Scott saved me today! He was so patient and kind while assisting me. My car has very tinted windows and became difficult to get the door unlock but he didn’t give up and got me right in! Thank you so much Scott!!!
The company itself I would give negative stars if possible. Car Broke down in a not so good area at 2am. Called AAA and they said driver would be in route. Waited over 2 hours and no tow ever showed up. Cancelled the tow got a ride home finally and decided to try again the next day. Called AAA again and had a tow come out. Once again it was Oxnard tow company. Finally got a tow and the operator Arturo was awesome. If it wasn't for him this company would be getting negative starts from me. Thank you for excellent customer service Arturo!!!
Was getting ready for a trip to big bear when boom. Car did not start. Called TRIPLE A and lucky enough I landed Scott. He arrived right on time. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly and gave me tons of valuable knowledge on how batteries work and some preventative measure to take to make my batteries last longer. Scott alone makes the triple A membership worth more than the annual price. I look forward to his assistance in the future.

Had my car towed yesterday, 23 December from the Oxnard plane to my home in Hueneme. Julio was the truck driver (Trk 101) even though he was very nice, he parked my car so badly that I received a ticket and it was threatened to be towed. I know it was dark, but he had lights on the back of his truck and he still couldn’t park it straight in the space available. I was kind of disappointed since you consider yourselves, professional tow truck operators..
Scott provided BEYOND EXCELLENT service. He was thorough and efficient at helping with my tire and taking the time to help explain how to troubleshoot my spare tire for future reference. I am extremely grateful Scott was there to help !
Joshua, from Oxnard Tow Services inc. did a wonderful job towing my girlfriend and I's car from Point Mugu Rock after our ignition cylinder seized up. But that is not all. He lifted our spirits, and had our back during a dispute with Triple A. And while on our drive back, we had forgotten all about our car troubles, as we all conversed as though we were friends who were catching up after a long long while. I needed help towing my car & Sonny was so amazing! Super nice and very knowledgeable on how to get the job done. My car needed to go in a tight spot and Sonny made it happen. Without getting into details of what a rough day we had Sonny came in with a calm and friendly attitude and reassured me that he was going to get my car where it needed to be. Thank you Sonny!
I have AAA and unfortunately, I was serviced by one of their drivers for a battery. The driver's name is Isaac when he came to check on my vehicle. He asked if my vehicle has been sitting in the garage for a while and my vehicle has been sitting in the garage for a while since 2024, however, when he checked the battery, there was a green light for the battery status. Which means batteries health was fine, but the gentleman did not mention any of that to me (big red flag) and didn't try to jump start my vehicle (2nd red flag) and proceeded to just tell me I needed to get the battery replaced. I didn't feel confident with his solution, so I called dispatch again, and I wanted someone else to service my vehicle, but unfortunately, they wanted me to reconnect with the gentleman. The gentleman himself admitted on the phone that he did not jumpstart my car because he said he doesn't feel that it was safe for the vehicle, but his solution at the time was to replace the battery. So when I was talking to him on the phone, he said that yes I needed to replace thebattery, but then he also said I would need my vehicle towed which he did not mention at the time he said I needed to replace my battery. He said he was just gonna replace my battery and that's it, which doesn't technically solve the problem of getting my vehicle to turn on. He proceeded to say "he's done" and didn't wanna talk any more (on the phone).
This is the incident summary Around 11 AM 1. Driver arrives asks how long my car has been sitting. 2. Uses battery status checker. 3. Doesn't jump start or try to start vehicle 4. Ask if I have receipts for my battery with AAA for warranty reasons 5. Says my vehicle needs a new battery because my vehicle has been sitting in the garage. 6. I decline the battery replacement
Around 3PM 7. Reconnected with AAA they sent Tom from Oxnard Tow Services (yes same company different person) And he gave me a jump because I asked. Didn't need a new battery. Thanks Tom
Be cautious, ask questions people will scam you, if you let them.
My truck was overheating and wouldn't start, I got stranded late at night coming home from work and was blessed with quick and amazing service from Junior A. He was very friendly and respectful. I've had bad experience with Oxnard Towing Before but this technician has restored that.. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Hands down amazing service.
Scott is the most friendly and helpful AAA service person I’ve ever encountered! He knew exactly what to do and replaced my battery with excellence and skill! If I ever have issues in the future, I hope I get him again!!!
I called this in and received a text update for approximate arrival time. Love the text updates and when they were on their way I could even see the GPS location. Scott showed up and was very friendly and helpful. I had a battery issue. He tested it and confirmed I needed a new battery. He tested the new one before installation and got my car up and running. Everything was super easy and took less than an hour from the time of making the call to arrival and getting the issue fixed! Great service and a happy customer!
Scott promptly called to inform me that he was on the way. After troubleshooting the problem, Scott provided a detailed synopsis in the situation so that I can decide on further actions. The battery was changed immediately. Completely satisfied with his professionalism and candor! OUTSTANDING quality service!!
Scott arrived much earlier than expected. After I was texted it would be an hour, he showed up in about 10 min. He was polite, informative & worked in a timely manner. I am fully vaccinated (with booster), so it didn’t bother me that he did not wear a mask. I realize it’s hard to work with one on. But if it bothers you, you need to request that he puts one on before arriving.
