They were the only ones who could provide what I needed. Had a random car parked in my driveway. No other tow company would handle it and the cops were no help. Gregorio came in 15 minutes, verified everything needed and got it off my property. He was super professional and understanding with a great attitude. 10/10

This place over charges to the max, our car was taken for one night and they charged us over 400dollars for one single night, when asked about their prices the lady working at the office got mad and said if you don't want it then leave it here but you still have to pay me. Didn't even allowed me to go inside their office she said I'm a gang member and she couldn't let me in cause of her security. Worst place ever. Never been more disrespected or racially profiled in my life
Yesterday, my steering wheel locked and I truly felt overwhelmed and helpless. I called for a tow, expecting the worst but when the driver arrived, everything changed. His name was Ramon leal With such calm, kindness, and patience, he helped me unlock it on the spot. We didn’t even need the tow. What could’ve been a stressful, scary moment turned into something beautiful. I honestly believe he was my guardian angel that day. I’ll never forget how safe and supported I felt. I’m really selective on who I trust handling my car. From the first phone call for a quote, to the second I couldn’t see my car anymore, I knew my car was in good hands. Customer service was great, the wait time was very quick. The tow truck driver was friendly, and knowledgeable as well. Worst company ever!!! My insurance hired this company to help me on the side of the road. After an hour and half they never showed up. I contacted them and they told me they canceled helping me. They never tried to contact me and left me sitting on the side of the road.

Truck broke down and needed to get it to a shop fast. Called a few places and Payless was significantly less expensive than the others. Tow driver came picked up the truck and got me to the mechanic in a timely fashion. Highly recommended and would do business with them again.
My car broke down I had called multiple towing companies and none with the great prices like Payless !!! I was soo scared my car getting damaged since it was new ! They really took care of my car ! Highly recommend Payless. David assisted me and he was great. I only usually post reviews when I have a bad experience. David's customer service was awesome that I had to post this review. My insurance company lagged trying to find me a tow. After waiting for over an hour I decided to research my own tow company. That's when I came across Payless. They got to me in less than 15 minutes and charged a reasonable price. I rode in the truck with David who had a great attitude and was happy to accommodate my vehicle requests. Before looking anywhere else make that call to Payless and request David as your driver; although, I'm sure all of their drivers will be as cool as he was.
