Worse service ever went inside to ask for help on checking a code on my car as I was waiting over 30 min and see no customers inside the worker inside was just looking at me like told myself are u gonna help me and nothing I left never going back there again
The team was inaccurate to tell me on (2) different calls that they had a Toyota oil filter only to send my wife on 10 miles drive there and back on Sunday and learn they did not have it and sold her the wrong part ! Don’t use them!
O'Reilly's is in my cool book.... Prefer this place than Auto Zone. They've come thru for me when it was crunch time even when I had to go thru 7 starters for my ride 😁
Julian and Bond helped me so much. I was having trouble on my way down from bakersfield. Im a young female and they made sure I was safe and had all the tools I needed. Even stayed open an extra 5 minutes so I could finish the work on my car to get home safely. Absolutely phenomenal employees! I appreciate them both so much! Thanks guys!
Went online and made an order at @ 9 am. Response is, parts will be ready by 12:30 that afternoon, please wait for conformation before going to store. Go to the store at 5:30, "is my order ready?"....ummmm lemee check, uh yeah. I get the stuff......
Really poor customer service, but it's an auto parts store, I REALLY miss Dewey Thompsons.
They damaged my recyclable oil container I'm mad there not as smart like they act I can't trust them with my oil containers anymore I'll go somewhere else for that now, there prices are better on some things than other places I'll give them that but there not the smartest people here.

This is the best place to get Auto parts in Fillmore. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a new starter and they recommended something just as good for a cheaper price and a unlimited warranty. That's not going to happen at AutoZone. Everyone I know who is a Saturday mechanic goes to O'Reilly's Auto parts. They have the best prices. Also everything I've ever made it is in stock and never have to wait for an overnight delivery.
They are always helpful if I go to get windshield wipers they happily put them on for me light bulbs same thing polite and always willing to help. In my opinion this is the only auto parts store to go to because you know what you're getting you got a warranty on it and it hits a wrong part theyll tell you
Not the friendliest of customer service. I went in for two bulbs for license plate and spent about 20 minutes looking around. The young lady said she was helping someone, but instead was chatting and laughing with her counterpart. Finally found the parts after 30 minutes with no help from them. Won't visit there again.
