that David had in fact killed my vehicle. Their lovely receptionist continued to try to lie stating her driver was never in the vehicle despite having admitted to it and having been caught on camera footage, which I did see :) thanks Payless towing, your name says so much about your business! If you wanna go from a small repair to needing a new vehicle entirely, be sure to give Payless towing a call and ask for David :)

It was the most awful experience I've gone thru in a while. They are very u assistive and down right mean especially for having a disability it seemed like they wanted to help less. I hope you are never in a position where you need to use them and if you are, sucks to be you.

About 3 weeks ago I got a flat tire on the 101 while on my way home. It was raining that night and it was rush hour. Raymond from Payless Towing arrived within 30 minutes of my call! He was extremely polite and efficient. Even though it was raining while he swapped out my tire, he made sure to do a wonderful job and was very great at letting me know where everything was placed once he was done. I would highly recommend using Payless Towing, especially Raymond!

I was very happy with this service.The gentleman Gregorio was helpful. Reasonable prices.I have used black on black towing in the past and it was garbage ,they were unable to do the job and still charged me .
