My truck was overheating and wouldn't start, I got stranded late at night coming home from work and was blessed with quick and amazing service from Junior A. He was very friendly and respectful. I've had bad experience with Oxnard Towing Before but this technician has restored that.. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Hands down amazing service.
I requested for a battery jump through AAA app due to low battery message on car dashboard. Technician Will A. (Badge Number: 143210) from Oxnard Tow Services Inc. arrived and attempted to jump my car from battery under the hood and as well as batteries in the trunk. After no luck, technician Will A. watched YouTube videos and called a colleague to try to figure out how to jump my car due to no knowledge of how to jump a hybrid car. After multiple failed attempts the warning no longer said low battery and flashed a hybrid system malfunction please call dealership warning on the dashboard. Technician Will A. recommended to leave car overnight and same technician towed my car to Ventura Toyota the next morning. After Ventura Toyota inspected my car all day, they came to the conclusion that due to the technician reverse jumping my battery that my integration relay system and battery were damaged and needed to be replaced. They caused $2221.14 in damages. NEVER use Oxnard Tow Services Inc. through AAA or directly unless you want an unexperienced technician to damage your car. I wish I could give ZERO stars.
I recently had an issue with my car not starting and reached out to Triple A for assistance. They connected me with Scott from Oxnard Tow Services. Scott was incredibly responsive and helpful, arriving very quickly. I felt confident in his abilities and he did not disappoint. I highly recommend Scott and Oxnard Tow Services for their excellent service. I will definitely turn to them again if I need assistance in the future.
Scott is the most friendly and helpful AAA service person I’ve ever encountered! He knew exactly what to do and replaced my battery with excellence and skill! If I ever have issues in the future, I hope I get him again!!!

I called this in and received a text update for approximate arrival time. Love the text updates and when they were on their way I could even see the GPS location. Scott showed up and was very friendly and helpful. I had a battery issue. He tested it and confirmed I needed a new battery. He tested the new one before installation and got my car up and running. Everything was super easy and took less than an hour from the time of making the call to arrival and getting the issue fixed! Great service and a happy customer!

I noticed my car had tires that needed air. One was almost flat, so I called AAA Insurance to send someone to put air in my car's tires. Scott called me to let me know he was on his way. Scott arrived at my house and right away he looked at the problem and fixed it. He went one step further and checked the battery in the car. The battery was not charged and Scott told me that I needed to replace the battery. He told me where I could purchase the battery. Scott was very professional and fixed the problem with a smile he was fast and with a awesome attitude. When he left I was a satisfied and happy customer.
Called in for a dead battery and Scott was there within 15 minutes. Extremely happy with his customer service and attention to detail. Scott found a loose connection and had us back on the road in no time. Great Job Scott!! Thanks again

Scott W. was my technician & he was fantastic! The ETA was 45 minutes but he was there at least 20 minutes earlier than that. He was in my car in about 3 minutes; I appreciated that as the wind had a bite to it.

Scott was such a blessing. I was having a day from hell, dead battery was the last straw. He was very patient, and listened about my take on the behavior of the car. Smiled and just got busy, testing battery and alternator. I ended up getting a new battery. He was very amazing at his job and he is definitely a very valuable employee.
Within minutes of my request to service a dead battery, a technician showed up Named Scott. He was professional and friendly, and had my car running within a matter of minutes. I had to buy a new battery because mine wouldn’t hold a charge, but other than the pain of purchase, it was A good experience.

Scott was awesome! I needed my car battery replaced and he not only did that but let me know about a few things in my car that will need attention in the near future. When I told him I was going on a cross country trip he also made some very helpful suggestions on extra fluids and supplies my car may need during the long drive. I am fully vaccinated (with booster), so it didn’t bother me that he did not wear a mask. I realize it’s hard to work with one on. But if it bothers you, you need to request that he puts one on before arriving.
